高中生四天迪斯尼演出加游园之旅，基本独立，放飞自我。迪斯尼生财有道，不服不行！ 来听听，Stella学校190人的大团这一路做了什么怎么组织的。

I just came back from Orlando, Florida 2 days ago.  I want to share my 4 day trip to Disney World with you. 大家好，我是晴川，Stella高中刚刚组织了170多个学生20多个老师分两架飞机去了一趟Orlando Disney World。It was such a big group! She was so excited. I am sure she has a lot to say. Other than the park, which has all sorts of rides and other kinds of fun, Disney also offers many educational programs year round 整年to students of all ages. Our high school chose art and music related programs. Our orchestra group went and participated参与 in a workshop工作互动 and performed on stage. When I visited Disney years ago, I saw students playing music, dancing, singing, on stage. People can just stop by and enjoy the performance; did you do that? Yes, we played on an open stage公开舞台. Despite the rain and wind that day, there were quite a few people listening. Having the chance to perform for people from all over the country, all over the world, was quite an experience. What is the workshop you mentioned? Our orchestra sight read 试奏a lot of Disney music under the guidance指导 of a Disney musician. We rehearsed 排练each piece for a short time. The technicians also recorded us playing some songs from the Disney movie Moana and  replaced the real movie soundtrack with the recording we made Disney 这个主意很不错啊。请学生们到专业演播室来排练，迪斯尼音乐家指导，然后给迪斯尼出品的电影配乐。哇，这感觉仿佛自己就是专业音乐人啊。迪斯尼公司是世界上雇佣艺术家最多的公司，方方面面的人才。乐园里非常多各个学校组织来游园的学生，顺便安排一些教育性的活动，既给了学生们学习机会，也提升了自己的品牌忠诚度，更别提赚钱，真是一举多得啊。 How did your school organize such a big group from New York to Florida? This is the 12th time our school organized this event. Students are categorized into 4 groups: Orchestra, band, Chorus, and Visual Arts. Each group had its own itinerary. Every 8-12 students was assigned to a teacher: the chaperone. We approached the chaperone if we had questions, and the chaperone was in charge of checking our hotel rooms at night and taking attendance出勤到位. During the day, other than the scheduled workshop and performance, we were allowed to go around the park on our own. We had to be in groups of at least four and report back to our school group when told to. 高中生了，有相当的自由度了，除了集体活动，大家几个人一组自行公园游玩，吃饭，回程有大巴。Chaperon就是陪伴孩子的大人的一个专门用法。 How do you like Disney? How was the trip overall….. The last time I went to Disney, I was seven, so my parents arranged everything. My friends and I had to learn how to arrange fast passes迪斯尼的一种快捷票for rides and to best coordinate协调 rides and meal times together. There was a lot of independence独立 given to us. My friends and I had a fantastic time together. We all got along and enjoyed the beautiful weather and wonderful place. Were you tired? On Friday, I had to wake up at 3 AM for the trip. We came back 8PM on Monday。 It was almost a non stop 4 day trip. We were all exhausted累坏了, but very happy.  The day after we came back, it snowed in New York and school was closed, which was good because we could sleep in and recover, otherwise we would be really tired at school. It was a little weird to be back in the cold weather because one moment I was wearing shorts and a t shirt in very warm weather and the next, it’s snowing. Well, believe in Magic. THank you Stella.
