When you think of Brisbane First grade rugby league in the late 70's early 80's rugby league was a tough game. A game played for men. No tougher place to play in Brisbane was Bishop Park or Bash Up Park to opposition sides.The mighty Norths Devils had a history in Brisbane rugby league similar to St George in Sydney.With names like Motassa, Bishop, Bax, Churchill, Murry, Draper & Brohman to name a few. Norths has a proud heritage.Then came 1979 a tall raw bone man from Cronulla with the nickname of Zulu arrived.Who would have thought that in 1980 and years to come after that, people will talk of the character Campbell "Zulu" DewsEven time Campbell ran the ball, the grounds would fill with Zulu ZuluThis is his story
