Gabby Logan chose the sticky miso salmon bowl because she enjoys eating poke bowls, and this dish, with its combination of honey, miso, grapefruit zest, and juice, was a close variation that she thought would be delicious and straightforward to prepare, despite the podcast distractions.
Gabby Logan's husband was overly generous for their first Christmas together and bought her a series of random gifts, including a beautiful black Yamaha guitar, a coat, rollerblades, and a piece of art. The art was particularly unsuitable and came from a friend with questionable taste, making the collection of gifts quite random and hilarious in retrospect.
Gabby Logan ended up in rhythmic gymnastics by following her sister to the gym when the indoor tennis courts in Leeds weren't available. She fell in love with the sport, becoming a rhythmic gymnast and representing Wales and Great Britain, despite her initial desire to be a tennis player.
Gabby Logan's father, Terry Yorath, got a place on the Leeds United team because another boy, who was offered a contract, refused to join unless his twin was also accepted. The team declined the twin, and Terry Yorath took his place, eventually becoming a legionnaire for the iconic Leeds team of the 1970s.
Gabby Logan cooked dinner for Mary Berry because she is a neighbor and had invited Gabby and her husband Kenny to her house. Gabby prepared a traditional lamb dish, and while Mary Berry made a beautiful apple flan, Gabby made a cheesecake for dessert.
Gabby Logan takes her own tempura memory foam pillow when traveling to ensure a good night's sleep, even if the bed is uncomfortable. She finds that as long as she has her pillow, she can sleep well despite working weird shifts and not getting her normal quantity of sleep.
Gabby Logan invited Jessica Ennis to a Barry’s Bootcamp class in Paris for a bit of fun and exercise. It was a hilarious experience, especially when the instructor confused them all for being named Gabby.
