CHINA CALLS FOR DIALOGUE TO SOOTHE UKRAINE TENSIONS 中方就乌克兰局势表态：呼吁对话谈判以解决分歧 -----------------记得点亮右下角的爱心哦----------------- 1. **BIGGER TAX CUTS COMING THIS YEAR 力度加大！财政支出更加精准化 The Ministry of Finance said last year that **fiscal revenue【财政收入】**rose 10.7 percent year-on-year to hit 20.25 trillion yuan (about 3.2 trillion dollar), while fiscal spending **edged up【略微增加】**0.3 percent year-on-year to 24.63 trillion yuan (around 3.89 trillion dollar). The ministry also said China’s tax and fee reductions will be increased in 2022 from last year’s 1.1 trillion yuan (about 173 billion dollar) in cuts. Zhang Hong has more. 财政部相关负责人表示，去年全国一般公共预算收入20.25万亿元，比上年增长10.7%；一般公共预算支出24.63万亿元，同比增长0.3%。与此同时，今年将在去年1.1万亿元基础上，实施更大规模减税降费。 The ministry said expenditure will support key areas including technology, environmental protection, people’s livelihoods, major regional strategies and modern agriculture. Small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs) will be one of the major beneficiaries of the tax cuts. As today marks February 22nd, 2022, and also falls on a Tuesday and the 22nd of first lunar month in the Chinese lunar calendar. The **auspicious【吉祥的】day attracted many couples to marriage registration centers across the city. Wang said the current situation in the Ukraine crisis is related to the delay in the effective implementation of the new Minsk agreement【《新明斯克协议》】, and China will continue to work with all parties according to the merits of the matter itself.
