In the 1970's and 1980's 4,689 people with haemophilia and other bleeding disorders were infected with HIV and hepatitis viruses through the use of contaminated clotting factors that were supplied by the NHS. In part 2 Sarah explains what happened next and if there are any answers to how and why this happened and if anyone has been held accountable.
