Welcome to another episode of the coaching series on I’ll Have Another Podcast. This series is supported by V.02, the coaching platform that I use and that my guest today, Stef Flippin, also utilizes.
Stef is one of my favorite people in the running community. I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with her on the Relay Podcast, and she also co-hosts the podcast Making Strides with Carolyn Su.
Stef is an incredibly accomplished athlete, having won the 2021 USATF 100 Mile National Championship as well as the Tunnel Hill 100 Mile Championship in both 2020 and 2021. Beyond her impressive running achievements, she’s also a writer and a medical doctor by trade, although she has since transitioned from that profession to focus on her running, coaching, writing, and podcasting. She truly does it all!
What stands out about Stef is her thoroughness; when you ask her a question, she responds with deep, meaningful insights. This thoughtful approach extends to her coaching as well. You can find her on Instagram at @stephanieflippin and check out her website at stefflippin.com. If you enjoy this episode, make sure to check out her work on the Making Strides Podcast and the Relay Podcast.
