Namaste friends, I welcome you to the Khusi Dil Se Dil Tak podcast. Sometimes love stories are told in the most unique places. Today's story is about those two gamers who met in the virtual world but love happened in the real world. Let's listen to today's story, Gamers Gone A Game, Part 1. Amongst the dazzling offices of Mumbai, Veer used to fight with meetings and files all day long.
He was a successful corporate employee. But he would lose himself in a different world in the evening. In the world of online gaming, his name was 'Vyaapari'. Veer liked the games of politics. Where the mind moves and planning is important for victory.
Shreya used to live in the colorful streets of Delhi. A great graphic designer who would lock the colors dancing on the computer screen all day. But as soon as the evening came, she would become an archer. A scene perfect for online games. Shreya liked games where speed and accuracy were combined.
One evening, fate brought them together in a famous online game called Impossible Kingdom. This game was filled with magical jungles and mysterious palaces where the players had to defeat dangerous demons. In the first encounter, the merchant kept trapping his enemies with his tactics, while the archer would finish them off with his target.
Their teamwork was so great that in a few days they became one of the strongest teams in the game.
the series of victories continued. But it was not limited to the world of demons and magic. Their online conversation began while playing the game. Veer, as a businessman, advised Shreya on gaming strategies, so Shreya, being an archer, laughed at Veer's jokes. Slowly, Veer realized that he not only logs in to play games, but also talks to the archer.
One night, when his team was about to cross a difficult level of the game, suddenly there was a lag in Veer's computer. The pictures on the screen were moving slowly. It was getting late to give commands.
To avoid the attack of the demons, Archer needed to shoot arrows. But due to the lag, Veer was not able to give commands. His anxiety was increasing. Finally, the lag was over and Veer immediately gave commands to Archer. But by then it was too late. The demons surrounded them and the game was over. Veer was disappointed and moved back on the chair. Then he saw the message of Archer in the chat window.
"No problem, businessman. We'll win next time. It's not necessary to win every game. It's necessary to play together." Veer smiled and replied, "This is true, Archer. But if this wasn't a lag, then..." Their conversation lasted until late at night. Game stories, defeats, and online world fun. This conversation awakened feelings in Veer's heart. He also talked about the outside world of the game.
Slowly, her words came to her dreams and she was shocked. Veer found out that Shreya has always loved painting and she wanted to open her own art gallery. Shreya was surprised to learn that Veer loves reading books and he often visits the library on holidays.
The night was getting deeper, but their talks were not ending. As their talks were getting deeper, an invisible relationship was forming between them. Finally, it was about to be morning. Then they went and finished the conversation by saying good night to each other.
The next day, Veer was in the office. He was having trouble focusing on work. He was constantly thinking about Archer. He was feeling weird that he is feeling so connected to a girl whom he has never seen before. As soon as evening came, he sat in front of the computer. As soon as he logged in, he saw that Archer was online already. Archer said,
"We'll take revenge for last night's defeat, today, we'll take the businessmen." Veer replied with a smile. "Absolutely Archer, today, we're sure to win." And indeed, their team played a great game that day. They beat the enemies to the ground and crossed all levels. But even after the game ended, their conversation continued. This time, Veer told Shreya that he likes talking to her outside the game.
Archer replied in a shy voice, "I'm a businessman too. This game is just an excuse. Actually, I like to listen to you." A big smile rose on Veer's face. He moved the conversation forward and asked Archer, "Would you like to meet in real life?" Shreya remained quiet for a while, then replied, "This is a little...
Her words were incomplete. Meanwhile, Veer's computer's internet connection went off. Shreya saw a message on the screen saying "Disconnected". She was disappointed and sat on the chair. For the first time, she realized how dangerous this online world can be. Will she ever be able to meet the person she is so connected to? This was also a question.
After a while, Veer's internet connection came back. He quickly logged in to the game. But Archer was offline. He messaged him many times, but got no response. He was disappointed and shut down the computer. That night he couldn't sleep. Every moment he had only one question in his mind. Will he be able to talk to Archer again?
