Andrew is a Director of Culture Crteativity Place Ltd and works with culture and place to transform cities. Andrew was involved in the regeneration of Newcastle Gateshead in the UK and was previous Programme Director of the World Summit on Arts and Culture. Andrew has become a specialist in repositioning cities through culture.
