Welcome to this short, guided, letting go meditation. This is Claim Your Power podcast. And whenever you're ready, find a comfortable seated position, either lying on a chair or on the floor. And whenever you're ready, close your eyes. Take a deep inhale in.
expanding through your lungs and chest, holding it at the top and on your exhale, loud side out. Today we will focus on releasing any tension, stress, or lingering thoughts that no longer serve us. Take a moment to settle into your body. Take another deep breath in through your nose, allowing your lungs to fill with fresh air.
hold it at the top and exhale slowly through your mouth. Now shift your attention to your body. Notice any areas of stress or discomfort and as you breathe in, breathing in a calming, soothing energy. And as you exhale, release any tightness or tension from those areas. Now I invite you to bring something
or someone to mind that you're holding on to and you're ready to let go of. It could be a thought, an emotion, a person, a fear, a situation. Notice it and acknowledge it without judgment. This is a space for self-compassion. Now I want you to visualize the thing you're ready to release as a white balloon in your hand.
See it very clearly, feel its weight and as you breathe out, imagine releasing this balloon into the open sky. Watch it float away, getting smaller and smaller and smaller until it disappears. Now take a moment to bring your focus back to the present. Feel any lingering weight lifted from your shoulders.
as you let go of what no longer serves you. Take a moment to notice and appreciate the sense of lightness and freedom in your heart. Take a moment of gratitude for yourself for showing up in this moment willing and ready to release the past. Place your right hand over your heart and your left hand on your belly and take a deep inhale in
feeling any light in your heart expanding your chest and on your exhale, loud sigh any lingering energy that you're ready to release take a moment to express love for yourself for taking a couple of moments to show up for yourself, your needs and your heart and when you feel ready come back into your body
