This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran. This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec. Former President Donald Trump will debate Kamala Harris next month. The decision comes after days of negotiations between the two campaigns over microphone muting. The debate is scheduled for September 10th on ABC.
Special counsel Jack Smith has just filed a superseding indictment in the federal January 6th case. Quote, today, a federal grand jury in the District of Columbia returned a superseding indictment charging the defendant with the same criminal offenses that were charged in the original indictment.
The superseding indictment, which was presented to a new grand jury that had not previously heard evidence in this case, reflects the government's efforts to respect and implement the Supreme Court's holding and remand instructions. Statement from a spokesperson for the Secretary of State in Michigan. It reads...
Our office has received several complaints from Michigan voters concerned about text messages they've received regarding their voter registration status. Our Office of Investigative Services is reviewing the complaints and will refer any suspected criminal activity to the Attorney General or other appropriate law enforcement agencies. If someone were to violate the law,
and not certify the election at the local level, we will come for you. - So RFK Jr.'s campaign even asking, he urged state election officials to keep his name off the ballot after dropping out and endorsing former President Donald Trump. But that's not gonna happen. The commission citing state law, essentially forcing their hand, they said, to keep Kennedy's name on the ballot, a point of contention for the Wisconsin Elections Commission. - How many times did the members ask
Are we prepared? Are we prepared? We're not. We're calling the National Guard now. Then we're going to start out. Why weren't the National Guard there to begin with? There's not a question about it. They don't know. They clearly didn't know, and I take responsibility for not having them just prepared for war.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily Live Washington, D.C. Today is August 28th, 2024. Anno Domini. Massive news today. We have breaking story from humanevents.com. We've got it here live and in real time. We promised you if you were following that we would have news and we have brought the receipts.
The United States Attorney has impaneled a grand jury to consider criminal charges in the Trump assassination investigation. So we knew already, and we've been circling around this for a few days now, that we knew that
the father of thomas matthew crooks had lawyered up we know that five secret service agents have been placed on leave we also know that numerous other angles are being investigated and so this comes to us by way of america first legal who filed a claim
requesting records from the Community College of Allegheny County in response to attorney Wiley Zimelong which denied the records request so crooks had been a student there up until May of 2024 and so the records request specifically was for
emails, text messages, student work, any information they had on his student records, potentially that he had at the community college where he just graduated with an associate's degree. Well, that was all denied. By the way, they were also looking for potential disciplinary records.
They then wrote back from the community college, be advised that your request is denied on the basis that it requests records that relate to an ongoing criminal investigation, which exempt from disclosure. The purpose of the scope of the great, excuse me,
The records you have requested are within the scope of a grand jury subpoena issued to the Community College of Allegheny County by the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and which the US Attorney's Office has confirmed
relate to an ongoing criminal investigation. The purpose of a federal grand jury is to consider criminal charges against a target or a range of targets. This is the first indication that a grand jury has been empaddled in the district to investigate and look at potential charges
for the attempted assassination now of course we we all know what happened in that in that day but there's still many many questions yet to be seen what happened that day this is huge by the way this information as far as i know was not provided to united states congress this was not provided to the task force that was just in butler a couple of days ago and in fact hasn't been released
to anyone that's investigating this on the congressional side. But we here at Human Events Daily are able to go, apparently, where other people aren't able to get. And that is why we've got this information. We need to know what is the government looking at? Why are they telling us this? Why aren't they giving us the answers? And what exactly and who exactly are this grand jury going after? Stay tuned. We'll be right back. Human Events Daily with much, much

Look, we have this information out regarding the new scoop on the grand jury. The fact that a grand jury has been impaneled in Western Pennsylvania. Now, there's a number of questions this raises. The government's been telling us all along, the FBI saying a lone wolf, lone wolf, lone wolf. And now all of a sudden they're talking about criminal charges. That's what a grand jury does. So the question are, who's going to be in charge of this?
The question would be, who are the criminal charges going after? Are we talking Secret Service? Are we talking local police officers? Are we talking perhaps the father who we know he and his wife have just lawyered up? Or potentially, are we talking about accomplices? Vish, what say you?
Well, I'm hoping that it's actually somebody in the CIA or something like that because there's too many questions that need to be answered. And we've already seen bad faith actions taken by the Secret Service, the CIA, and all these folks. Namely, you already have messages being deleted by the Secret Service already, including Kimberly Cheadle's. I mean, this is just unacceptable. It's literally guilty behavior. So I'm hoping that that's the kind of stuff that's being brought up
in this grand jury, but there's just no, there's so little faith in our institutions right now, especially the national security state and our intelligence agencies that I'm gonna say that this is probably somewhere closer to home and this is,
maybe someone who is likely to, maybe this is gonna be the fall guy. Because I think that there's been a ton of pressure created from the MAGA base, from Americans in general. I mean, Democrats are not, there's some Democrats who are not taking this lightly either and want answers for what happened. So I think that they're prepping basically to get a fall guy in line
and feed them to the masses and say, hey, look, we dealt with this. We took care of this. This is the guy. Here's some criminal charges. And basically make him a fall guy. Give them that so they don't have to explain the larger picture of what actually went on behind the scenes, especially with the Secret Service, the local police, and et cetera.
yeah fish one of the and and look you know i have to say that the leading as far as i'm concerned by the way i i just realized saw the in the wide shot there your collection of maga hats back there that is that is quite formidable a very i believe that space force you've got front and center is that right and then i see the iowa uh the iowa team trump captain hat and of course dark maga uh right there very featured very prominently i've got mine i've got mine somewhere around here but um look
The reason that I think it's the father, number one, is the fact that we know that he's lawyered up recently. But also, what do we know? The feds told us very early on that one of the searches that Thomas Matthew Crooks had made prior to the shooting. Yes, we know his final search was for pornography.
So he goes off to shoot the former president of the United States and his final search result is pornography. So apparently it wasn't just eight shots that he took off that day. It was nine. And also, though, also, no, no, no, no. Hold on. Hold on.
But, but the, the other side piece of this is that not to mention Kamala Harris, but the, the other piece of this is that we know that the feds told us he was searching what Ethan Crumbly. Now, why is Ethan Crumbly significant? Because Ethan Crumbly was, I think it was Michigan, was a school shooter and he,
it wasn't just Ethan Crumbly who they went after, it was also his parents. So this was sort of the new standard that happened during all of it where his parents were then charged. And it was the feds that told us initially about that. So this...
potentially could be the situation going on with his father. Plus, we also know, by the way, that his father called police, Matthew Crooks. And by the way, so the son is Thomas Matthew Crooks. The father is Matthew Crooks. So not to get that mixed up for folks. So the father calls police after the shooting, potentially minutes after the shooting.
Why? That's kind of suspicious. Why would he call police to say that he was worried about his son and that his son was missing after the shooting? So, you know, you could say, well, you know, I mean, think about it, Vish. If you know someone in their 20s and you haven't seen them for a couple hours, is your first thought to call the cops? Does that really make sense?
No, absolutely not. I think obviously he knew something was... I think the father definitely knew something was up with his son. I think that, you know...
basically what we've already learned about the, the, the relationship between, uh, you know, Matthew Crooks and Thomas Matthew Crooks. I mean, you know, outside of being the father, but obviously how, you know, how intertwined and close they are. I mean, there's, it's feasible that, that the grand jury could be a panel to bring, uh, this gentleman, uh, you know, this gentleman in, but I also think that there's some dangers to that. I mean, you just pointed out that Ethan Crumbly, uh,
that these school shootings and these mass shooters come along and they usually die on the spot or they're taken out and now they're trying to go after the parents. This is gonna be used as a wide justification to go after these incel types, especially types that are watching pornography before they go out and pull off mass shootings. So again, this is just, I think an exercise of jurisdiction
by the state now. Look, I'm not saying whether Matthew Crooks is guilty or not guilty, but I'm saying follow the pattern, follow the signal. What is being presented in front of you, but also what is not being presented in front of you. And so I think that if it only comes down to what, you know, if the accountability factor only comes down to the father,
I think that there's still a disservice being done to the American people by not also answering the systemic failures that even facilitated such an event to happen. I mean, if the simple perimeter was properly secured, a lot of this problem would have
would have never happened and we may not even be having this conversation. But those are the kind of questions we also want answers to. It's not just who did this, but how did this happen, not just on a micro scale, but a macro scale.
Well, Vish, you know, it's interesting you mention that because President Trump was on Dr. Phil yesterday. I know a lot of people are watching that interview. He's done a lot of these lately. But one of the things that he said on Dr. Phil, which he actually took things a step further than he has, I've seen even on some of his true social posts, because Dr. Phil asked him a question, do you think there were Democrats who,
maybe, and Dr. Phil asked him, he says, maybe they weren't in on it, but do you think that they wanted you dead, that they wanted you shot? And President Trump responded saying that, look, you see the rhetoric that they make, that they say I'm a threat to democracy. And then I'll pull up the exact quote, but he said something along the lines of, they didn't give us the security that we wanted. The employment court right now.
they were making it very difficult to have proper staffing in terms of secret service so he specifically references the fact that they were going back to the biden administration and saying weed and there's multiple uh reports about many times that they suggested this and requested more security and
And they were denied by the Biden administration. We know Dr. Jill Biden had an event down the road that day. And this is something that, by the way, Congressman Matt Gaetz was doing a fantastic job with this J13 panel the other day saying, at what point do we say that there wasn't any level of intent? So we see President Trump making that same charge saying, look, they see the environment with the rhetoric. Then they deny the requests for extra security. And you mean to tell me there's no element of intent there?
- Well, that's exactly right. I mean, not only that, we've had, you know, Darren Beattie report recently that, you know, the Secret Service had to rely on some agents from Department of Homeland Services, HSI unit to fill the gap there based on the lack of staffing that was even available that day, that period, and overall just how the staffing concerns of the campaign were handled.
throughout the length of the campaign. So again, this stinks to high heaven and everyone knows it, Jack. That's the problem. That's why even these answers, the grand jury being impaneled right now, it's simply not enough. It's not just about grand jury. We need a commission. This should have been the easiest legislation to pass.
a long time ago as soon as it happened. The Congress should have came back, passed legislation for a presidential appointed commission as it was done during the Warren Commission, and get real people there, real experts, real people with interests, make it a whole of government. It should have been a whole of government approach to answer what exactly happened on J-13. That is the
the end all be all of it. And look, this is just simply not enough. Yes, good. Progress is good, but this is not enough. Not at the pace of what President's like. Still in danger. Precisely. Quick break. Right back. Vish Bro.
All right, Jack Posowek back here live, Human Events Daily. Folks, I want to tell you about today's episode sponsor. It's called Bank On Yourself. I'd like to ask you a question. Do you really control your retirement money? Well, Bank On Yourself is the proven retirement plan alternative that lets you beat the banks at their own game. You can take control of your financial future. If you've got a 401k or an IRA or similar retirement plan, the government controls it.
They do. They decide how much you borrow and when to pay it back. You're going to owe taxes. You're going to own penalties for taking money out too soon or waiting too long, even though it's your money. Thanks to skyrocketing national debt, who knows how much you'll have to pay in taxes when you're retired.
Let me tell you something with no luck, skill or guesswork required. Your plan doesn't go backward when the markets tumble. Both your principal and growth are locked in. Your money is guaranteed to grow by a larger dollar amount every single year in both good times and bad.
You'll know the minimum guaranteed value of your retirement savings on the day you plan to tap into them and at every point along the way. You can now get a free report with all these details on how the Bank on Yourself strategy adds guarantees, predictability, and control to your financial plan. Post so this Burra so we've heard more now about the US attorney. The potential for charges. Hopefully this is something that US congressman US senators can get involved in one of the other big pieces that President Trump announced last week.
when he brought rfk on stage at the turning point rally there in phoenix arizona was it to announce that he would be opening up a presidential commission on assassinations and assassination attempts and that it would be headed by rfk with full declassification authority look the bringing rfk on board the ability to look into these things to ask these questions that haven't been asked before that have really been left by the look by the wayside since 1963 by the way
Talk to me now with Tulsi getting on board. Talk to me about how this creates a new opportunity for Americans to become part of the MAGA movement.
Well, you see exactly what President Trump is doing right now, and he's been doing it on the road since he started this campaign. I mean, look, he went to the Jersey Shore, the Bronx rally. He has made every overture to every American available since the very beginning of this campaign and has gone places and done things that has never been done before on a presidential campaign. And now,
You have folks like Robert F. Kennedy Jr. coming on and endorsing him. You have Tulsi Gabbard coming on. RFK said that there's more Democrats coming on. You really see that there is a dichotomy that is clearly being shown to the American people right now.
of a unity party versus the uniparty. You have this instance where you have these Democrats, these folks who want to get real answers to real problems coming out and endorsing Donald Trump, whereas on the other side, you have the folks like the 200 Republicans, including Mitt Romney, Liz Cheney, and others coming out to endorse Kamala Harris.
What you're seeing now is just a mess. So in 2020, when the Hunter Biden laptop happened, that was a mask-off moment brought to you by the deep state. Now what you have is a mask-off moment. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, Vish. Don't bury the lead. Don't bury the lead. Was the Hunter Biden laptop story brought only by the deep state, or was there anyone that you know who may have had an integral role in bringing that story to light?
It was us, obviously, but the shutting down of it was the mask-off moment by the deep state. Which Zuckerberg has now come forward and said, yeah, my B, my bad, my blunder, oops. I'm still waiting for my sorry letter, but, you know, when they called me a run-up asset. But now what you're seeing is a mask-off campaign brought to you by the Uniparty and Kamala Harris and Trump.
waltz. And so what, and these are the folks that are going to make sure that none of these questions get answered. They're going to make sure your border stays wide open and illegals are going to be not just flooding your towns, but also flooding your ballot box. And so like, this is where
this fight has never been more clear. The regime is masked off iron fist. It does not care if you can see it. The Uniparty does not care if you can see it. Now more than ever, they are in your grill, they are up in your face letting you know that they can do whatever they want. They can select their nominee, okay? They're not even interested in pressing harder to get her on TV.
They will take her coming on with an emotional support puppy like Tim Waltz onto her first interview after a month with Dana Bash. Of all people, Dana Bash. Not only did she say that there was no evidence that the Hunter Viner laptop was real, but her ex is one of the signatories on the 51 and 10.
Jeremy Bash was one of the 51 intelligence agents who signed the letter on the Hunter Biden laptop. Which, by the way, folks, you know, you didn't totally say it there. So Vish is the guy who brought the laptop, the hard drive at the time, to the Washington Post because they weren't interested. But Vish brought it up to New York, brought it to the New York Post. He's the one who gave me my copy. He was the...
This was like the like the Johnny Appleseed of Hunter Biden laptops just kind of going around like here's some for you. Here's some for you. I'm putting it around everywhere after after Steve and Rudy initially got it. That this was the guy who was sort of just like you were you were the you became a new version of dealer for Hunter Biden, which is a little bit different than the previous dealer he was working with.
That's right. I had a little experience, so I knew what I was doing in both software and the dealing of certain commodities. And the Hunter Biden laptop was hot when we had it, and it's always been hot, and now it's hotter than ever because they have no choice but to admit the truth and say that it was real. And now we need to hold them all to an account.
Because this is a grave injustice that's been carried out on the American people. And there needs to be accountability. We talk about retribution viscerally, but logically we need to talk about accountability. There's no ifs, ands, or buts about it.
So speaking of the Uniparty, there was something that I discussed yesterday here on the program was this new story that Mitch McConnell apparently does not support Speaker Johnson's plan. Speaker Johnson has brought this up and Mike Lee has brought this up. Senator Mike Lee, Elon Musk is on board. It's regarding the SAVE Act.
the idea is so the save act is a nationwide citizenship verification for voting nonpartisan a completely nonpartisan idea has nothing to do with republican or democrat it's citizen versus non-citizens citizen versus foreigner and foreigners should not be voting in our elections it's that simple and yet
It's not going to pass in the Senate because the Democrats don't want it. Joe Biden says that he would veto it. So what do you do? Well, we know there's a spending package coming up at the end of September because that's when government funding runs out. You and I both know that our friend Stephen K. Bannon, who's currently behind bars, and I've spoken to him about this, would be petrified.
pounding the table saying the SAVE Act must be included. Save it or shut it down. Save it or shut it down. Save the Republic or shut it down by putting the SAVE Act in the budget. And yet Mitch McConnell says that he's against that. Fish, why would Mitch McConnell be against something that we know would help secure our elections, not just in the future, but for this election, which is happening in just about eight weeks?
It's really simple, Jack. I mean, we all know the Senate's a retirement home. And honestly, Mitch just wants to get through the year, get through the election, get his new majority, theoretical new majority, quietly and as painlessly as possible, because that is the way that Washington, D.C.,
works to guys like McConnell and his wing of the party. And he's one of the architects of making DC work this way, where it's always served the lobbyists in the least painful way for everyone as possible. And so that, and this is what, and he understands also what he's dealing with in the house. You know, I'm sorry to say it, but you know, in Mike Johnson, really what we're dealing with is we're looking at,
for the power of a punk to properly leverage the power of the purse. And you know what? I don't really have faith in Johnson's ability to actually, as the speaker, to actually properly leverage the power of the purse in this situation. He needs to stand up to Mitch McConnell right now. If he has to get into a staring contest with him, do it. Do whatever is necessary.
in order for- It's a level up. Imagine what a level up that would be for Johnson. That's right. If there was any moment Mike Johnson wanted to prove his worth, his salt to this republic, to this nation, it's to make sure that he can stand on something very simple as I will not
allow another budget to be passed out of this House unless I get guarantees that the SAVE Act is going to be attached to these spending bills and make sure that the citizens of America and the integrity of their vote and the integrity of their elections are protected. And so what we need is Mike Johnson to really, really, really think about who he wants to be, who he wants to be remembered as.
He has to understand this government doesn't work for any American anyway, and we're pretty much all in agreement on that. Shut it down. There's not... This is the... If there was any moment where the political capital and the political will...
for Mike Johnson to go tell Mitch McConnell to essentially, you know, go, go flunk yourself. This is the time. And so I'm really hoping Mike Johnson can show that he's got another gear in that engine because right, like I said, you know, right. As it stands right now, I'm right there with you.
to do that. Vish, I'm right there with you. He has to show the Senate that he is not going to take any of their schlitt. He's got to tell them that he is the Speaker of the House, that spending originates in the House, and the House gets to decide because they are the representatives of the American people. Vish Parra, tell people where they can go to follow you and get access to your writings.
Yeah, you can follow me on Twitter @VishBurra, V-I-S-H-B-U-R-R-A, on Truth Social @Vish. And please guys, also follow all the good work of the New York Young Republicans Club. We're out there fighting every day for President Trump and hoping that we can turn a big blue state-- Where Stephen K. Bannon is going to be the keynote speaker at the gala that's coming up this December.
Best gala of the season. Make sure you're there, folks. I know I'll be there with Tanya Tay. Folks, Mike Davis is up with us next. We're going to talk all about this grand jury and what it might mean. Stay tuned. Where's Jack? Where's Jack? Where is he? Jack, I want to see you. Great job, Jack. Thank you. What a job you do. You know, we have an incredible thing. We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys who should be getting Pulitzer's.
You know, guys, by the way, I mentioned the New York Republican Gala. That, when we do the Where's Jack, Where's Jack, that was, when President Trump says that, that was the last New York Republican Gala. So you never know what's going to happen at one of those. You got to check it out. Folks, how do you survive a communist apocalypse? Well, you watch Human Events Daily every day. Check. You follow Poso on X. Check. You order Unhumans on Amazon. Check. But there's one thing.
one thing that you're forgetting and it could make the biggest difference in your future and your family's financial future. And that's checking out today's show sponsor, Allegiance Gold. Look, I love Allegiance Gold. We use them. You guys should too, because in 2020, we know that Bidenomics has obliterated the American economy. I feel it. You guys feel it. We all feel it. Kamala Harris is going to do even worse. Imagine what four years of
of her comrade Kamala policies are gonna do to increase the rates, increase debt and increase labor disputes. You need something stable so that you can take a breath and know that the money you earned and the retirement that you worked so hard for is going to be safe.
You got to proactively protect your assets so that when the supply chains get rocked and Kamala decides to print a few more trillion dollar bills, it won't impact your family's bottom line. And the only way to do that is with the one true beacon of stability that so many patriots use to preserve their wealth. And that, my friends, is...
is gold. Over the last five years, it has almost doubled in value. And with the way things are looking, the sky is the limit for gold. Allegiance Gold has done things the right way from the beginning, so it's no coincidence that they've earned the highest trust ratings in the precious metals industry. I'm talking five stars.
with Trustlink and an A+ with the Better Business Bureau. Allegiance Gold can help protect your IRA or 401k with physical gold and silver, or you can have it delivered securely directly to your doorstep. You can also get, check us out guys,

Is Mike Davis up?
All right, let's get him in here. Mike Davis, I know we've only got you for one segment, but I've got to get your reaction to this breaking news. And, you know, full disclosure, I did call Mike and let him know about the story just prior to the show here. The breaking news, though, that we have out that a grand jury has been impaneled in western Pennsylvania and potentially looking at criminal charges in the Trump attempted assassination. So the assassin's dead. So who could this grand jury?
jury be looking to investigate and indict? Are there other people involved with this assassination plot? Are they looking at family members under some theory of neglect with the gun? I'm not sure where this is heading, but it seems like there are other people involved in this assassination plot.
And so, so walk us through really quick. How does a grand jury or could the grand jury just be done for the purpose of issuing subpoenas or is the grand jury always done with looking at potential targets?
Well, I mean, with a grand jury, you're looking at potential violations of criminal statutes. And so you just can't have roving grand juries to gather information. The investigation by the grand jury has to be in furtherance of the investigation of criminal activities so you can go to charges. Right. And if the assassin's dead, who are they investigating?
And that's something that I've been looking at. Look, so obviously we heard earlier this week that the father had had lawyered up and he's got this pretty high dollar, pretty high profile firm that they're looking at. And so that would be the biggest one that jumps out at me because we have this information. I believe that was from Daily Mail. A family member had said so.
But then again, and going back to the sort of Ethan Crumbly statute, we would, or standard, we would then have to know, okay, what exactly was his involvement? Because if this was just neglect, there's been some reporting that the son had purchased the gun from his father and paid him money for it, but the father hadn't signed it over or something like that. That being said, though, where's the criminal liability if he didn't actually know that the attempt was going on?
Yeah, we have to be very careful about even insinuating that this father has committed a crime. I haven't seen any evidence that he's committed any crime. This son is 20 years old. So this father didn't have a legal duty as a parent for a 20-year-old son. Now, if there's an issue where there's known mental illness and there's known violence,
violence and this father gave him the gun. That's one thing, but we have to be very careful about this. I don't, you know, let's see where this investigation leads. Just because he hired an attorney doesn't mean that he's a target of any investigation. He may have just hired an attorney to be very careful when he's talking to investigators. I mean, as we discussed, Jack, he did call the police and alert the police.
about the son. I mean, maybe that shows he had some knowledge that the son was dangerous or maybe he was after the fact. Let's just see where the facts are and not imply that this father's culpable for any crime.
Well, no, and certainly I wouldn't want to imply that either. My implication is simply trying to figure out where things go, and I'm going based off of the data that is coming out. And again, I'm not necessarily sure that... So they could be looking at the father, but again, my question is, if that were so, where's the criminal liability? Because as you say, he alerted the police that his son's whereabouts were suspicious.
My question, of course, would be, you know, if his son would just happen to be missing on a Saturday afternoon, 20 years old, and he knows that his son goes to the shooting range, the son had been at the shooting range the day before, why call police? Now, of course, he saw the video, and this was after the Trump shooting, so the father had some reason to believe that that may have, in fact, been his son, and indeed that was the case. I suppose the question then would be,
What was that indication? And that said, though, to your point, this could be they could be looking at the Secret Service agents, they could be looking at local police, and this would essentially be the standard of raising something from negligence to criminal negligence. Isn't that right?
Yeah, that's correct. I mean, you have to remember that Americans generally do not have a duty to stop crimes. They don't have a duty to rescue unless there is a specific duty upon you that, you know, for example, if you have a duty to rescue because you're a parent, you're
You know, just as a general matter, and you may have a moral duty, like if you see a kid drowning, you have a moral duty to jump in and save that kid from drowning. But most of the time you don't have a legal duty. And that's kind of shocking for a lot of people in this father's case, unless you can show that this father had some sort of obligation to.
to intervene and stop his 20-year-old son from having this gun or even committing this crime. We have to be very careful about that. Again, there's a big difference between a moral duty and a legal duty.
And that said, so looking at the U.S. attorneys, I happen to look it up. So this U.S. attorney was appointed by Joe Biden. That means he does essentially fall under Merrick Garland. And this is the same Merrick Garland who hasn't exactly been forthcoming when it comes to, put it this way, he's a very partisan guy. I think you've said things a little bit more spicy than that regarding Merrick Garland.
He's a total partisan hack. And we dodged a legal bullet by Mitch McConnell and my former boss, Chuck Grassley, blocking his appointment to the Supreme Court because he tried to pretend like
He's this old school liberal, moderate liberal. He is a partisan activist who's done more damage to this country than any attorney general in our history by politicizing and weaponizing the Biden Kamala Justice Department to go after Trump.
his top aides like Steve Bannon, who's sitting in prison right now, Peter Navarro, who went to prison, Trump's lawyers, John Eastman, Jeffrey Clark, Rudy Giuliani. He politically persecuted Trump supporters on January 6th. And I don't say that lightly, but the Fisher decision out of the Supreme Court recently just made very clear that Merrick Garland politicized, weaponized, contorted a post-Enron policy
obstruction of justice statute intended to go after corporate fraud, to go after Trump and Trump supporters on January 6th. We just saw this with Jack Smith's superseding indictment against Trump.
Merrick Garland had to personally sign off on that. And this superseding indictment by Jack Smith after Jack Smith got smoked at the Supreme Court, he's coming back like he didn't lose the Fisher case. The Biden Justice Department didn't lose the Fisher case and Jack Smith didn't lose the presidential. More election interference. Mike Davis, thanks for jumping on Last Notice. Really appreciate it, man.
In my ear about the boring people at your office, I'm trying to listen to the new human events with Jack Pazubic.

the executive producer of the new documentary Culture War, The Deadly Consequences of a Woke War Machine. You know him. I know him. He's my friend. His name is Terry Schilling, and he joins us now. Terry, how's it going? Thanks so much for having me, Jack.
So usually when we have you on, we're talking about family or we're talking about, you know, trans and women's sports. This is a different type of subject for you, but it is actually related. Tell us about the film and everything they need to know about it.
Well, first and foremost, Jack, this documentary is something that has blown even my mind. It started off small. We were filming commercials with, we got in contact with five Gold Star families from the Afghanistan withdrawal. And we kept listening to their stories and they were gut-wrenching and heartbreaking.
And we kept thinking like, there's a bigger story here, right? Their essential message when we wanted to get their actual words, right? I didn't tell them what to say, but we all know that the military has gone woke at
at least at the top, right? The guys that are signing up every day, they're strong. They love this country. They're joining it in spite of the weak leadership that we have. But their message was all very similar, which was, you know, if Joe Biden wasn't so focused on this culture war that he's been waging against our servicemen and women, we would have had a better withdrawal, a more successful withdrawal from Afghanistan. And my kid might not be dead.
And we kept hearing the same thing over and over again. And by the end of it, we thought we have to tell this full story. And we rounded up members of Congress and senators. We even got President Trump in this. We got military members. We got actual veterans who were on the ground there telling their stories. But the message is very simple, Jack. These guys at the top in our military have become so woke, so out of touch.
They hate the people that have been signing up. They don't want the people that have been signing up to serve this country to serve. They want other people. They want the people that hate our country to join, right? And that's a pretty tough task. That's why we have incredible recruitment shortfalls. But, you know, this is a family issue. A strong military is the ultimate family issue. One, it's about safety. I want to be safe. I want my kids to be safe and secure in this country. But two, Jack, I didn't...
didn't get the privilege to serve. I didn't have that honor. I would love for my kids to serve our country in the military, in the Navy, in the Army, in the Marine Corps, right? But I don't want them serving under a woke leadership. Whoa, whoa, Terry, Terry, Terry, don't, you left one out there, brother, the Space Force. I didn't, I also didn't include the Air Force. And I have some really good friends there as well. But you know, I chair force. Okay. All right.
No, but this is, these are important stories to tell. People need to know that Kamala Harris was just as complicit in this disastrous pullout and that we are going to have a lot more of this going forward if we don't change up who's in that Oval Office, our Commander-in-Chief. Look, we saw President Trump there at Arlington for that memorial. And by the way, I'll just announce, we haven't said this publicly yet, that we will have
The Gold Star mother-in-law, Christy Shamblin, who is the mother-in-law of Sergeant Nicole Gee, is going to be here on the show on Friday. So she'll be here. Obviously, we're going through the anniversary of this. They're going through the anniversary of this. President Trump, the only one who showed up at Arlington for the memorial. And people want to forget. They want to forget these things have happened. And they want to forget the fact that... And Terry...
Talk to me about how you notice, you notice who else who wasn't there that day, all the people who spread the suckers and loses hoax, all those people who are the same people that send our boys and girls over to fight in the sandbox over to fight, to get blown up and blown apart and put into these crazy situations that they find themselves in.
All the people that send them there that advocate for these endless wars all the time. Nikki Haley wasn't there. I didn't see General Kelly there. I didn't see any of the new Bill Crystal wasn't there. David French wasn't there. I see any of these guys there. Terry, how come none of them were there? Jack, I think we know that for so many people in our government and even at the Department of Defense, that this isn't a service. This isn't about serving your country. It's not it's not about sacrificing for the next generation. For them, it's an industry.
They're making money off of this. They're getting clicks online off of this. They're getting on CNN and MSNBC. They're getting praise. They're getting book deals off of this. Jack, the whole idea that President Trump, of all people, would call our men and women that paid the ultimate price, that he would call them suckers and losers, the World War II veterans, right? The people that died in World War II, the greatest generation, that he would call these people suckers and losers is such an unbelievable lie. And it's egregious. I mean...
Look, I'll tell you, I had the privilege. He sat down with us for this documentary. We had 45 minutes with him.
I've never met someone more in command, more humble, actually. I mean, look, he brags on the stage, he brags on the campaign trail, but he's talking about what he's done for our country. But this was a guy who was asking a lot of questions, very thoughtful. He's in charge, and he loves our country. He was solemn. He wasn't being nasty about Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and what they've done to our military. He was solemn. It was like he was sad.
for what has happened in this country because we let the mainstream legacy media that hates all of us tell the story that he's corrupt and that he thinks our men and women in uniform are suckers and losers. We all know the truth. He was at all of those ceremonies with the men and women that have served this country and gave the ultimate sacrifice.
It's just it's incredible that we allow this stuff to go on in our legacy. One story, by the way, that President Trump, even he doesn't do a great job of telling this. And, you know, maybe the campaign can dig up some of the footage. But he saved the World War II parade in New York City back in the 1990s. And he got his buddies to donate a bunch of money. He became the grand marshal of the whole thing. It was just a fantastic story of a way to give back to veterans that
that everyone else seemed to forget. Terry, where can people go to get access to the documentary to be able to see this for themselves, to hear President Trump in his own words discuss this situation?
Well, right now we're launching the documentary on September 3rd. But right now people can go to culturewardoc.com, D-O-C, culturewardoc.com. And you can see the trailer. We're launching on September 3rd. We need to share this with all of our family and friends. We need to get the word out. These stories need to be heard. And we need to turn this country around and get a new commander-in-chief.
Simple as that, folks. We need a new commander in chief, someone who understands the absolute sacred duty of a leader is to his people. First and foremost, the American people, not people all across the world and in other lands. We are going to get to the bottom of that in the same way that we're going to get to the bottom of Butler, Pennsylvania. Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
