********Episode 103 - Develop Learning Habits - BECOME A LEARNING BEAST! (w/ Tom Pullen)*******Hey guys!
On this episode, I invited Innovinco CEO Tom Pullen to talk about the many ways we can develop learning habits and how we can turn ourselves into LEARNING BEASTS! Tune in as he mentions his 3 key tips to grow as a learner, and talk about what exactly 3D learning is. With loads of other topics to cover, this episode also has a LOT of books mentioned, and these books could definitely help you out on your journey as both a learner and an entrepreneur.
Before becoming the CEO of his own company, Tom Pullen worked in the corporate industry as a leader in the companies he became part of. Starting out as a manager, Tom grew his career for the next 20 years from managerial positions to becoming the director of various departments in Danone, Mars, and Boots UK. Tom finally started his own company 4 years ago, named Innovinco.
A generation innovation agency, Innovinco was founded to tackle crucial pain points that big companies could be suffering from regarding innovation. They focus on designing significant 100% customer centric solutions. There's also a YouTube channel which Tom hosts himself, detailing various subjects on innovation, and providing other key tips to help grow the way people can innovate.
Tom believes that being able to visualize yourself as the version of you that you want to become can help speed up your learning process, noting that vision comes hand in hand with ambition. Without the desire to grow, you won't have enough willingness to create a vision of who you want to be. If you know where you want to get to, you'll know the steps to take in order to learn and get there.
