It's a pleasure to be here. 感谢邀请，很高兴来到这里 The Mobile World Congress is back in Shanghai this year, 世界移动通信大会今年在上海 and offline at that. 回归线下举办 Are there any new focus points 相比于以往几年 compared to the previous years? 有什么新焦点吗？ And any changes in participants? 参会者有什么变化？ There is still international exhibitors 仍然有国际参展商 which we are very happy to see 我们非常高兴地 completely offline. 在线下看到他们 We don't have any online capacity anymore. 我们不再进行线上展会了 We think that is good 我们认为这是好的 because people want to come together to do business. 因为人们想聚在一起洽谈商务 They will talk a lot around the success of 5G 他们会谈论5G的成功 They will talk a lot around AI. 会谈论更多关于人工智能的内容 We've Learned that this is 我们了解到 already your second visit to China 这是您在过去的三年里 for the past three years. 第二次访问中国了 What tops your agenda for this visit? 您这次访问的主要行程是什么？ And what has impressed you most? 什么给您留下了最深刻的印象？ I'm really excited to be back. 我真的很高兴能够回来 There's so much innovation happening. 有这么多的创新正在发生着 There's so much drive and push, 有这么多的驱动力 pushing the boundaries in China. 推动中国的科研 So I always get very inspired 所以我在这里的时候 when I am here 总是受到很大的启发 I'm sure I'll be more inspired in the future as well 我相信我将来也会更受鼓舞 China Telecom,  中国电信 China Unicom and China Mobile 中国联通和中国移动 will come with applications that will be sought 将会有应用 after not only in China 不仅被中国市场需要 but in Asia Pacific 而且在亚太地区 or in Europe or in the US. 欧洲或美国拥有市场 They will be part of the inner circle of course 它们将会成为核心圈的一部分 and make sure they're also part of my board,  它们也是 GSMA board so they are playing a very 全球移动通信系统协会董事会的一部分 central role in the development of the mobile industry globally 因此他们在全球移动行业的发展中发挥着非常核心的作用 we're going to sign something called 我们会签署 Open Gateway for the mobile industry Open Gateway倡议 to open up its networks 为移动产业开放网络 and invite developers in, 并邀请开发企业加入 develop applications on our network 在我们的网络上开发应用 that will be shared globally. 这将在全球范围内共享 We now have 30 mobile operators,  我们现在有30家移动运营商 including China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom. 包括中国移动，中国电信和中国联通 We are thrilled. 我们感到很兴奋 This is going to be absolutely fantastically exciting 这将是一个令人激动的举措 to launch APIs that are for business 推出商用的应用程序接口 to use our 5G networks 使用我们的5G网络 It's the sharing that gives the power 这种共享正是 and the strength of this initiative 这个倡议的优势 As technology has been evolving with 随着技术的不断发展 a series of breakthroughs like AGI, 已经有了一系列的突破如通用人工智能 Are there any special developments here in China 与世界其他国家相比 compared with the rest of the world? 中国有什么特别的发展吗？ and how do you think that is impacting the global 您认为这对于全球通信 communication and IC industry development? 和集成电路产业的发展有什么影响？ AI is not new to us, 人工智能对我们来说并不陌生 but the generative AI is somewhat new to us. 但生成式人工智能对我们来说是新的技术 And that is going to be interesting 这很有意义 and within GSMA, 在全球移动通信系统协会内部 we're working with something called AI for Impact 我们正在做一个项目叫AI for Impact with United Nations, 我们与联合国 with several governments 与许多政府 several societies around the world 世界各地的一些社会团体合作 to try to understand how should we view AI, 试图了解我们应该如何看待人工智能 what's the values, 价值是什么 what's the ethics. 伦理是什么 Do we need regulation? 我们是否需要监管 5G of course in China is a fantastic success story. 在中国5G是一个成功故事 It is by far the fastest developed technology 它是迄今为止在所有的时代里 at all time 发展最快的技术 we believe that China will have 我们相信 1 billion 5G connections by 2025. 到2025年中国将有10亿个5G连接数 5G is here to stay for a long time, 5G的发展将持续很长时间 targeting more business to business segment. 针对企业与企业的商务板块 And business-to-business 而企业对企业的业务发展 traditionally takes a bit longer time 传统上需要更长的时间 to develop their own applications 去开发他们自己的应用程序 so I think we need to be somewhat patient 所以我认为我们需要有一定的耐心 and make sure that we 并确保我们 help the industry adapt to the new 5G world. 帮助行业适应新的5G世界 While many in the industry are calling for 虽然行业内许多人正在呼吁 worldwide cooperation, 全球范围的合作 some economies have still been taking actions 一些国家仍正在采取 against Chinese companies - 针对中国公司的行动—— with export controls, blacklists, 出口控制、实体清单， and battles over semiconductor. 和芯片制裁 How do you think that is impacting the global economy 您认为这对全球经济 and overall tech development?
