Hello, I'm Jonathan Wolff. And I'm Dr. Sarah Berry. Thank you so much for listening to the show. Since we released our first episode in March, over half a million of you have tuned in. Which is amazing. It is. And we've received lots of lovely messages from you all asking questions and requesting topics. But one message from Uvriel on email wanted more from us. She said, "I'm enjoying the new podcast, but do you think in time there might be a selection of shorter ones?"
Well, ouvriel, ask and you shall receive. Yeah, we're really proud to announce our bite-sized podcast, Zoe Shorts. In between our longer podcast, Jonathan and I will tackle one hot topic from nutrition science in just 15 minutes. As always, we're aiming to deliver actionable insights based on the latest science. From saturated fats to vitamins, time-restricted eating and much more, we'll find out the history, the different sides of the argument, and of course hear what the latest science says.
