Our bodies are designed to soothe themselves, but negative experiences and beliefs can hinder this process. By relaxing deeply, we can access our inner pharmacy of feel-good chemicals like dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and endorphins. These chemicals are released through exercise, sunlight, healthy eating, social interaction, gratitude, touch, compliments, and sleep.

In tonight's Sleep Hypnosis with Jessica, we'll be learning to self soothe. Your brain contains dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and endorphins, all feel-good chemicals. A veritable pharmacy of pleasure right inside our bodies, at our disposal if we focus on feeling good. And when we let that inner pharmacy work for us, we can soothe ourselves at will: whether it’s at night, as you listen to sleep magic, when you meditate, or at any time during the day when you decide to simply dial up the joy.  

As always, tonight's episode will start with a relaxing introduction from Jessica, before we sink into tonight’s Sleep Hypnosis.
