One of the best in the game is out for the tournament. Women's NCAA Basketball Monday, the second round game between top seed USC and Mississippi State, the Trojans lost sophomore guard and leading scorer Juju Watkins to a torn ACL in her right knee. Watkins is done for the tournament.

Five minutes into the Trojans, 96-59 blowout win over Mississippi State. Watkins injured her knee on a play where she drove to the basket and was fouled. Her right knee buckled as her leg planted. Watkins in tears was helped off the floor, taken to the locker room. She'll have surgery to repair her torn ACL. I mean, I'd be lying if I told you that I wasn't rattled, you know, seeing Juju on the floor and crying.

I mean, this is a human game. I tried, obviously, my best to be what I need to be for the team, but internally, it's a lot. USC head coach Lindsey Gottlieb. Juju Watkins averaged 24.6 points per game for USC, which will face Kansas State in the Sweet 16.
