Dr. Michelle Yanez is the Principal of MY Workforce Solutions, a WBE/MBE/SB certified consulting firm that aims to “connect” natural partners in Workforce and Economic Development, spanning from businesses, educational institutions, and workforce development boards to develop pipelines to jobs. The MY Workforce Solutions team of consultants will help clients Protect, Strengthen & Retain a Skilled Workforce by offering services to foster job training programs, increase visibility and communications, and ensure diversity and inclusion. Visibility services include Multi-cultural Marketing, Public Relations, Community Engagement, Social Media and News Media Strategies. MY Workforce Solutions was founded in response to the impacts of the Covid-19 business shutdown and job loss. MY Workforce Solutions also provides services in Safety & Compliance that help clients protect their workforce and manage the Covid-19 on-sight testing, PPE costs, OSHA and Workers Comp training and reporting.
