Gabor Holch is an intercultural leadership coach, speaker and author. He has coached public leaders, CEO’s and high-level decision makers in some of the largest multinational corporations in over 25 countries. A former diplomat, he has been an expat since age 4. He holds degrees in languages, international relations and diplomacy, and certifications in several assessment and coaching methodologies. Today we explore different leadership styles, responsibility vs accountability, IQ vs EQ, how we tend to mirror our predecessors when we're put in positions of power and how quickly people might be reading us and figuring us out.
