The top of the list is heavy on defense even being headlined by two players who’ve yet to even take a snap as Buckeyes. But the most intriguing part of the conversation was figuring out where to put WIll Howard on this list in the preseason and whether he needs to continue to move up it if OSU hopes to maximize its national championship chances.
