Amid travel disruption in many parts of Europe, Ryanair's Chief Financial Officer, Neil Sorahan, says the single biggest issue the carrier is facing is air traffic control delays. He tells Bloomberg's Caroline Hepker and Stephen Carroll that the airline is operating at operating at 115% of its 2019 capacity. On the delays being experienced at airports, Sorahan says operators knew there would be strong demand this summer and 'all they had to do was get the staffing right, and unfortunately that didn't go to plan'.
