Heading over to the NBA, the Grizzlies have made a major change with just a few games remaining in the regular season. Taylor Jenkins, the head coach in Memphis for the past six years, was fired today with just nine games left before the playoffs. According to ESPN, the organization believed Jenkins had lost the locker room over the course of the season. The Grizzlies have struggled as of late, losing four of their last five games and going 8-11 since the All-Star break.
Against teams that are currently above .500, Memphis is just 11-20. While their record against teams at .500 or worse is 33-9. Jenkins was the fifth longest tenured coach in the NBA and took the Grizzlies to the playoffs three times.
