The data is coming in and smartphones are arguably just as dangerous as driving a car, though the dangers may be different. So, why aren't there more underaged regulations when it comes it comes to teens and smartphones? Probably because teens everywhere would revolt (and some adults, too). Today I consider the idea that we really are in the early stages of a new technology, and just like when automobiles started rolling off the line, more regulations and laws may actually be a good thing.
