Born in the US and raised by a mother with bipolar, Erika Cramer was physically abused and neglected from a young age, and so spent much of her childhood in and out of the foster care system where she was sexually abused.
She was then kidnapped by her estranged father, then reunited with her mother a year later. Erika suffered two serious car accidents, one of which she had to relearn to walk again, then lost her first husband to drink driving not even a year later.
Completely lost in the wake of his death, she followed love to Australia, and after a string of unsuccessful relationships, met her now husband and they now have two young boys.
Together they’ve pioneered a self-love movement. You might know her as The Queen Of Confidence. Erika is a life coach, podcast host and an inspirational speaker, empowering women to embrace themselves for who they are.
My chat with Erika was so epic, I’ve split it into two parts. The first, which you will hear now, will focus on her astonishing life story. There are many moments that will have your jaw dropped to the ground.
Brace yourself for this one because Erika’s story will demand your undivided attention.
Also, a trigger warning, this chat touches on child sexual and physical abuse.
