In a town in the northeastern part of the US, a Christian community attempted to witness to their Jewish neighbors by placing bumper stickers on their cars that said "I found Him!". The Jewish response was both clever and insightful. Their bumper stickers said "We never lost Him". Aside from the humor at play, this episode displayed very different views of relating to the Lord. American Christians tend to be individualistic, choosing terms like: I, Me, My, and Personal; while the Jewish society utilized a communal approach exemplified by terms like: We, Our, Us and the God of Israel. Without debating theology this message examines the necessity of community in the lives of believers. The message draws from the example of Israel, the TransJordan Tribes, and the words of Jesus. We pray you are bless by what you hear.
