For our first episode of 2023 we are excited to be joined by CMU freshman Luciana Alvarado Reid who also just so happens to be the first Olympic gymnast ever for Costa Rica! She turned a lot of heads in Tokyo with her Black Lives Matter tribute at the end of her floor routine and is already looking to be a big asset to the CMU team this season.
