Fox Sports Update. While the Four Nations face-off was a massive success for hockey, more than one team is dealing with an injury from the tournament. Florida Panthers star Matthew Kachuk suffered a lower body injury during the round-robin games and did not suit up for the Panthers in their first game back from the break. Florida head coach Paul Maurice said the team is waiting for final test results, but he did shoot down the idea that Kachuk could miss the rest of the season. We got a pretty good idea where it's at. Boston Bruins defenseman Charlie McAvoy injured his shoulder during the Four Nations and there's no timetable for him to return to the lineup. Heading over to the NFL, the Jaguars have completed the revamp of their leadership team, naming former Rams director of scouting strategy James Gladstone as general manager last week. Gladstone and new head coach Liam Cohen worked together when Cohen was an assistant with the Rams and will now focus on turning around a team that went 4-13 last season, missing out on the playoffs. Heading over to college hoops, Utah has fired head coach Craig Smith before he was able to complete his fourth season the school announced today. While Utah won 22 games last season, they lost nine of their final 14 regular season games to fall off the bubble for the tournament.
