On Instagram and TikTok, it'd be awesome if you guys posted pictures or video about how 12-Hour Sound Machines has been helpful for you and how you use it to improve your sleep, work, focus, meditation, or any other areas of your life that it's helped. It's so helpful for me so that I have a better idea of what I should build in the future to continue meeting the needs of you guys, my listeners. Okay, on to today's announcement. 12-Hour Sound Machines is now on Amazon Alexa.
So many of you use my sound machines on your smart speaker. However, until now, you've had to connect your phone to your smart speaker with Bluetooth, or link up to your Spotify account, or take some other extra step that's often super inconvenient. Well, now you can access my three most popular sound machines: Brown Noise, Pink Noise, and White Noise, directly from your smart speaker using the 12-hour sound machine's Alexa skill.
Not only will listening on your Alexa-enabled device completely remove all the loading and buffering issues that many of you have experienced in the podcast feed, but you can finally listen with no length limitation. That's right, unlimited sound machine goodness. To enable them on your speaker, just say, "Alexa, open brown noise sound machine." Or obviously, if you're wanting pink or white noise, just substitute the word brown with pink or white. And make sure to say "sound machine" at the end of the request.
If you just say "open brown noise" for example, it'll open a different skill that isn't mine. So to recap, the requests would be: "open brown noise sound machine", "open pink noise sound machine", or "open white noise sound machine". My foremost goal, as I continue to evolve this content and the brand, is to make sure you guys have reliable access to my sound machines no matter where you listen to them. This is a huge step in that direction and I can't wait for y'all to try it out.
Whether you're listening through the podcast, on your smart speaker, in the Roku app, or in my soon-to-launch mobile app, I wish for each of you serenity, peace, calm, focus, and rest. Cheers, guys.
