Everyone should have at least one alter ego. By taking on a new image of ourselves we can change the program in our subconscious mind. If we do it enough times and we get better at it.
The subconscious mind is like a tape recorder. When we take on an alter ego it’s like a permission slip to be someone else. Eventually you don’t need the alter ego because just like the regular ego it’s all an illusion. We can be whoever we want whenever we want but with an alter ego it allows us to slip right into a new way of thinking..
