In today's episode, we are talking about hot girl habits that will transform your life and shift your energy for summer 2024. So I've wanted to film this hot girl habits episode for so long, but I specifically waited till now, till April to film it because this is the perfect time because if you know me, you know that I believe that the new year starts today.
around the spring. It doesn't start in January. It starts following the spring equinox. That's when we start feeling more motivated. That's when it's a good time to set goals. That's when our body and our nervous system is actually getting ready to thrive, to blossom, to evolve as summer comes around. And so for this episode, I have a list of 11 hot girl habits that will transform your energy for 2024. So take some notes, listen with open ears, and let's get into it, baby.
Also, this is kind of a secret, okay? So I'm only going to tell you guys about it right now because it's not coming out yet. But I have been working on a little project that has the capacity to change all of our lives, okay? Because I know the power of community. You guys know that this community is amazing. And I also know how so many women, I don't know if you guys relate to this, but this is a common experience for me,
as I get, you know, connected more to my spiritual path and my self-development journey, sometimes I feel like I don't have a community or I don't have people physically around me that are on that same mindset or on that same wavelength. And I know that this is a common experience for women, for high-value women like the ones listening, like you that's listening to this podcast on the other side of the screen, and

I'm just so excited. Okay, okay. Without further ado, let's talk hot girl habits for summer 2024. So...
The first habit that I really, really suggest wholeheartedly with my entire heart, soul, and spirit is to find a form of movement that you like and stick to it. Because the truth is our bodies are designed to move.
They were not designed to stay still. And movement is not just about, you know, creating your dream body and reaching a certain amount of weight and da-da-da. Like, I'm not telling you this advice from that standpoint. I am telling you that movement is crucial to your health, to your mental well-being, and to your connection with your spirit.
Because when you move, you are tapping into your energy. You are tapping into your flow state. And that is something that will change your life. So whether it be dancing, Pilates, yoga, running, swimming, anything, kickboxing even, whatever form of movement that makes you feel good and that when you're doing it, you feel like you are present,
find it and adopt it into your life. The reason I'm such a big advocate for daily movement is because I have seen the way that it has changed my life. Okay. Like I, I
I move my body every day. Now, I don't work out like a HIIT workout every single day, but like when I am ovulating, when I'm in my follicular phase and I feel like my body has a lot of high energy, I can work out four to five times a week because that's how good it makes me feel. Now, I'm not telling you to work out a certain way, to do a certain amount of time, to do something different to your body that doesn't feel good to you,
I'm just encouraging you to find the form of movement that makes you feel good because at the end of the day, when you feel good, when you move your body, you release stagnant energy, you release stress, you release dopamine, you release endorphins, and you really tap into your feminine energy. You tap into your creativity and you tap into the present moment.
Every single day that I start my day off with yoga or Pilates or a dance class, I feel like a different human being. I am telling you, it has the capacity to change your life. Move your motherfucking body, baby. Move it. Dance. Twerk. Like, whatever it is that you need to do, move your body. Because the thing is also, when you move your body, you release emotions. You release energy. And that is incredibly and crucial to us as human beings.
So find the form of movement that makes you feel good and stick to it. And let me tell you something else really quick about movement. The reason I believe it's so important
is because it allows you to really start respecting yourself. Like when you tell yourself, okay, I'm gonna go do a workout, I'm gonna go to the gym, I'm gonna go to a yoga class and you actually follow through, you really start respecting yourself. You start respecting your health and you start realizing how good it makes you feel that you wanna commit to that. And so it really helps you develop a very strong relationship with yourself and the higher version of you and who you are becoming. So ask yourself, the dream woman, the dream version of me,
What are her movement habits? And how can I start acting like it right now? You don't need five hours. You don't need a bajillion amount of money. Moving your body could be as easy as you doing a 20-minute yoga workout on YouTube. So make it simple for yourself, but find what feels good to you and stick to it because it will change your life. Hot girl tip number two is start waking up 30 minutes earlier and going to bed 30 minutes earlier.
Plus, added bonus if you do this brownie points is no phone first 30 minutes while waking up and no phone 30 minutes before going to bed. Let me tell you that this one thing has changed my life.
Me not going on the phone the last 30 minutes before I go to sleep has actually changed my life. I wake up so much calmer, so much more centered. My head and my mind is just more clear. If I go on social media and stay up all night on my phone, I wake up the next day with so much dopamine rush and I just feel like I'm so stimulated and so many thoughts are racing through my mind and I just feel like,
Like I want to just like jump right out of bed. And then on days where I don't go on my phone like right before going to bed and I journal instead and I have a nice nighttime routine or maybe I meditate, I wake up like an angel. I wake up feeling like I'm in like a fluffy cloud and I'm just like this day is so...
freaking beautiful. So I'm telling you that this one hot girl habit will change your life. Now don't tell me that you don't have enough time to sleep or go to sleep earlier or wake up earlier because we all know that before you go to sleep, the reason you don't have time to go to sleep earlier is because you're on social media scrolling your phone.
So prioritize your well-being, prioritize feeling good, and realize that even those 30 minutes of going to bed earlier and waking up a bit earlier will change your life. Because when you honor yourself with 30 minutes in the morning,
and you see the morning as a ritual to connect with yourself and to practice gratitude and have a routine or drink your lemon water or meditate or stretch or do whatever it is that makes you feel good in the morning, you start seeing your day and your time as sacred and not you having to like jump right out of bed into this roller coaster and running around because we all have busy lives. I'm not trying to tell you here that we're all living secluded in the woods meditating all day.
But honoring yourself in the morning, giving yourself those extra 20, 30 minutes is monumental because it shows you how much you love yourself. Giving yourself those 30 minutes just for yourself, not to go on social media, not to answer, you know, your emails right away and just giving yourself grace in the morning to start off the day on the right note and on the right foot is a game changer. So I really recommend establishing some form of morning ritual that you really like. Like for instance, for me, I love to light some incense right when I wake up
I open my blinds, I let the sun in, I make my bed, and I journal for 10 minutes, a thought dump, and then all the things that I'm grateful for and my intentions for the day.
I don't go a day without doing this. Like this is a habit that's been engraved inside of my head for like the past three and a half years. So it's kind of like part of my routine. And if I weren't to do it, I would feel really off. But you don't have to do this. You can even do three minutes in the morning of gratitude meditation. Or maybe you're someone who connects more to prayer. So that's something that you want to do in the morning. But finding a ritual that feels really good for you in the morning and honoring that is the hot girl habit that will change your life.
Number three is dedicating at least one hour per week for self-care. For just a you-on-you solo date, whether it's going to get your nails done, booking yourself for a nice massage, or even going to the beach and watching the sunset, taking yourself on a nice walk, getting some matcha, or even, you know, going outside and just sitting out in the grass and reading a book.
Like whatever it is, have one hour dedicated each week in your schedule, write it in your schedule that no one can fuck with, okay? So if someone asks you to make plans or to come back and help them with this or you have to get this done, no, no, no.
It's part of your schedule. That one hour is part of your schedule, baby. It's in your routine. You got to get that done. You got to check it off the list. So that one hour self-care per week will change your life. Now, if you want to take it up a notch, I've got a 30 minute per day self-care ritual with myself, but I know not all of us have the time. And I have seasons in my life, for instance, that I don't have the time to do 30 minutes of self-care every day. I wish, but
Some of us just have really busy life. Maybe we're students, we're business owners, we're moms, like whatever it is. But having that one hour a week, that's something we can all commit to. One hour a week of self-care will change your life. Of just you and you time, of disconnecting, using that one hour, try to be less on your phone and really present in the moment. Hawkgirl habit number four is getting eight hours of sleep per night. Now,
Don't be out here telling me that you don't have time because again, I'm coming back at you and telling you that the last hour before bed, I know you are spending scrolling on social media. So if instead scrolling on social media the last hour before bed, you just went to sleep, then you would do yourself a huge favor because let me tell you something, girls. Let me tell you something. You guys know all those studies that are like people only need six to seven hours of sufficient sleep to function, right?
let me tell you guys the news all of those studies were only performed and tested on men and let me tell you another thing we are not men guys we are not men we are women our hormones work differently our bodies work differently our cycle works differently and the truth is us women need eight hours of sleep to function and on your period you need even more than that
And so don't listen to that study that tells you you gotta have six and a half hours of sleep and you're good. You're not good. You gotta have that eight hours to feel good, to balance your hormones, to feel good with your nervous system, for your immune system, for your well-being. You need that sleep. You need that rest. And part of being in your feminine energy is allowing yourself to rest.
So find any way that you can get eight hours of sleep every single night. Like this is non-negotiable for me. Even sometimes when I go on a date and the guy wants to stay longer, I had this situation the other week where I wanted a date and I was supposed to wake up earlier the next day for a yoga class. And the guy, I told him, I have a curfew, 11 o'clock, like you're bringing me back to my apartment. I'm going to bed. And he tried to bargain with me and he was like, no, like you got to stay longer. I was like, sir. It is Ryan Seacrest here.

I am going back because I gotta sleep my eight hours because I'm waking up early tomorrow for yoga class. And you know what? He brought me back. He was a bit disappointed, but he respected it. So let me tell you something, guys. Do not let anyone get in the way of your sleep schedule. That is the biggest life lesson I learned. And I know you guys are like, what is she on? Like, that's the biggest life lesson. Guys, sleep will change your life.
Sleep will change the quality of your life, okay? I didn't realize that I had so many health issues and I was so grumpy and insecure because I was, you know, lacking so much sleep.
I was like on autopilot all day chugging caffeine thinking like I'm normal. Like no, girls, you need sleep. So please find a way to give yourself that sufficient sleep whether it's going to bed earlier, whether it's being less on your phone. I know that there's at least one hour sleep that you're missing by being on social media or by doing things that you could be not doing before bed and going to bed instead. But I will say that if you are a mom, I am not speaking to you. I'm not a mom so I do not know what it's like to have a child and
And I am sure that that's a different scenario. But if you are childless, there's no excuses right now. You better be getting that eight hours of sleep, girl. Hot girl habit number five is to start prioritizing positive self-talk and to take some words out of your vocabulary. Okay, these are some words that you are going to be removing right now from your vocabulary for the rest of time. One, any self-deprecating joke, I don't want to hear it.
I do not want to hear it. I don't want to hear you hearing it. Do not speak to yourself any other way less than the person who loves you most would speak to you. So self-deprecating jokes, throw them out the door. Thing that says that brings you down. Any limiting beliefs about what's possible for you, about what you're worthy of, anything less than that, out the door. Anything that says you can't do something, you can't have something, you're not worthy of something, out the door. Start replacing it with positive self-talk.
Talk to yourself as you would to the smallest child that you love most. Start replacing your inner dialogue with positive things. Now, I know it's easier said than done and this is why I really recommend listening to affirmations. I just am coming out with an affirmation tape for free on the podcast that you can listen to that's really going to help you reprogram your mind into your self-love energy. Listen to affirmations. Talk to yourself kindly. It is so important.
So, so important. The way that you speak about yourself matters because your words are your wand. So talk to yourself as you would to the person you love most because that's the truth. You are the love of your life. You are your own soulmate. So start talking to yourself as you would as if you are literally the most amazing person alive because you are.
Let me add a bonus and stay to start refraining yourself from participating in gossip. I know it's easier said than done because it's honestly human nature to want to kind of belong and that's what gossiping does to a lot of people is they sit around, they talk, they pick somebody else apart, makes them feel like good about themselves, it boosts their own ego. But let me tell you something, you will never ever, ever look good
trying to bring somebody else down. Now, everyone has moments where they're frustrated with someone, where they want to talk about something that happened. That's not really gossiping. Like for instance, if someone, you know, did you dirty and you want to share that with one friend in your life and get their advice, that's not gossiping. But if you're out here sitting and judging every single person around you and you're trying to pick other people apart
and you're trying to spread rumors about other people and say this and say that, like that doesn't make you look good. And not only that, it literally adds negative energy to your life.
Like the words that you spew out about other people will come back to you. And this is coming from me where I used to love to gossip. When I was in high school, I was the biggest gossip. We've all had moments where we gossiped about other people. But if we want to become stronger, more powerful women, we have to cut out that habit and replace it with a positive one. Because let me tell you something that I've learned.
The person that is the most admirable, that is the most powerful, will never be the person that is talking shit about other people. It will be the person who knows that their words are their wand, not their sword, and that talks kindly about other people even when they've wronged them.
It's the person who knows how to have emotional balance and emotional maturity even when other people treat them unkindly, treat them with disrespect. It's the person who has boundaries with themselves. So be very careful about the way that you speak about other people and how you speak about yourself because those words will come back to you. And especially as women, we have to realize that when we bring another woman down, we are literally taking our power away in that moment. We are making ourselves small. Bring other women up.
And I'm not saying that if someone didn't hurt you, you're not allowed to talk about it. You're not allowed to share it with someone. You are. But be careful about the way that you go about things. Are you doing things from a place of love? Or are you doing things from a place of ego? It's really important to ask yourself those questions. And I ask those questions to myself all the time, by the way. Like, I'm not perfect either. I have moments where I'm down, where I'm hurt.
But I think it's so important because at the end of the day, what you put out comes back to you. So you want to put out positive energy so that good vibration returns back to you tenfold. Hawkgirl habit number six is to start grounding outside.
The sun is starting to come out, baby. Go spend some time outside. Take off those dang shoes. Put your feet on the ground, girl. And get those electromagnetics into your feet, okay? Literally charge yourself on the earth. There are so many studies about this. I'm not even going to go into it. But there are so many studies about the power of nature and the power of grounding for your nervous system, for your health, etc.
for your well-being. And I recommend to ground every single day. Like go outside on a walk, even for five minutes and put your feet on the floor or sit down if you don't want to take off your shoes and just like put your hands on the grass or on the ground or on the sand, like wherever you are, on a mountain, on the beach, whatever scenery. But really be in nature. The more you spend time in nature, the more connected to your intuition you will become. Hot girl habit number seven is to create a vision board of the summer that you want to experience.
So I love to use Canva for creating a vision board and I will just go on Pinterest and I will find all these images that instill in me a feeling that I want to create.
So whether it's a place I want to travel to, a quote that really makes me feel good, anything that I'm really trying to manifest or call in, I really invite you to do this after this episode too. Even if you don't want to go on Canva and do all that hassle, go on Pinterest and create a board with all the images that really raise the frequency of what you're manifesting and what you want to experience in your summer and in the path and season ahead.
Hawgirl habit number eight is surrender, go with the flow and let go of the things that you can't control. Now, I know you're all going to tell me and I'm going to tell myself too, it is a lot easier said than done. But the more that you go with the flow, the more life can surprise you and the more good things can come into your life.
We actually don't realize that as women, a lot of the time, our need to control and our need to understand and analyze everything actually blocks us from experiencing miracles, magic, and blessings that are unexpected. The more that you can surrender and relax and receive, and the more that you can go with the flow and just have fun, because remember at the end of the day, guys, like,
our time on earth is limited and you want to look back at the end of your life and look back at all the things you experience and all the things you accomplish and all the connections you had and not all the things that you regret and all the things that you didn't do and all the fear that you experience. You want to look back and think, oh wow, I went with the flow on this and I surrendered to this and I experienced this and this is amazing and I had all of that. And so be in the energy of going with the flow, especially as we're entering spring, we're entering summer. This is the fun flowing energy. Go along with it. Let
Let life surprise you for a little while. If something is in you, is intuitively budging you to go somewhere, to feel something, to see someone, go along with it. You don't have to understand everything or know everything to be happy. Go with the flow and let go of the things that you can't control because if you can't control something, you resisting it or holding on to it or taking it by force is not going to change it.
So the more that you let go of the things you can't control, the more you allow blessings to come into your life. And also, who doesn't love someone who can go with the flow, who can have fun, who can laugh at themselves, who can just go where life takes them? That's such an attractive quality to have in a woman.
Someone who can just go with the flow, who's easygoing. And I know it's hard because as women in our society, we were taught to want to control everything, to want to resist everything because of all these experiences that we've had. But I'm telling you, the more that you can kind of let that energy go, the more that you can have fun, baby. And if you're watching me on YouTube right now, you're seeing me like move and dance.
then you know that this energy is magnetic and it will change your life. Hot girl habit number nine is dedicating one hour a week for your personal growth. Listen up because this one's gonna change your life. One hour a week where you know in an hour you are doing something for your personal growth. So maybe it's signing up for a meditation class at your local community center. Maybe it's one hour a week where you're gonna listen to a really insightful podcast, Claim Your Power.
Or maybe it's one hour a week where you're going to read a book or take an online course. One hour a week dedicated for your intellectualism, for your education, and for your self-development. Because let me tell you something, a well-read, educated woman, a woman who is committed to her personal growth no matter what, is a dangerously powerful woman. So dedicate one hour a week dedicated
for your self-development in whatever sector it may be. It could be in your business, it could be in your spiritual growth, whatever it is, one hour a week for yourself, for your growth will change your life. Hot girl habit number 10 is to start putting yourself outside of your comfort zone. Some of the most rewarding, amazing experiences or people that I've met
I've had because I had put myself outside of my comfort zone because the things that you fear the most on the other side of them is your greatest potential. So get out of your comfort zone. Do the things that make you a little bit uncomfortable but you know are good for you.
So some of the biggest things that I see a lot with women is even like going to the gym. A lot of women are scared and it makes them really uncomfortable. But let me tell you, like some of my friends had that fear and then they met their long-term partner at the gym. So you guys never know what comes out of like the things that you're scared of in life, what's on the other side of them. Maybe it's going to a conference by yourself. Maybe you're in school or university. So it's going out to try a different club or a program. Or maybe it's going on to a restaurant by yourself or to a retreat by yourself. Like do things.
things out of your comfort zone. For instance, you guys know my Costa Rica story. I went, I solo traveled to Costa Rica for the first time. I did my yoga retreat. Guys, that was completely out of my comfort zone. I went by myself. I had so much imposter syndrome. I was going to a random foreign country, but it was honestly one of the biggest blessings of my life and the things that came out of it were incredible. Small and steady, but start getting out of your comfort zone. Do the things that you know are good for you, but a part of you is scared to do because
Change is uncomfortable. Growth is uncomfortable because you've never been there. But the more that you get out of your comfort zone, the more that you will unlock potential, new connections, new experiences, and just new beginnings for yourself. And hot girl habit number 11, the last one, is to start celebrating your wins.
big or small, start realizing that life is the occasion. You guys know that I love to dress up. I like to dress feminine. I like to dress confident. And sometimes people will meet me and they're like, why are you all dressed up? Like, why do you look like this? Why did you dress like this? There's no occasion. And I'm like, baby, being alive is the occasion.
being alive is the occasion stop saving that beautiful dress in the back of your closet for one day that you could wear it start wearing the clothes now start doing the things now start celebrating yourself now something small and positive happen in your life go out and celebrate it whether it's buying yourself a cake or writing yourself a thank you letter like I don't know but start celebrating yourself the more that you celebrate yourself the more that you will start appreciating yourself I
I celebrate myself all the time. It could be as simple as you saying that you are going to do something and then you following through. So you're going to celebrate that. Start rewarding yourself for the things that you do that are positive in your life. Start celebrating yourself because you deserve to be celebrated.
And the more that you can also celebrate yourself, the more that you will notice other people will start to celebrate with you. So start celebrating yourself. Start realizing that being alive is the occasion. Start realizing and appreciating yourself. And those are my 11 hot girl habit tips.
