Believing in your worthiness and deservingness is crucial because it aligns your energy with the manifestation process. It ensures that you are open to receiving what you desire, as your belief in your own value attracts positive outcomes.
Following your soul's calling is essential because it aligns you with your true purpose and mission on earth. When you live out your mission, nothing can stop you, and the universe supports your happiness and success.
Embracing the unknown and trusting the process allows you to remain open to possibilities and avoid fear-based living. This openness accelerates manifestation and attracts positive outcomes faster.
Consistency builds character and strength, making the journey towards your goal exciting and rewarding. It ensures that you don't give up prematurely, allowing momentum to build and success to manifest.
Small changes in your routine can significantly impact your life by breaking old patterns and introducing new, positive habits. These changes can ignite new energy and motivation, helping you grow and evolve.
Even small increments of self-improvement compound over time, leading to significant growth and transformation. This approach ensures continuous progress and resilience, making you stronger and more capable.
Forgiveness allows you to release past hurts and focus on your future. It helps you maintain positive energy and boundaries, enabling you to move forward with peace and clarity.
The key to manifesting is believing that you already have it. Is believing that you are so deserving of it and that you're worthy of it. Do you know how worthy you are? Do you know how amazing you are? Do you know how powerful you are? Do you know that you are a divine creator of the universe, of God? You're here for a reason. You are here for a reason. You are here to change the world. You are here to make a difference. You are here to be a leader.
And if you feel like you were called to do something specific with your life and your soul is itching to do something specific with your life, you have to tap into that. You were put on this earth to create.
The reason we are here is to create, to teach others, to help others, to heal others, to change the world, to make a difference. Art is so important. Art is creation. Anything that you want to accomplish in life is possible through the power of your faith, your mind, and trusting that it's meant for you.
Trusting that your path and your calling is working in your favor. If you feel that constant nudge to do something different with your life in order to impact the world and change the world and make a difference, follow it and trust it. I spent years of my life hesitating on doing what I love to do and having a podcast and having a voice and having a platform because I was scared. I was scared of what people would think. I was scared that no one would listen. I was scared that I would be too vulnerable.
But the truth is when we follow our calling, we follow our actual mission on this earth, nothing can stop us and hold us back because we're finally living out our mission and our purpose. And the universe wants to see us happy. God wants to see us happy. Everything will work in your favor if you trust your higher self and your calling and you actually do what you're supposed to be doing and what you're meant to be doing.
So what drives you? What inspires you? The reason I'm able to manifest so fast nowadays is because I've opened my heart up and my energy fields to all of the possibilities that life has to offer. I'm not blocking myself from receiving. I'm in full receiving mode. When you go in full receiving mode, that is the ultimate game changer. You will start to see shifts in your reality and you will start to attract so fast because you are open to any possibility.
You are open to the unknown and you're not scared of the unknown. You're not living in fear. You're not living in panic. You're not living in frustration and anger and desperation and clinging on to whatever it is that you want. You're sitting back and trusting the process and knowing that it's coming for you and knowing that you're on the right journey and knowing that you're about to make a huge difference in the world. And that's what really matters when your intentions are pure and you move with a pure heart and
you truly are passionate about whatever it is you're chasing, that is when the magic happens. That's when the magic fucking happens. When you combine your passion and your drive and pure intentions and you know you have a pure good soul and heart and you're doing things for the higher good of all humanity, you will be unstoppable. It's easy to really doubt yourself.
It's easy to be insecure about your goals. It's easy to get swept up in the narrative that things are impossible and things aren't going to work. And if it's not working after a couple of weeks, you throw in the towel because you're frustrated.
Most people give up too soon. When things are just starting to pick up and the momentum is about to pick up, you throw in the towel. How are you going to get anywhere in life if you're constantly giving up right before things are about to happen for you? We give up too soon. And that is often the issue when we are trying to manifest and create and build a new life for ourself.
and become the highest version of ourself, we give up too soon because we don't see results immediately. And then we're like, oh, it's not working. You don't know what's going on behind closed doors. You don't know what's going on behind the scenes. You don't even know what God has in store for you because you're not willing to fully commit to it and have full faith in it.
You need to have full, unwavering faith in your process. That is the only way to succeed in life is when you commit to the process and you have full, unwavering faith. Without a doubt, it's coming, it's happening for me. This is my purpose, this is my mission, and there's no other option. I like to call this the no other option mentality. There is no plan B, there's no plan C or D. There's no other plans, this is the plan.
The amount of times I've started a new venture, a new business, and people have said, oh, well, what if that doesn't work out? It's going to work out. Oh, what if you don't succeed? I'm going to succeed. What if that idea is not going to make you any money? Oh, it's going to make money. You have to flip it and be so fucking confident in your abilities that nothing or no one is going to stop you from getting there.
It's easy to give up, but why would you? This is your life we're talking about. This is your precious, valuable future we're discussing right now. Why would you give up on yourself? Why would you give up when you're just starting? Not everyone has success handed to them overnight. Not everyone goes viral on TikTok overnight. People have to learn the power of consistency. What happened to hard work and consistency?
and not hard work in the sense of you're miserable while doing it. Hard work in the sense of you're showing up every day and directing inspired action and energy towards your goals. Things don't always happen or manifest instantly. Sometimes you have to put in the dedication and the time in order to get to the goal, and that's okay. That's a good thing. That builds your character. That builds your strength. The entire process and journey of getting to the goal is the fun part. That's what makes things exciting.
It's not exciting to just get something because then it's done. It's over. Completion is finished. Why not make the journey fun and exciting? Why not enjoy the process of getting to the goal? Why not...
Use this time that you're busy trying to manifest whatever it is that you're trying to manifest to create new things and get more inspired and say, you know what, while this is happening, I'm going to live my best life and do everything I can to be happy and inspired because I know that big check that I've always wanted to receive from work is on its way. That pay raise that I've always wanted is on its way. That promotion is on its way.
That new relationship that's going to change the course of my life and I'm going to end up getting engaged to my soulmate next year is on its way. That soulmate that I've been desiring and dreaming of my whole life is on its way. They're on their way. So why not just enjoy the present moment and enjoy your life and enjoy the journey and the process of getting there? You're going to look back once you get to your goal and be like, wow,
All of it was worth it. All of it paid off if you just stick it out and enjoy it. Enjoy the journey. Trust the journey and embrace it. This is your life. I want to make this so clear to you because it is so important to wrap your head around this concept. We get so fixated in one specific way of doing things that we lose sight of why we're even here.
We get so wrapped up in the minute everyday aspects of life and the bullshit and the guy that didn't call you and, you know, the breakups and getting fired and someone you love just leaving you, whatever it is. We get so caught up in the everyday bullshit of our physical reality that we forget the truth that we're all eventually not going to be here anymore. And your time is now.
to embrace the moment and enjoy the present moment and why not be doing the things you love during this time? Why not? The nights you go out spending your weekends getting wasted and numbing your pain is not going to get you to the end goal. I want you to do the things that scare you. I want you to do something that intimidates you, that brings you out of your comfort zone.
that ignites a fire inside of you because you're breaking so far out of your old routine and habit that you won't even recognize yourself while you're doing it. For example, me leaving my old apartment in New York, packing my shit up, selling everything I own, and jumping on a plane and coming to Bali was not on the cards for me this year in 2024. That wasn't on the agenda. I wasn't planning on doing this, but I felt a soul calling and an inner voice pushing me to make a change.
Even if it's temporary, even if it's for two weeks, even if I end up leaving tomorrow, I did it because I knew I needed to make a change. I needed to rattle up my environment to grow, to better myself, to learn more about who I am, to take a risk on myself, to take a bet on who I am and my future version of me. I needed to do something different. Now, if you can't necessarily leave your environment,
That's understandable because if you have obligations like a family, children, a job that you're committed to, I get it. We all have different obligations. We all have different life paths and plans. But it's up to you to figure out what it is that you can do to shift your reality a little bit, shake things up a little bit. What can you incorporate in your routine that would change the game for you? Is it a new workout class?
Is it going to a new spot that you've never tried before and taking yourself on a date? Is it investing in self-care and some new books because you never read and you've never taken time to actually open a self-help book and you're busy scrolling on TikTok instead of actually engaging in self-development? What is going to help you make changes in your life that are positive and constructive? It could be a really small shift and it could be a really big shift, but either way, do something different.
Even if it's something as small as learning how to cook dinner for yourself or just trying a new recipe or writing a letter to your future self thanking her for accomplishing the next five years of her life or complimenting a stranger. Just do something that you normally wouldn't do to shake things up. It will ignite something new inside of you. And I've been doing this more even being here. There was someone that I just saw
I thought was really attractive and I was sitting next across from him and I'm like that man is very attractive person but I am in my no tolerance no bullshit no dating era right now where I'm really focusing on myself and I'm focusing on really really investing in dating myself and self-care and just taking this time to properly heal and show up for my work better so in my mind I
I was going back and forth whether I should initiate a conversation because we kept looking at each other as I was eating breakfast and
I just smiled at him. And I'd normally be too shy to do that, but I smiled at him and he smiled back. And we looked at each other and it was just this friendly, warm moment. And I was really proud of myself to have the courage to smile at a stranger because I'm usually very introverted when I go out in public. I have a resting bitch face. And it's not because I'm rude and it's not because I'm a bitch. It's because I'm really introverted when it comes to being in public and just interacting with people unless I, you know...
get a little warmed up to them. I'm not as extroverted as I may seem because when I'm in the studio and I'm recording podcasts, I have a persona that is very extroverted and I'm giving advice, but I'm also alone in a room filming. Whereas when I'm out in public and people approach me, I'm always friendly, I'm always warm, and I always love talking to people, but I am a little shy and I am a little more introverted and not what people typically expect. So for me, to smile at a man
especially in the era of life that I'm in, I was like, you know what? Why not? Why not just smile at a stranger? And maybe it'll make his day. And I think it made his day. And he made my day too, because we were smiling at each other. Just doing small things, small acts of service, helping someone with their chair,
helping an elderly person with their bags cross the street, doing something that is going to break yourself out of your routine and your comfort zone. Or something that's just a little different. Change it up. Get excited about your life. Stop complaining about your present circumstances and look around and be fucking grateful for what you have.
Be grateful and inspired for the life that you've already built for yourself. If you're not in the place you want to be and you're struggling in your finances or you're really lost and you don't know your purpose right now and you're very confused or you're going through a really bad breakup and a hard time and you're depressed, I get it.
But you're not the only one. We're all in this together. Everyone who's listening to this podcast has gone through a breakup. Everyone who is listening to self-help and who's trying to better themselves and work on themselves has been through shit. We've all been through shit. When you recognize that we all have that in common and we've all been through hardships together, it makes you feel less alone. It makes me feel less alone. I know that I'm not alone.
That's the beauty of life. It ebbs and flows. There's ups and downs. We all go through hardships and we all go through really good times and amazing times. But the key is to look around right now in this very moment and be fucking grateful and say, oh my God, yes, it was shitty what happened to me. I hit rock bottom. I thought I was never going to get back on my feet, but I'm here now.
And I'm so grateful and I'm so blessed and I'm given the opportunity to live my best life here on earth. So I might as well make the most of it. Even if it's hard sometimes, even if it sucks sometimes. Every experience that has challenged me has made me stronger and better. Every single time I've had a setback, I come back stronger. Every single time someone has doubted me, I've proved them wrong.
Every single time I've gone through shit, I've risen to the occasion and made myself more of a warrior, more driven, more ambitious, more confident. Yes, there will be hard moments, but they make you better. The warriors of this world don't let shitty circumstances define the rest of their life. You have a whole future ahead of you.
You have so much to look forward to. Stop looking backwards. Stop looking in the rearview fucking mirror. It's time to look forwards. It's time to believe in yourself and what you're capable of. Being here in Bali has also taught me the power of loving myself in such a different way that I've never experienced in my life.
It makes me realize this experience so far, being on my own, actually taking time to heal, focus on myself. I haven't really interacted with many people while I've been here. I've really just been working and focusing on healing my heart and getting really grounded in my energy and knowing what I want out of life. When I'm in this energy and in this energy space, it's
Taught me so much already about myself and I'm continuing to learn. But something I've really learned recently is your circumstances do not define anything about your soul and who you are and who you're meant to become. Your current circumstances have nothing to do with who you are.
Yes, maybe you've made mistakes. Maybe you've been through a lot of toxic shit. Maybe you've been through a lot in your life, but that doesn't define who you are and who you're becoming. You can always make a change. You could always transform. You have an opportunity to be better every single day.
Even if you're working towards it a very small amount you're doing something to make a change and that's all that matters Just taking baby steps even towards making a change is so impactful It's more impactful than you actually realize in the moment You might feel like you're not really doing that much but I promise you even 1% a day the craziest thing happened to me and
I literally think I'm gonna get very emotional because I am still coming to terms with this and it just makes me believe even more in a higher power in God and the universe and creation and just everything is so connected.
had saved this tattoo that I wanted on my phone when I got to Bali. And it's this concept in Japanese culture called Kaizen. Now Kaizen is basically a reminder that if you're even improving or working towards self-improvement 1% every single day, it's still something. Just striving to get better and improve yourself, even just a tiny little bit every single day, it's better than doing nothing. Like it could be the smallest thing.
But as long as you're working towards something, even if it's tiny, even if it's a really small effort, you're still making the effort and that's what counts and that's what matters the most and it compounds over time. And saved it in my phone, in my folder. And the next day I was reading a book that I've never read before. I randomly was drawn to it, picked it up at the bookstore and started reading it. And it started talking about Kaizen.
And that is like the most specific niche. I've never even heard of Kaizen before until I saw it. I saw it on a photo on Pinterest and I saved it and I was like so unfamiliar with this concept. I've never heard of it before in my life. I've never ever heard that word in my life. When I was drawn to this book, I had no explanation for why I bought it. I just picked it up and I
Started flipping through it and I landed on the word Kaizen and my heart literally jumped. I was like Kaizen this is the craziest connected moment of all time. It made me feel like suddenly that I was in the right place at the right time. It was one of those very synchronistic moments and
It's so important, this message of striving to get better, even if it's just 1%. That's all that matters is that you're making the effort and trying.
is that you're rewarding yourself for the little things. Even if other people don't see what you're doing as a big deal or they're not acknowledging you or crediting you, you don't need that. Fuck that. You don't need the external validation. All that matters is that you are working towards a better you every single day and you are moving in the world with pure intentions and a good heart and a good soul.
If you are a good person with a good heart and pure intentions, you are going to get really fucking far in life. You may suffer through more obstacles because the world will chew you and spit you out a million times over and it will break you down and rebuild you a million times over. But at the end, you will be a winner. You will not only be mastering all of your goals and everything you've ever wanted to accomplish, but you'll also be
person of strength and character and you will actually be a person of resilience and you'll be able to help others and teach others how to do the same and how to get through hard times because you were a champion and you've been through it. When you've been through shit you're able to provide value to others and help others heal. That is the beauty of being a warrior and a champion at life.
You're able to heal the world and you're able to make a difference and make an impact long-term because you've been through it. And I think it's such a beautiful perspective and it's a beautiful thing. And I really want you to get it through your head. I really want you to understand that whatever it is you have to deal with and the circumstances that you're facing,
This is only here to make you stronger and to make you more resilient so you could show up in the world better. And it may not seem that way right now, but I promise you it's happening for a reason. And it's happening because God knows that you can handle it. God knows that you're capable of handling everything he throws your way. If you're listening to this right now, you're here to make a difference. You're here to change the world.
You are so powerful and you are the most amazing, incredible person. And I know that because this community is the most incredible community of people. The messages I get, the amount of gratitude and love I receive from you. I know that everyone here has an incredible heart, has the best intentions, and we're all in this together. We're all healing together. And I am so proud of you. Wherever you are in your life right now,
I'm just really proud of you. And I know that I may be a stranger to you. You may not know me personally. I may not know you personally, but energy is everything. And I know we're connected regardless. I am sending you so much love and energy and healing always. I want what's best for all of you. I want you to be the best version of you. Every single day when you wake up, I want you to be a winner and succeed.
and do whatever it takes to get there. And I hope that these messages can help you feel a little more inspired, feel a little more confident to fulfill your dreams, fulfill your passions, and to really work on bettering yourself, even if it's just a small little change in your routine. There's an element of forgiveness here in Bali that I feel called to speak about.
I feel way more maternal and forgiving here. And I feel more grounded in my energy. And I have a new perspective. Every time I come here, I feel so different. And I see the world in such a different lens. I feel like when I am in a big city or I'm around a lot of people and a lot of energy and a lot of movement and chaos, I get swept up in the external way more. It's easy to get overstimulated, especially living in a city like Manhattan, where
can be so intense and it can be so chaotic and it can drive your brain insane. So when you're in an entirely different polar opposite environment, we're surrounded by nature and the ocean and trees and birds singing in the morning, you're able to really reassess what's important and what matters and what's grounding you. And you're able to really ground yourself and ground your energy differently. And yeah,
The last few days waking up here have been so life-changing and life-altering and I really wanted to share it because one of my ex-boyfriends had reached out to me and told me that he was so proud of me and he had listened to my podcast and
It was actually really nice to read the text, but I didn't respond. And I responded through my thoughts and my energy just saying, oh, that was really nice. I appreciated the message. Thank you. But I didn't actually engage with him because I'm setting boundaries for myself. And I'm working on being able to energetically send people love without necessarily having to engage with them. Something being here...
It's really taught me the power of really forgiving your past and forgiving the people in your past because we're all human and we all are learning and growing and changing. And you can send someone love and peace from a distance and wish them well from a distance. You don't owe anyone a response. You don't have to engage with someone that hurt you or betrayed you, but just knowing that you're wishing the best and peace and healing among people and you're able to move on and detach and just...
see a better future for yourself without necessarily engaging in your past is such a beautiful thing and a concept. And it's something that I just took from that experience because there was a part of me that was tempted to say something back, but then I was like, you know what? I hope he's doing well. I'm wishing the best for him, but this is my time to ground my energy and be at peace. And I just want to look forward to the future.
And I wish him well, but these are my boundaries. And it's okay to send someone love and move on and send someone peace and love and light and move on and trust that they got your message energetically. Bali has just been teaching me a lot of things. I hope that I can share more of my wisdom and lessons with you while I'm here and while I'm out here. It's been such a life altering experience so far, and it hasn't even been that long. Um,
but I am really grateful for all of you for being here, for following along on the journey and
I love hearing from you. If you want, you could always send me a message on Instagram, on the podcast, Instagram account at Date Yourself Instead, or my personal account at Liss. Remember that you are such a magnetic, beautiful, powerful, radiating beam of light and energy, and you deserve the best out of life. And I'm always rooting for you. I love you. Have an amazing day and stay tuned for next Monday.
