The Tanakh, the Bible is first and foremost a family story. It starts with the man Abraham, and continues throughout his promised lineage, the people of Israel. This sermon entitled "Adopted Not Co-opted: The Right End of the Funnel" encouraged us to look at the word of God from that perspective in order to truly understand God's heart and God's plan. Only through this lens, can we properly understand our place in the family story and what we must do.
