I am excited to dive into today's episode. I honestly don't know what I'm going to title it yet. I feel like I'm going to just do the title once I'm done filming it. But today I kind of want to talk about a couple of different topics, all about alignment, divine timing, connecting back with the universe. So without further ado, let's just dive into it.
So I kind of want to talk about what it really means to live in alignment because I think this concept really applies to my own personal life and it's something that I've been honing and working on in the past few months myself.
And it's this idea that your mood, your emotions, your state of consciousness, and your vibration is completely up to you. I used to be someone who would let every single person in my life, every person's opinions, every dysfunctional friend or family member, every hater online, like whatever it may be, I would let those types of reactions, those opinions, those people,
I would let them dictate how I feel, how my day would go, and I would let those situations bring me out of alignment. And I realized that that was a big pattern in my life where I would be in a really good mood and I would wake up happy and I would do my morning routine and I would drink my matcha and I would meditate. But then something externally would happen that would bring me off course. And
And I started noticing that that was a pattern in my life and I realized that it was happening because I needed to finally learn how to control my response to certain unexpected situations in my life or things that I cannot control. And I truly believe that that is what actual alignment is. It's being able to harness your own power and your own energy no matter what goes on outside of you.
Because it is so easy to feel peace and to be good and to feel happy when everything's going well in your life, when maybe you're in isolation and you're not talking to anyone, so of course you don't have any conflict. Or when you're just, you know, when everything's going well, la la land, it is so easy to just be happy and put on your best face and just think, oh, I'm in alignment.
But I really believe what true alignment is, is having the conflict, having the pain, having the disagreements, having the harder moments in life, but still choosing the higher vibration, still choosing to respond and react as someone who loves themselves, as someone who appreciates themselves, as someone who knows that the universe has their back. And I truly believe that that's what alignment is.
And so this is what kind of I've been doing in my own life is living in alignment, is finding the moments where I feel out of alignment, the moments where I feel angry or frustrated or I can even be judging myself or judging other people and I just feel like I'm overthinking. And what I've been doing is I've been catching myself in those moments and I ask myself this one question.
If I was someone right now that it was in alignment, that loved themselves deeply, that felt super good about themselves,
how would they respond to this situation and then I would move forward and I would take that first step and respond to the situation or respond to the situation or the experience from that angle from that energy one of my favorite Abraham Hicks quote is find something that makes you happy and fix it on it because that is the answer to all the things in your life and it's the answer to getting you everything that you want when you are focused on the lack of things on the absence of
things and all of your energy goes into that place, you pull yourself out of alignment because you're not in the present moment. And when you feel in alignment, you'll know. That is like your emotions are your biggest indicators to how you are vibrationally in that exact moment. When you feel happy, peaceful, calm, centered, that is how you know when you're in alignment. When you feel flustered, angry, confused, sad, all those emotions, that's how you know, okay, in that moment, you're not in alignment with your highest self.
Because you're always in alignment with something. You're always in alignment with some emotion, with some vibration. But in those moments, maybe you're not aligned with your higher self. And that's not to say that like feeling sad or angry doesn't mean that like you're going backwards. You're going to manifest negativity and all of that. Like that's all BS. And I really don't believe in that. And I think at the end of the day, our reality is created by our belief system. So if you believe that, that's going to be the reality that's shown to you. But I don't believe that experiencing emotions and feeling very deeply actually manifests bad.
things into our lives. I think when we feel our difficult emotions, we actually release them. We hold space for them and so we're no longer allowing them to control us while we control them. We control our response to how we want to live our life. So an exercise that I really like to do that I've done recently in the past few weeks in my life
is I just like to do like daily check-ins with myself throughout the day and just ask myself a simple question what am I in alignment with right now when I'm at the grocery store when I'm reading a book when I'm talking to my friends when I'm on social media I just ask myself like what am I in alignment right now and do those daily check-ins with yourself a couple times a day and that brings so much self-awareness to your human experience because you can really
find yourself, okay, I'm in alignment with sadness right now. I'm in alignment with insecurity. And so when you have that self-awareness, you can step out of that experience because so many of us don't realize what we are aligned with in those moments. And that's why we pull and attract
difficult situations, patterns, people, because they're reflecting what we're in alignment with. But when you do those check-ins and you really have self-awareness in your conscious, okay, this is the emotion that I'm aligned with. This is the thought pattern that I'm aligned with right now. Is this serving me? And if it isn't, how can I shift it to something better, something more positive, something that serves my highest good? And doing those shifts will change your life. And I'm not saying that this is like easy,
It's actually like a lot easier said than done because this is something that you need to practice and consciously do every single day. But it is something that is so powerful. And the more that you do it, the better you'll get at it. And, you know, like five months ago when someone would say a negative comment to me or just someone would hurt my feelings, I would just let it fuck up my entire day.
And nowadays, like someone could say something to me and yes, sometimes I'll let it get to me. For the most part, I can bring myself out of that negative place and I can bring myself back into alignment at a very fast pace because my happiness and my sense of peace is priority in life. When you put your happiness on the pedestal and you're like, okay,
My priority in life is to be happy. Is this making me happy? Is this person serving me? Is this experience bringing out the light in me? And if it isn't, I'm not afraid to walk away. I'm not afraid to say no. And I'm not afraid to not give any of those things and any of those people my power. I think that's really what makes someone powerful is realizing like you can't control what people do or what people say or the experiences that you have.
But you can control your response and you can control how much of your energy you give to people or you give to the past or you give to certain situations and you can control how much you let others or other experiences live rent-free in your head. Because the truth is, we as humans, we cause most of our own suffering and it's because we're reliving the past over and over and over again in our head. And when you pull yourself back into the present moment, you're immediately going back into alignment.
And I think that's why it's so important to have certain mindfulness practices in your life like meditation or tapping or yoga or Pilates or just going on a walk. And as I'm saying this, the clock just turned into 444. This is confirmation that what I'm saying is important, guys. So listen the fuck up, okay? Have a mindfulness practice that brings you into alignment, whether it's even five

But even if you don't like want to meditate, just having like one mindfulness practice that you know, like when you do this, you're getting into alignment. Like another thing for me is yoga. I know that when I'm on my yoga mat, I am bringing the intention into my mat. This is like me time. I'm bringing myself back into alignment. You can get exactly to where you want to be from wherever you are, but you have to stop spending so much time noticing and talking about what you don't like in your life.
That's the biggest indicator that you're bringing yourself out of the present, out of alignment. And I am so guilty of this. And this is something that I'm still working on, but I'm fully aware to this is like, what we like to do as humans is we always like to talk about what we don't want in life. We don't want this type of man. We don't want this type of girl. We don't want this job. We don't want to live in this place. We don't want to have this experience. And all we focus on is the lack and the absence of like what we don't want. But the universe doesn't get that. And the law of attraction doesn't work like that.
Because when you're saying, I don't want this, what that's saying to the world is, I want more of this because I'm focusing all my energy and all my time on that. And so the more that you focus on what you don't want in life, the more you'll see it grow. A really good example of this is have you ever noticed when you're having a bad day and the bad day just keeps getting worse and worse and worse and it's because all you're doing is focusing your energy on the bad day. And one time I had a really rough start to the morning, I remember this day, and it was like one of the roughest starts to the day. Like you just know you wake up on the wrong side of the bed, you get like a bad message in the morning, just like not the vibe. And I woke up from that day and I was like, no, I
I was like, I'm not gonna let this fuck up my day. Like, I'm gonna have a good day regardless. I'm gonna bring myself back into alignment. And I did my meditation and I did my EFT and I moved myself and I literally shook it off, like, in my shower. I, like, took a long shower and I was, like, shaving off all the bad energy and the bad juju. I swear that day ended up being one of the best days of my life. I ended up getting...
really, really good news in my inbox that day. I saw a good friend. We had a lot of laughs. Like it was just one of those really good, wholesome days that had so much abundance in them. And it's because I changed my energy because I didn't want to focus on the bad and I didn't let the bad grow. I focused on the good. And so finding those little things, even just like focusing on the fact that you're healthy, that you have someone out there that loves you, that there's fresh air, like whatever it is, but focusing your energy on the fact that
there's something to be grateful for and just putting all your energy into that place because the more that you put your energy on what you don't want in life you're bringing yourself out of alignment with your higher self but your higher self wants you to be happy it wants you to feel good and what we do is as humans our egos are the ones that's stopping us and so if we can like tell our ego to just shut up like give your ego a name my name's my ego's name is victoria
And when you hear it blabbing in your head and just, you know, self-sabotaging and gaslighting you, just tell your ego, Victoria, shut up. I don't want to listen to you anymore. And focus your energy on a newer, higher place because that's where that energy grows. That's how you bring yourself into alignment again from a rough place is you focus your energy on where you do want to be, not where you currently are. Another thing that I want to talk about is divine timing and redirection because this is something that's been on my mind a lot lately too.
I really believe in life that sometimes things don't work out because you're being redirected towards something even greater than you can imagine. And when it looks like there's no way forward, it's you have to be open and have faith in those moments because the universe will eventually align everything in your best interest, but you just have to trust.
And the universe knows when you're ready for something, when you're ready for that thing, by your vibration. Not by what you say, not by what you write, but what you embody. That's why every manifestation master out there tells you, focus on the emotion, focus on the vibration, because that's how you grow. If you want to be in a healthy, happy relationship, fuel that relationship within yourself. If you want to have a bunch of friends, be a good friend to yourself. If you want to be successful and be, you know,
affluent and wealthy, then you have to start embodying what does it mean to be abundant? What does it mean to be prosperous? And having that vibration because you have to start seeing things that you already want in your life by your emotions and by your vibration. Because when you're doing that, you're letting your soul glow. You're letting your higher self seep through. And then the universe has no other choice but to align everything for you. When you stay aligned with what you want with your own energy, everything else meets you in your place. Like everything
that you want, all the people, all the experiences, what you truly want, they meet you there. You don't have to chase them. And that's the reason people chase so much is because they're not in true alignment. I really believe that the universe gives and delivers to us what we are truly ready for. And sometimes when we don't get what we want right away in life, it's because we're not truly ready for it.
and you can take that and you can think that that's like a very conflicting belief or you can see it as a very liberating thing that when you do get what you want in life, it's because you're truly ready for it and you're truly aligned for it because I never- I really don't believe that the universe ever says no to you and that's like, you guys know that this is my mantra, the universe never says no, it always says yes, not yet, or I have something better.
And if you started living your life with that mentality, you'll know that every closed door, every redirection, every painful ending is just disguised as a new beginning that you're not even seeing yet. And you just have to trust in those moments that it's not happening to you. It's happening for you.
But the universe always gives us what we are ready for in that moment. And when we are not ready for something, the universe is not going to give it to us because we're not going to be able to handle it. Let me give you an example. If you're someone who wants to manifest the love of your life, your soulmate, your dream relationship, but you're currently in a state of mind where you're still stalking your ex, you still have some pain that you're working through, maybe you have anxious attachment, cell or trust issues, like whatever it is, you have some blockage.
You have to realize that the universe is not going to let you meet the love of your life right now in this exact moment as that version of yourself because when you meet the love of your life, when you meet your soulmate, it's going to be in alignment. And right now you're not in alignment with the frequency of what it would be like to be in a dream relationship. And so instead of having the universe let you fuck it up,
It's going to let you work on yourself. It's going to let you grow and evolve and put all your energy into yourself into becoming the highest version of you that is most alignment. And when you align things from within, then everything is attracted outwards. And so I really believe in that, that like you meet people at the right time, at the right place and for the right reasons, or you have that opportunity or that door opens up at the right place at the right time and
for the right reasons. And just because you're not exactly where you want to be right now does not mean that you're not going to get there. You have to realize that the hard times in your life, the pain, the rejection, the conflict, the setbacks, these lessons will one day be your strength, your awareness, and your blessings. I want to end this episode by reading you a beautiful little paragraph that I found on Pinterest.
Imagine your mind is like a garden and your thoughts are the seeds. You get to choose what seeds you plant in your garden. You can plant seeds of positivity, love, and abundance, or you can plant seeds of negativity, fear, and shame. You can spend time trying to take care of everyone else's garden, or you can work on making yours beautiful and attract other beautiful people into your garden. What seeds are you planting?
