What are you holding onto?  Too tight clothes?  Antiques? Obligations? Commitments?  Extra weight? A bad relationship?  Are these things no longer serving you?   Ask yourself why you continue to follow the same path.  If nothing changes, nothing changes.  You can't move forward on your path until you remove the things blocking your path.
