No matter how difficult it may be, we are choosing to stand where our King is standing! “Rising Tension” preached by Pastors Judah and Wade will no doubt move you to action if you engage with the spiritual truths and realities that are being conveyed. Through the character sketches of Ittai and Jonathan, we learned how close we can be to the Davidic King (even fighting on his behalf) and yet still not show our full fidelity to him by taking a stand where he has told us to stand. But if we are willing to separate from all worldly attachments and unbiblical expectations to embrace the rising tension of being near our King, then we will stand where he stands! We will reach the target!
