The last of the 10 Pillars of Health and Wellness! All 10 are important but we know that it can be difficult to do all of these perfect all the time. The point of these sessions is to help you understand that there are many things that lead to us being health or unhealthy. We can be in direct control of some of these but some can be a struggle! DO YOUR BEST! Pillar 8 is addressing prayer, meditation, and spirituality. We feel that it is hard to be physically fit if you are not mentally fit and it is hard to be mentally fit without belief. Pillar 9 is talking about how your community and the people that you surround yourself with. Iron sharpens iron. Pillar 10 addresses how stress contributes to your struggles. Stress can derail all of us and is apart of all of our lives. There is no easy button to make stress go away but we need to know how we address attacks our hormones and inflammation. If you are on a health journey, you have to asses how you approach stress.
