This episode with the husband and wife powerhouse, Nelson Properties & Acquisitions, LLC was incredible. This couple set a goal to learn about real estate and purchased their first investment property in six months. Currently, they have 7 doors on 4 properties.They are continuing to grow their portfolio and pay it forward by hosting local real estate meetups that also ensure that black businesses are supported.
