Brad Oleshansky is the founder and CEO of The Motor Enclave, the first ever unified brand for experiential automotive communities. An accomplished corporate attorney, marketing executive and entrepreneur, Brad has spent 30+ years working in fast paced, high growth, entrepreneurial organizations- and he doesn’t plan on slowing down anytime soon.
In 2011 Brad conceived of M1 Concourse (www.m1concourse.com) and spent 7 years building the premiere destination for automotive inspired events and the largest Private Garage community in the world. Brad exited M1 Concourse in early 2019 to launch his newest venture, The Motor Enclave. Through his development company, BROventures, and in partnership with an elite group of investors, The Motor Enclave is embarking on a plan to build automotive country clubs and private garage communities across North America.
Brad is a two-time winner of the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award (in 2012 for Big Communications and 2018 for M1 Concourse), an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and a board member for ORT, a global charity focused on education. Brad is a proud graduate of Ithaca College (Ithaca, NY) and Southwestern University School of Law (Los Angeles, CA) and is a member of both the California and District of Columbia Bar Associations.
