Today we’re going to be talking about Burnout. What is it? Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It occurs when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands.

This is a topic that we have been seeing EVERYWHERE - We're seeing people post about it on social media, hearing about and seeing it amongst our friends and family, reading about it in articles…and we personally were feeling it HEAVILY at the end of the year. So we want to take some time today to get into the topic of burnout, and more importantly, what we can do about it.
