We went to Resurgence Brewing Company for the first pop up of the new kids in town, One Eyed Cat Brewing! Brewer/ Partner Patrick Alexanderson gives us a little background on the breweries beginnings while we try their BIPA Blueberry West Coast IPA and XXX, a chocolate milk stout.
