Students of economics will know all about Stagflation - a period of stagnant growth but with moderate to high inflation. Many thought it was consigned to the history books. Not so according to the OECD which says the Russian invasion of Ukraine has changed the outlook dramatically for the global economy. It thinks Irish GDP will grow by 2.8% next year but slashed UK growth to 0% - the lowest in the G7. Joe Lynam was joined from Paris by senior economist at the OECD Dr David Haugh.
