Surrendering allows the universe to work in divine timing, ensuring the manifestation happens at the perfect moment, rather than forcing it to occur prematurely.
The program focuses on physical fitness, health, and mental well-being, creating a grounded and positive mindset that enhances the ability to attract desired outcomes.
Social media often creates a sense of missing out, distracting individuals from their true desires. The speaker believes centering oneself and grounding energy is crucial for effective manifestation.
While wealth and achievements provide temporary highs, they do not address underlying mental health issues or create lasting fulfillment. True happiness comes from inner peace and gratitude.
The key is developing a state of gratitude and inner peace that remains constant regardless of external circumstances, ensuring sustained fulfillment and manifestation.
People are always asking me, how do you manifest? How do you attract abundance and good things into your life? I'm really struggling with this. I can't seem to achieve anything I want. I'm trying so hard to manifest a specific thing, a specific relationship, a specific career, and I can't seem to get there. And I really want to know how you're so good at manifesting.
Before I really dive in, I want to mention my new masterclass, the MindBodySoul Reset is coming out so soon. The MindBodySoul Reset is a program that I designed to help you manifest so much faster and to attract unlimited abundance into your life through the power of a good fitness routine, a good health and wellness regimen, and also just focusing really on your mental health and getting your brain and your mind to a place where you can really focus on your mental health.
where you feel so at ease and where you feel so grounded in your frame and in your body that you're able to attract things so much faster into your vibration and into your vortex. People struggle often, I see this all the time with manifesting because they are so focused on the actual manifestation versus truly just letting go and let God or the universe or whatever higher power you choose manifest.
to really take care of it for you. And that is the key to actually attracting anything you want is to surrender and to truly trust that whatever you are asking for is going to be delivered in divine timing. And God knows what's best for you and what timing is best for you. You can't force the right timing. It is fated. It is fated in the sense of it will happen at the perfect timing. It will happen in divine timing. And it can be hard to be patient. It can be hard to wait it out. But
The key is to not feel like you're in waiting mode and you're in desperate energy mode. You have to sit back, surrender, and enjoy the process of the manifestation. And on today's episode, I'm going to cover literally everything. But I did want to touch on the masterclass only because the masterclass, Mind, Body, Soul Reset, and Dare to Detach, both of them are designed to help you manifest and up-level to new heights and new levels. And it definitely helps accelerate the process because a lot of the meditations and quantum leap exercises...
and things and techniques and tools I use to manifest are in those masterclasses. So if you're interested in accelerating the process of manifestation after this episode, you could go to the show notes. The masterclasses are gonna be linked there. You could join the wait list if they're not open, and if they are, feel free to join us. I would love to see you there. Now let's dive into today's episode, which is gonna cover everything I know about manifesting and how I've been able to attract crazy experiences, things, people, and situations into my life
Things that are kind of unexplainable and people don't even believe me when I tell them the things that have happened to me. I'm the type of person that will attract and manifest literally in moments. Okay. If I speak something into existence, it will happen the same day. It's happened to me so many times. And my friends, my closest friends have witnessed it before. And they're like, you need to make an episode solely dedicated to what you do and how your brain is operating.
at this level where you can speak something into existence this fast because it's not normal. You're literally a very powerful manifester. And I do believe this. I do believe I am a very powerful freak manifester. And I really want to be able to help you guys achieve everything you've ever wanted in life. So here we go. Okay. First, I want to give you some examples to get you inspired and to show you what I mean and to give you a clear picture of what I'm talking about because I
These are all true stories. These are all things that have recently happened to me. And I want to just show you what's going on. It's kind of freaky. It's kind of freaky. So I was with two of my best friends recently. We were at dinner and we were talking about
This person and I'm not going to name who it is. I'm going to keep it anonymous, but it was a man. And one of my friends said, I think he's really inspiring and I really love him and I love his content and he's so cool and he's really attractive. And I was like, oh, wow.
I know him. I've met him before. I know him, but I haven't seen him or spoken to him in years. And we were just talking about him very briefly, but I told her about him a little bit because I've met him in the same like industry, same circles type of thing.
He does social media. I've done social media for 12 years. So we've crossed paths a few times. So I was just telling her more about this person. A couple days later, I'm walking downtown and I literally bump into him. I see him sitting at a table with someone else that I know.
in the social media space, eating lunch in the middle of the street randomly at a random restaurant. I don't even remember what street I was on. I don't even remember why I was walking in that direction. But he literally just flew into my vortex and I haven't seen this person in years. But it literally happened two days after this dinner and me talking about him with this person. And I was like, what is going on? That is so freaky. I ended up having a conversation with him, whatever. We just caught up for a second.
But in my head, I was like, how is this really happening? Because I literally was just speaking this into existence. Like I spoke you into my vortex. This happens to people all the time, right? When you think about someone or you are thinking about messaging someone and then they reach out to you or they just appear, that is what instant manifestation is. Manifestation is when you are setting an intention. It doesn't have to be about a person. It doesn't have to be about anything in specific, but it is when you have a passing thought, it passes through your vortex and
And then it is literally shot back at you when you don't think about it and you let it go and you detach from it and you're not concerned about it. That is what manifestation really is to me. And that is where I've seen the best results. When I set an intention or I'm thinking about someone or I'm speaking about something or a situation and I let it go and I forget I was ever even talking about it. And then it'll literally appear out of fucking nowhere.
That was a very basic example, but I just want to explain to you and give you a rough idea of what I mean by manifesting on lightning speed because it could happen so quickly. If you speak something or someone into existence, it could happen really fast if you were so removed and detached from what you're actually talking about. There was another situation earlier.
fairly recently where one of my friends had DM me and she was like, have you ever been invited to the Aloe gym? And I was like, no, I haven't. She was like, well, if you're ever invited, can you please take me? I really want to go. It looks so much fun. You know, celebrities work out there. The biggest influencers work out there. I don't know if you guys are familiar with the Aloe yoga gym, but it's a very popular social scene in Manhattan. The next day, the next day,
freaking day. And I had wrote it in my notes, alo gym. I just wrote it in my notes because I wanted to remember and like circle back to it and remember that I had like set the intention because honestly, I didn't really care about going. It was just to see if I could manifest going or getting an invite. The next day, the trainer from the alo gym,
DM me and was like, hey, do you want to come in for a session? I would love to train you. And I went in and I did the session and I couldn't bring my friend that time because it was like my first time there or whatever. But point being, it happened so fucking fast because I didn't care about it. It literally manifested overnight in 24 hours because I didn't care about what I was trying to manifest. The key is to not give a fuck about it. You can't give a fuck about what you're trying to manifest.
When you are harping on it, when you are thinking about it, when you are directing mental energy at what you're trying to manifest, you're never going to get it because you're creating so much resistance to receiving it. The key to truly manifesting is to completely detach and let go of what you want. And I know it sounds counterproductive. I know that doesn't really make sense. Logically, you're like, well, then how am I supposed to want anything?
The key is to not want anything. That is what manifestation is. You can't want it. You can't want it. You can't have this desire for it because otherwise you're literally never going to get it. I've experimented with this. I've manifested a lot of things I've wanted in my life. I've actually manifested everything that I've set my intentions on. I've always received.
And if I didn't receive it, it was always replaced by something I wanted even more. So, for example, if I was trying to manifest someone, which you shouldn't do, I don't believe in manifesting a specific person. I think everyone has free will. And I think if you're trying to manifest someone specific, you might be manifesting someone that's wrong for you because the universe might have something or someone better. And you're going to be blocking that by trying to manifest someone specifically.
That's my honest opinion about that. That being said, I had been thinking about this particular person for a little bit. This was a few years ago where I had the biggest crush on someone and I ended up running into them at a party. And I was literally thinking about the day I would run into them. I was like, imagine I just run into this person.
I end up running into them at a party for work and I had a very brief conversation with them. And then they actually asked me for my number and it was a really brief exchange of words. But I knew deep down that that person wasn't compatible with me. Like I kind of I'm glad that I manifested that experience because I
Once I brought him into my vortex and brought him into my timeline and awareness of like who he really was and had that conversation, I realized that I was manifesting the wrong person. And I was trying to bring someone in my energy space that just wasn't compatible for me. And it was like a stupid move. For those of you who are trying to manifest a specific person, be clear if that person is actually right for you and compatible with you, because sometimes
you might be blocking a better opportunity. You might be actually forcing something that's not meant to be because you're supposed to be with someone better and you're supposed to be in a better relationship. So that's my experience with that. But I do believe that it's possible to manifest literally anything. It's really possible. If you really want something, you could attract pretty much anything into your energy field as long as it's truly destined and meant for you. I think a lot of people forget to understand that you need to be positive
in the same energy field, like you need to align yourself energetically with what it is you're trying to manifest. So this is my personal experience and my perception of manifestation. And everyone has their own version of it. But for me, I truly believe there does have to be an element of realism and actually being practical with what you're trying to manifest in the sense of let's just say I was like, Oh, I want to be a professional golfer right now.
Technically, could I do that and take all the inspired action and steps to get there and, you know, dive myself into the world of golf and become a professional golfer or professional NBA player, professional ice skater, whatever you get it? Could I technically do it and manifest it? Yes. If I spent the next 10 years of my life perfecting that craft and taking action to get there and thinking about it and surrounding myself with the people in the industries and whatever. Yes. Technically, yes.
But I will say manifestations also require you to be in surrender mode where you're relaxed and at ease. And I think if I was trying to pursue a goal that wasn't really aligned with my destiny or purpose in life, I would always feel resistance and the resistance would block the manifestation. So if you're trying to manifest something that's
so fucking out of your character or identity, or you know it's not truly meant for you, and you know that it's not right for you, and it's not meant for you in this lifetime, I wouldn't recommend going for that. I would recommend going for something that feels very aligned and that feels right for you. Everyone has a different fate. Everyone has a different
destiny in life. And I don't think my purpose in life was to become a professional golfer or an ice skater, right? I was talking to my brother about manifestation because he was like, how do I manifest this and that and whatever? He's like, what if I wanted to be a professional NBA player? Could I just do that and manifest it? I was like,
Technically, if you devoted your calling and your mission and your life to that since day one, since you were born and you felt it in your bones that you were meant to play in the NBA, I think, yes, you could. But the thing is, you know that that's not your calling in life, right? Like, you know, your soul isn't being called to be a professional NBA player. So that's not going to happen. The NBA players that are in the NBA and devoted their life and their mission to playing basketball are
They were born with that destiny. I truly believe this. I truly believe that there was a part of them that was born to be a basketball player. And they knew that and they followed that calling. And then they were able to manifest it by taking inspired action because it felt natural to them. And it felt easy to them in a sense of working towards that goal. Obviously, there's so much hard work involved. There's so much training involved. And there's so many years of dedication and persistence involved. But it was part of their soul calling. So...
When it comes to manifestation, there does have to be a little element of realism to it. I do truly believe this. Now, with other things like manifesting a certain amount of money, I also believe you can manifest however much money you really want, but there has to be inspired action taken to open that door. When I initially got introduced to the world of manifesting, I was under the impression that I could sit on my ass and do nothing and manifest a check for $10 million. But
I, this is my opinion, I don't believe that can truly happen. I think, yes, if you like wanted to win the lottery and you set the intention, I want to win the lottery. If you're at that vibrational level and you can align yourself there and you truly feel like you've won the lottery and you can visualize it.
That's possible. For me personally, I feel like it's really rewarding for me to earn the money that I make and to have some sort of goal or mission tied to the money that I'm making and the money that I'm receiving. Obviously, no one's going to turn down millions of dollars if you win the lottery, but I wanted to manifest a life that was sustainable where I could fulfill a mission, fulfill a calling, and also make a lot of money. For the first year,
two years that I was doing the podcast, up until recently, I was making $0, $0. But I would write in my journal and I would write down my manifestations of how much money I really wanted to be making instead. And it was really difficult in the beginning because I was literally like negative in my bank account. And I didn't know if what I was doing was going to pay off. And I didn't know if, you know, committing myself to my work was actually going to be worth it.
But I kept going because I felt like I was fulfilling the purpose of helping others. And that's what kept me going, right? It wasn't about the money. It was about my calling. And it was about me knowing that it was coming. I trusted that my life was going to get better and that my life was going to change for the better if I truly acted as if it was already happening. So what I would do is I would wake up every morning and literally pray and visualize myself in the state that I wanted to be in.
Abundant, wealthy, successful, being able to travel the world again, being able to make new friends, meet really cool people. And I immersed myself in this experience of living on the beach and taking care of my health and being driven and motivated and making money again because I was literally not making a dime and I was like, ah.
Am I doing the right thing with my life? This is kind of scary. But the visualizations kept me going and the belief kept me going. And being in that excited state to wake up every day and create, even though I was not doing well financially, it helped me get into a state where now I'm financially stable because I'm like –
I had to act as if it was already true. I had to put myself in the shoes of that version of me that was already really abundant and making good money. So another tip I have for you if you're trying to manifest, whether it's money or relationship or anything, you have to act as if you've already manifested
received it or you're already in that state or you're already that person. You have to act as if you are already that person that you want to become. Let's just say you wanted to be a surfer in Australia, right? How would you act if you wanted to be a surfer? Would you be sitting on your couch watching a movie or would you be out buying a surfboard and going to the beach? You know what I mean? That was a dumb example. But
But let me give you a better example. So for me with my podcast, because this is like actually a real life example. When I started, I had zero listeners. I had no money and I was depressed. Literally all three was like a terrible combination. I was at the lowest point of my life when I started the podcast. Okay. And.
I had I went into it basically not knowing what was going to happen, but I knew I needed to at least try and put myself out there and speak about my experiences and hopefully people could resonate with them. That was all I knew. I was like, I'm doing this blindly. If it works out great, but at least I have to put some momentum behind what I'm doing and try. At least I have to try. Right.
So I would wake up every day. I would go to this podcast studio that I discovered near my old apartment. I would get my cup of coffee, record an episode, edit it myself. I was doing everything by myself at that point. I had no help. I had no guidance. I really had no one around me. The only person I did have at that time was my ex-boyfriend who was...
actually encouraging me, but also it's so ironic because he's the reason I started the podcast. But anyways, it was just the initial few months. I was like,
I have to act as if I'm the number one podcast. I have to act as if I'm a huge successful podcaster. And what would a huge successful podcaster do? They would be in the studio every day. They would be working their ass off. They would be creating new content daily. They would be marketing themselves. They would be pushing themselves. They would be doing everything to make sure that their podcast is successful, right? So that's exactly what I did. And I was not successful at that time from my perspective. I had no...
listenership. I had no followers on my podcast at all. I did have a social media platform with followers, but people don't understand this. The podcast industry is an entirely different world and space. Even if you have 20 million Instagram followers to translate them into listening to you talking for an hour is very different than like you posting a story on Instagram. People have a very short attention span. People don't understand that to
build a podcast is very different than building an Instagram following. It's very different than building a TikTok following. It's very different than YouTube, too. It's just a different industry. And I went into this new profession knowing that I was starting from scratch. It didn't matter how many followers I had because I knew people who were literally, I kid you not, I swear to you, there were people with
30 million followers starting podcasts that I saw, that I've heard about and that I've spoken to, that their podcasts flopped. There was no one listening to it. So it's not about the following. It's about the content and it's about knowing your purpose and knowing your mission. And it's about not forcing what you're supposed to be doing in this lifetime. For me, five years ago, I knew I wanted to start a podcast. I love to talk. I love to communicate. I love talking to people and hearing their stories. I love...
connecting with people emotionally and spiritually. And I always envisioned myself having a career like this in like the self-help industry and something where I knew I could give back and help people and give advice. So I
I had it in my bones. But if you're just doing something just to do it, to hop on a trend, or you're doing something just because everyone else is doing it, that's not your sole calling. That's not your mission. So chances are you're not going to be successful at it if you don't have that momentum and that drive to keep going. And that's the other key to manifestation. It needs to be aligned with what you're really supposed to be doing and passionate about because...
That momentum is what's going to keep you in that good flow state to be excited about what you're manifesting. And then it'll end up manifesting because you worked hard at it. I do believe manifestation is a combination of intention, momentum, drive, and also being positive and being happy about what you're trying to manifest, but also motivation.
It's like a big combination of things. And I think just trusting that it's happening. It's a really big soup of all these different layers of things. And that's why it could get a little bit confusing sometimes because people are like, I don't get it. Like I'm doing everything I can to manifest and it's not happening. And I'm like, well, the last step, the last step in really getting it is to let go. Now you've done all the work and you're doing everything you can, right? Yeah.
But the last step is to be in this state of relaxation where you're like, it's already happening. This is who I am. This is what I'm meant to be doing. I'm supposed to manifest this. You have to get relaxed about it and comfortable with it. I think a lot of people actually block the actual manifestation from officially coming in because they're still obsessing over it happening.
And you have to let go of that thought. You have to let go of that thought process of, oh my God, when is it coming? You can't ask yourself that question. You just have to trust that it is coming and allow yourself to receive. You have to be in receiving mode at all times in order for things to manifest properly. I also want to talk about this concept of forcing something that's not meant for you because if you're trying to manifest something that's not meant for you, God or the universe will block it.
specifically to get your attention away from it. And it's different than it not manifesting. It's like literally being blocked for another reason. So it's like when you're not actually blocking it, but the universe is blocking it and how to know the difference and how to really know like what's going on. For me, I'll give you a really good example of this because it's kind of crazy how this all panned out with my work.
I was trying to sign with a major network. Now, it doesn't mean it's never going to happen because I truly believe that the next step for my podcast is that. I've always wanted to sign a major network deal so I could expand the podcast and so I could also do more with it so I could help more people. And I just want to grow it as a global movement so I could help more people. And I think that was always the next step for me. But
In the beginning, I was trying to manifest it right away. I was like, oh, I need a network deal, right? It was like a few months into starting my podcast. And although there were people contacting me and reaching out to me and trying to sign me and get me to sign a contract with them,
It just wasn't aligning. It just felt like something was sketchy about a lot of the people that I was in conversations with. They were lowballing me like I knew what I was worth and they were telling me I was worth nothing. They were telling me that I was worth a certain amount of money, which was like.
not even going to pay my rent for the month. And I was like, this is not going to work for me because I deserve more. I know the value of my brand. I know what messages I'm putting out into the world. And I don't want to saturate my podcast with garbage from a network that isn't respecting that and respecting my content because it's
I care more about the people listening and people going through heartbreak than making a few dollars off of advertising. Like that's just not aligning with who I am at all. And I don't give a fuck about the money. I would rather focus on the content and connecting with people versus signing a contract and getting paid at this stage.
This was like three or four months into Date Yourself Instead. I was in talks with probably five or six different podcast networks and all of them were saying the same thing and it felt so blocked and I was getting so frustrated and so upset because I was like, I'm poor and I'm like trying really hard to get my shit together and remain strong and resilient during this tough time. But I'm like working my ass off and I'm
Poor and people that are offering me these contracts, it just doesn't feel right at the same time. So I felt like I was going in a circle of like, do I sign because I need money because I don't know how I'm going to continue what I'm doing. And then it was like also the other end of it was like, this can't be the only option because.
I don't want to sell out and settle and sign a contract because I'm desperate. Like that is not who I am. I would rather be broke and do what I'm doing now, which I don't want. Obviously, I don't actually want to be broke, but I would rather that than be locked into a contract with people that don't have my best interests at heart and that are going to ruin my brand. So I just kept saying no to everything, even though it was hard. And sometimes I was like, should I? Should I do it?
I ended up saying no to literally everyone. And I was like, I'm going to wait. I'm holding off. This doesn't feel right. And it felt so blocked. And I would go to my parents and I was like, I don't know what to do. And my parents were like, you need to make a decision because we're not going to fund your life. And you're living in Manhattan. You need to, you know.
You need to make money. And I'm like, I know, I know, but I don't feel comfortable trapping myself in something that doesn't feel aligned with my soul. And like, it just didn't feel right. I kept asking the universe and God, I was like, God, Earth universe, why are you blocking all of this? Like, why is this so difficult? And then later on, as I continued to grow and scale everything, I figured out why it was getting blocked.
The reason it was getting blocked is because Date Yourself Instead is not just a podcast. It's a movement. It's a community, right? And to just sign a piece of paper and run random ads all over the podcast would have been a disaster. It would have been a huge fucking mistake. I think it would have ruined the quality of...
everything that I've been working so hard on. And also, if you're going through a breakup, because I'm sure the majority of you have been through some crazy shit and you're healing and you're in like healing vulnerable mode and you're listening to a podcast, the last thing you want to hear is me being like,
Oh, by the way, like I have this new toothpaste I'd love for you guys to try. Like you don't want to hear that fucking shit on a self-love healing podcast, right? Now there's certain ads that are totally fine that I would be comfortable doing. Obviously, if they were ads around mental health or a beauty product that I really love or skincare that I really loved, those are exceptions. But to force something and to sign a contract with a network where I don't really have control over things and I don't really have the creative ability to –
scale it properly because I have to listen to other people and it just would have been so messy and I know my personality and I know the brand and I know you guys and I know the community I've built and I'm like,
That would have been a huge mistake at that time. Now, eventually, if I'm scaling bigger and I'm doing bigger things with the brand and the career that I've built for myself, of course, I'm open to other things and I'm open to opening other doors and seeing other opportunities if it feels aligned and if it feels right for me. But to settle...
I would have been making the biggest mistake and that was getting blocked. I was trying to manifest it so hard. I was like, I want to sign to a network. I want to sign to a network. And looking back, I'm like, thank fucking God I didn't do that at that time because it just wasn't aligned and it wasn't the right timing. And the universe was divinely protecting me. I wanted to tell you that story because...
You will be blocked from something in order to protect you in all the ways you can't even see in that current moment because you're like, I want this so bad. I just want this so bad. I know I should get it. I know I deserve it. But sometimes it's just a timing thing. Sometimes you don't know what you don't know. Like you don't know everything.
what's going on behind the scenes of certain things that you're trying to manifest. You don't know a specific person the way that you think you do. If you're trying to manifest someone specific, God sees all sides of a person. And I love this quote, and I've heard it many times. God sees all sides of a person. You don't.
You don't know what goes on behind closed doors with that person that you're trying to manifest. So if it's being blocked, it could be being blocked for a reason. It doesn't mean it's never going to happen. It doesn't mean that, you know, eventually one day I will be signed to a network and I will be in a very comfortable place.
successful partnership with a network that could happen right but it's all about timing and what's right in the current state and current moment of your life and what makes sense and I think sometimes you have to trust a higher power versus yourself because you're not thinking clearly and sometimes you can't see all sides of the situation and that's why you got to trust and you have to have faith and you have to surrender and let God or the universe take care of it sometimes because
Manifestation is one thing and it's great, but also trusting and surrendering to the unknown is also a beautiful thing. And sometimes we don't really know what's best for us all the time. Sometimes we do, but sometimes we don't because there are
possibilities that we are not seeing all the time. And then once we get that and we attract that, we're like, oh my God, I can't believe I was about to settle for that shitty guy that treated me like garbage. Or I can't believe I was going to settle for that contract when I just received triple the amount of money and these people are so much nicer and they value me and they see my brand for what it is. So
You have to take all these things into consideration when you are trying to manifest. You also have to be really honest with yourself and honest with who you are. Are you trying to manifest something just because everyone else has it? What is your calling? What are you really meant to be doing? If you're trying to manifest someone else's life,
really think about it. Are you being honest and authentic with who you are? I'll give you a great example. I go on Instagram sometimes and I scroll and I see people living this life with their husbands in Hawaii and Paris and they're traveling the world and they're making crazy money and they're on jets and all this stuff, right? We see all this stuff on social media and we're like, oh my God, my life is nowhere close to how amazing this person's life is. But once again,
One, you don't know what goes on behind closed doors. You don't know what's fake and what's real. I can tell you right now, when I was traveling the world with one of my ex-boyfriends, people thought we were like this dream perfect couple. We would post these couple photos together, kissing during Christmas. We were in front of our Christmas tree. He was holding me. We look so romantic. We look so perfect. We look so in love. And in reality, we were fighting over that picture. Okay. And he was like,
fighting with me about taking the picture in the first place because he didn't like posting our relationship. And it's like, you don't really know what goes on behind the scenes. OK, a lot of people that post their dreamy, perfect life. It's not all butterflies and rainbows and what you actually perceive it to be. Get real and careful about what you're trying to actually manifest for yourself. It's better to focus on yourself and your goals and what you really want out of life versus obsessing over someone else's life.
and looking at other people and being like, oh my God, like they're perfect. This is what I want. Because one, that's not really going to serve you because it's going to be coming from a mode of desperation. Like, oh my God, I need that. I need what that person has, which is not really the best way to go about manifesting. And the other thing is, if you truly center yourself and get back to who you are and you really ground your energy,
you'll realize that you don't really want a lot of the things that you're absorbing online. I think social media has become this like outlet of distraction. We think we're missing out on so much. We think we're missing out on the world because we're sitting at home scrolling and this person is jumping on a plane and going to 30 different countries. I just want to let you know, because I've experienced a lot in my life. I've had the privilege and I'm very grateful. I have a lot of gratitude towards the things I've experienced in my life. I've traveled the world. I've
met celebrities. I've done the red carpets. I've gone to events in Hollywood. I've gone to the Grammys. I've done like all of these bougie, crazy things. Okay. I've stayed in five-star resorts and I'm not complaining. Like,
I am so fucking grateful that I've had all these experiences at such a young age. But what I will tell you is all of that shit is temporary. It doesn't truly make you happy. It doesn't truly make you happy. I still have the same mental health issues. I still struggle with feeling confident in some ways. Sometimes money makes things easier.
And I agree with that statement for sure. Money does give you access to better things and better health care and a better life and a better lifestyle and a better quality of life. Yes, that is true. But it does not make you happier and it does not make you more fulfilled.
You're still the same person with or without the money. I promise you. You can change your looks. You can spend money on cosmetic surgeries. You could travel more. You could experience new things. And all of those things are incredible. And that's why I've always wanted money to be able to have the freedom and luxury to do what I want. And that is the coolest thing in the world to be able to say, oh, you know, I'm able to get up and do these things. 100%. No doubt about it.
But at the end of the day, when I come home to myself and I'm back where I started and I'm like, I had all those experiences. I traveled. I saw the world. I met cool people. I accomplished everything I wanted in my career. Why do I still feel sad? Why do I still feel sad? Because...
None of those things are permanent. It's all temporary experience, right? So the key is to get real about what's really important to you and what you're trying to manifest because yes, once you get it, you're going to have this temporary high of, oh my God, this is the coolest thing in the world. Like my life is amazing. Yes, you're going to feel that way temporarily, but it all goes away and it all fades.
And the true way to really manifest, in my opinion, is having so much gratitude that you're at peace in no matter what state you're in. It doesn't matter if you have no money or you're the richest person in the world. To actually learn the art of being truly grateful and at peace and happy regardless of your current physical circumstances is the key to getting everything you want in life because those external things will fade away. I can guarantee you that.
