More than 2,000 people, meanwhile, have been arrested. More than 20 killed. The repression and the detentions continue. Vice President Kamala Harris is set to release her first major economic plan as a presidential candidate later today in North Carolina. It will include, we're told, proposing a federal ban on corporate price gouging for food and groceries. Harris has just declared that tackling inflation will be a day one priority for her. It's going to be day one priority.

But day one really for Kamala was three and a half years ago. Where has she been and why hasn't she done it? Let me tell you what our project 2025 is. Beat the hell out of them. I mean, can you commit to a press conference before the end of the month?

We will commit to directly engage with the voters that are actually going to decide this election. And that is going to be complete with rallies, with sit-down interviews, with press conferences, with all the digital assets that we have at our disposal. When you disrespect Kamala Harris by saying you will call her whatever you want, I know you don't intend it to be that way. That's the history and legacy of white disregard for the humanity of black people. So now you're calling me racist. I didn't say it. I just said you weren't racist. That is complete yes. You don't have to intend racism to accomplish it.

that I'm racist. Your disrespect of Kamala Harris is part and parcel of a tradition. I'd like to have a broad-based family policy and a broad-based child tax credit, Margaret. Again, we've talked about doing this for a long time. President Trump has been on the record for a long time supporting a bigger child tax credit. And I think you want it to apply to all American families. I don't think that you want this massive cutoff for lower-income families, which you have right now. You don't want a different policy for higher-income families. You just want to have a pro-family child tax credit.

from a race that is normalized in the state of Pennsylvania. I've told you so many times, I'm going to pound it again. Pennsylvania is the key. Pennsylvania is the key. Take out your number two pencil and write it down. Pennsylvania is the key. What's next?

All right, here we go from The Economist. Election forecast, they've got Kamala 272, Donald Trump 266. So now that is very, very close. Remember, The Economist is a hardcore neoliberal globalist organization.

globalist newspaper and so with magazine and when they're putting something out that says kamala only has a slight lead over trump that's any one state you could flip means boom trump is the winner and that's in the economist poll by the way that pennsylvania poll if you include rfk jr they give him about three percent and then it's neck and neck harris 47 trump 47. uh let's see what else rmg research

National, again, 2,700 voters, huge survey response base. Trump 46, Harris 45, with RFK Jr. at about 5%. With leaners, Trump goes a little bit higher, but so does Kamala. Trump 49, Harris 47, and then RFK Jr. drops to two. So again, we have a knife fight.

This race is on a razor's edge. Here you go. For TIPP, which is with the American greatness, out of Wisconsin, Harris 47, Trump 47. Full field, Harris 47, Trump 45, RFK 6. So anyone who's out there telling you that the race is over, no.

What happened was base Democrats went back and returned to mean with Kamala Harris. There was a bit of a response bias. A lot of the polls, a lot of the media organizations putting them together were changing their methodologies over the past week or so to give Kamala this totally artificial bump.

We always told you the race is going to be close. This is why they have to get rid of Biden, because without him, none of this would have made sense. What does it mean? You got to do the work. Battleground, battleground, battleground. Get in the fight. Join, whether it's Task Force 47, Chase the Ballet, Commit 100 with TP Action or work with Scott Pressler. Well, it's you know, I think it's a testament to your work. I think it's a testament to your tenure there as AG and also the way that you've shown to be a fighting attorney general of someone who's willing to take the fight to the other side. And look, the human events audience has been there with you all the way. So just congratulations again and thank you for doing what you do. Hey, likewise. Appreciate you and for covering these important stories and for being there in the trenches and in all of these fights. So appreciate you.

Well, let's talk a little bit about that because I know that some of your cases are now also winding the way through. You've got some others and then one that's going up to the Supreme Court. Give us the lay of the land.

Yeah, look, President Biden and Kamala Harris have attempted to illegally, unconstitutionally buy votes in an upcoming election by trying to cancel student loan debt after the Supreme Court previously rebuked the administration for its unlawful behavior. The Constitution gives the Congress the power of the purse, not the president. And what the Supreme Court said in the first student loan case was that if Congress intends for the president to have that massive authority over the U.S. economy and to be able to redistribute a half trillion dollars

in debt that is owed, then Congress has to speak explicitly. Well, Congress has passed no such bill. In fact, Congress has twice rejected such bills, once in 2019 and again in 2021. And yet, despite that rebuke, despite the lack of legal authority, Biden and Harris rolled out another attempt to buy votes. We filed suit, got an injunction, and the injunction was upheld at the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. So the Department of Justice

has filed a petition with the United States Supreme Court seeking to overturn that injunction and be allowed to, again, redistribute a half trillion dollars in debt. And I'm not going to let Joe Biden or Kamala Harris saddle working Missouri families with Ivy League debt. And that's what it comes down to. Because remember, we talked about before, this is something of tangible value to secure a vote. How is that not illegal electioneering?

Yeah, that's exactly right. And I think the Supreme Court is picking up on that. I think that this case ends up at the high court. I think the high court is going to be upset with the president for, again, undermining the authority of a co-equal branch of government. You know, if anyone else, if a Republican did this, if a Republican willfully defied case precedent from the United States Supreme Court, they would be pilloried by the mainstream media. And yet here, the media coddles Biden and Harris and coddles their attempt to

to unlawfully take your money to pay off other people's debt. And it's absolutely illegal. The Supreme Court's already said that. Shame on Biden and Harris for willfully defying a co-equal branch of government, undermining our constitutional structure.

And we all have to look at this. We all have to figure it out clearly for ourselves. You're undermining the branches. You're undermining the election process. You're undermining the ability of people to exercise their basic rights as Americans to go vote. And that's really something that we've always talked about on this side of the aisle. It's not about who is going to get special favors. It's about actually just following the rules that are on the books. Isn't that right?

That's exactly right. It's a rule of law principle. We're a nation founded upon law. Our constitution is our national identity. The constitution exists to protect us from the government and the government exists to protect our rights. And yet time and time again, under this lawless regime of Biden and Harris, they have weaponized government.

to buy off votes, to silence political opponents, and to commit lawfare against President Trump, who's a chosen presidential candidate by so many different states. And so these are all poisonous to our democratic process. Now, talk to me as well about another case you've got coming up that's actually going to the Supreme Court.

Yeah. Well, we've also filed suit to stop Biden Harris from attempting to pay for illegal aliens healthcare using your tax dollars. We know in the state of Missouri, there's upwards of 104,000 illegal aliens that have come in under the Biden Harris regime. Again, you know,

Kamala Harris was the border czar. This Biden invasion is her fault. And so these folks are now residing in the state of Missouri. Every state's a border state. And they're trying to pervert the Affordable Care Act, otherwise known as Obamacare, to take your tax dollars, dollars you paid into the system,

and take that money and use it to pay for illegal immigrants' health care. So it's not only that they've undermined our law and our national sovereignty by allowing these people into our country, now they're making you pay for their health care. It's absolutely insane. The Affordable Care Act, the

The plain text of the law says that it's only available for citizens and those lawfully present. Well, the president then doesn't get to rewrite the word lawfully present to mean whatever he wants. That's up to Congress. Congress makes law, not the president of the United States. So we have filed suit and intend to fight this all the way to the highest court if we have. Again, I just keep looking at some of the other states and I say, as much as I love what you're doing, it always reminds me of the fact that we should have every red state

operating like this, all of the other fighting attorneys general out there. So let me look at it this way. Have you been reached out to by any other attorneys general or any other AGs to say, look, we love what you're doing. We want to get into the fight because this is something that people need to understand. Courage is contagious. Action begets action. When

When one man becomes the first mover, becomes the first one to take action, to take that step forward, others will follow because this is how you generate momentum. Sitting around talking, sitting around complaining, it's interesting and people will go into the nuances of various many things, but at the end of the day, it is not enough to generate a mass movement because you must take action and be forward focused. And I believe we talked about it before. It's having a

and aggressive action bias. - Yeah, that's right. And I'm proud to partner with so many like-minded state attorneys general and to be the tip of the spear on so many of these different issues. President Trump started an America first movement

he took the Republican Party in places that it never would have gone on its own. And it's incumbent upon us in this time to restore and continue to push that movement forward with him at the helm. I mean, President Trump, again, is leading the Make America Great Again movement, and we have to join in that effort to save our country. It is not time to sit on the sidelines. It's time to join in the fight, because if we don't fight back,

we will lose the things that we hold dear. We've already lost our southern border to the Biden invasion. In the state of Missouri, human trafficking and fentanyl deaths are at an all-time high. And now they're trying to take our hard-earned tax dollars and use those to pay off these illegal aliens and provide them with health care when hardworking Missourians can't afford health care. Again, this is about putting Americans first. And I think other red state AGs are waking up to those concepts and are joining in the fight. And I'm proud to be leading so many of those different efforts.

This is where the future of our Republic comes down to. The idea behind whether we're going to have candidates who run for office, candidates that are able to perform in office on the other side of the aisle versus the side of left. Look, we've been talking for a long time. The idea is reciprocity. The idea is when you are conducting things, and it's exact reciprocity, but when you are conducting operations outside of the law, when you are conducting yourself outside of the law and in government, if there is no check,

you're going to do more of it. If scrutiny does not come from any discretionary agency or outlet like a state, then you have to come in. By the way, you mentioned the Constitution before when you were talking about the branches. Explain to us why is it that a state can go and sue the federal government like this?

Well, the federal government is intended to be a government of limited authority, and that authority is diffused over three branches of government. But the problem is the executive branch has built up this administrative state. That's the D.C. swamp at its worst. It's the alphabet soup of agencies from the EPA to the Department of Education, the Department of Labor. It's all of these agencies that have limited authority.

rulemaking authority and it's not the will of the people's elected representatives. But at the end of the day, the federal government is a government of limited authority. And there's a 10th amendment to the United States constitution that says any power not given to the federal government or denied to the states is enjoyed by the states and the people of the states. Government is most responsive at the local level. And so having that residual authority at the states empowers red state attorneys general to fight back against federal overreach and to try to eliminate that

unelected fourth branch of government that our founders would have seen as despotism. And that's exactly it. By the way, you talked, so Kamala Harris, we're waiting for her. She's going to be giving a speech on economic policies in just a few moments here. Those are the same types of things, by the way, the same giveaways that we're talking about from federal government to try to win an election, isn't it?

It's absolutely right. And again, it's poisonous to our democratic process when you have the federal government weaponized to silence opponents, buy off votes, flood our ballot boxes or flood our polling places with illegal aliens. I mean, these are perversions of the law that undermine our constitutional structure. And the Constitution is who we are as a people. That's our national identity. How dare they trample on it with this kind of audacity? It's as simple as that. A.G. Bailey, where can people go to follow you, man?

But I think I hear that she copied and pasted her policies directly from Venezuela, by the way, at this tiny little, it's more of a gathering, I would say, than a rally because she doesn't have a real actual rallies. camp where Donald Trump has now announced that they are bringing in Tulsi Gabbard for debate prep against Kamala. That he has scheduled a rehearsal, this debate prep session down at Mar-a-Lago, but she is gonna be brought in there because she eviscerated, we have the story up from the Post Millennial, that she eviscerated Ms. Harris in a memorable onstage encounter

We know that Tulsi has been one of the best people, just crushed her. If you guys saw that debate, she absolutely crushed her. I think this is great. I think this is fantastic. I also think, by the way, that they should go further and continue this relationship with Tulsi Gabbard. I'd love to see her out there. She's been doing a lot of media, of course. I'd love to see her out there on the stump. I don't know if she's endorsing for President Trump, but clearly,

Clearly someone that needs to get brought into the game. Well, someone who knows about getting in the game himself is Royce White, who joins us next. Royce White recently won the Minnesota primary for Senate. Royce, how are you? Thanks for joining us on Human Events. I'm good, brother. I'm out here in the field. You know, we're out here in greater Minnesota door knocking and doing what it takes to try and get us across the finish line. Myself and Donald Trump.

Well, it's incredible seeing that your victory, massive crowds, real crowds, by the way. Tell me, what do you think it was about your message that resonated with the Minnesota primary voters?

Well, I think the people have had a belly full of it. They know what the mainstream media strategy is to try and spear candidates who really have their best interests at heart, who really want to be America first, have a border, stop getting involved in all these forever wars, stop racking up all this debt. And when people hear me talk about it, I think they find it genuine because it is genuine. And they know when I get to the United States Senate, there's a reckoning coming.

I've got to ask you as well about this guy, Tim Waltz, who's running up there. He's your governor. He's been the governor of Minnesota for a long time. Because when I look at this guy and I know there's something that he reminds me of that I know you're very familiar with as well. This guy reminds me as a dyed in the wool Maoist. Give us the receipts. Who is the real Tim Waltz?

Oh, you got it. You're spot on. Communists. Yeah, when you got an $18 billion surplus, an $18 billion state surplus, and you don't give a single penny of it back to the working class, you're a communist.

I mean, it's the kind of shrewd way to put it or frame it, but all in all, he's a communist. And this entire Democrat regime has become overtly communist. And when you're a communist, you're really a Satanist. I don't want to hear all this talk about communism as just some economic philosophy. No, it's not. Karl Marx is a Satanist. So it's no wonder, it's no coincidence that their agenda is so aligned with a very anti-Christian and anti-religious movement.

Well, I agree with you on that, by the way. It's something I spoke about in the book that we did, that communism is inherently anti-Christian, that of the hundred million that communism have killed throughout the years, that a majority of them have been predominantly Christian because they always target what? They go for churches, they go for priests, they go for nuns, and they go for the religious. But Royce, why is it? What is it about Christianity that makes godless communism want to stamp it out so much?

Well, I mean, this goes back to, you know, and I don't think Karl Marx can be overstated in the history of communism. And if you know the history of Karl Marx, if it, you know, not his political prime, let's say, where he rose to the prominence after writing the Communist Manifesto and some of the other political movements going on there in Europe, you got to go back to Marx's early days when he wrote poetry. You got to go read Karl Marx's poetry. And you got to go see his obsession with Faust and his particular obsession with

the demonic character Mephistopheles, who was deeply interested in the destruction of existence itself. These people are deeply, deeply satanic. I mean, these are the not-kidding-around satanists. I mean, they weren't holding back any pleasantries about it. They really believed that the goal of their political ideology should be to raise existence to the ground and rebuild in their own image.

And look, and some people might say, hold on, that's going way too far. Demonic, satanic, commuting with demons, et cetera. So I said, okay, hold on. Well, let's go back now. Four years ago this summer, what was Tim Walz doing in the city of Minneapolis?

Well, I mean, he was sitting on his hands is what he was doing. And he was allowing the city to be burned down, literally. And then I organized some peaceful protests in response to that from the community, because like my friend and mentor, Steve Bannon, always says, we're going to have to go and convince black, Hispanic, working class citizens that this Maoist, Marxist, communist agenda isn't the way to their prosperity. So, you know, the black citizens in this country, I think, are some of the first to stand up

and reject this communist movement, mostly because, and you and I were on a video together with Steve the last time I said this, the black community is rejecting the LGBTQ movement outright. You know, they can try and smuggle it in, say black trans lives exist too. But overall, I'm getting calls right now, we're not doing the LGBTQ thing anymore. We're not sending our money to Ukraine. And we certainly don't believe in worship and demonic spirit. That's not a hallmark of the black community. So we'll leave the charge.

Now, what kind of response are you getting out there? I see you knocking doors. Looks like it's a great day out in, like you said, you're in the greater Minneapolis area. What kind of response are you getting from people on the ground?

Well, you know, anytime you're an ex-professional athlete who comes from the bowels of the city, who was really raised as a son of Minnesota, you're going to get some natural excitement. Now, people sort of, you know, give a side eye when you say you're running Republican or that you align with Donald Trump. But Donald Trump has done all of us candidates a great service in proving

proving that his policies are going to be more beneficial for us as time goes on. And the Democrats certainly lent us a hand with that as well, specifically Walton and obviously Kamala Harris.

When you look at a guy like Tim Walz, and so many people have talked about his connections with China, it really seems to me as though these trips to China weren't being done because he was just interested in Chinese culture. It seems like he was actually interested in the history of Mao and the Cultural Revolution.

Well, yeah. I mean, look, they're trying to, you know, stage a cultural revolution right here in front of us. They're not hiding. And even furthermore, they're not kidding around. And the real stone to be turned here, yes, Black and Hispanic working class citizens have to stand up and say, don't be using these democratic strongholds in the inner city to destroy this country. But also our Christians, our Christians out there all across the country have to realize it's their moment to get activated. You can no longer complain about

about the country going in a satanic or demonic direction if you're not out there getting involved in the process and voting. It really is as simple as that. Talk to me about the importance of action as you've seen it in your own race.

Well, look, the Republican primary in my race was about 100,000 votes short of turnout in the Democrat primary. So we've got to get voter turnout up. We think we have some strategies to do so. I think Donald Trump is going to bring a lot more voter turnout in general when you talk about Minnesota as a whole. But again, I think it's estimated around

250,000 to 300,000 Republicans didn't vote in 2022. So we got some Republicans that are sitting on the bench, and my guess is that a lot of them are Christian, and they got to understand the urgency. If we don't win now, Satanism is going to get up and just walk around on its hind legs all across the country, and it's coming for your communities as well.

And look, we need to understand this. It's about and this is really about all communities, by the way, isn't it? Because when these guys come in, you know, they'll they'll say, oh, we're for the black community. We're for the Hispanic community. But when it comes down to it, Donald Trump is talking about economic prosperity. That's for all people, isn't it?

Well, right. Economic nationalism doesn't care about the color, race or creed. It's about being a citizen. That's the key word in our movement, in our political philosophy. They've done a lot to paint us out to be something that we're not. We've got a little bit of rain here, but we're tough as nails. We don't we don't cry about the weather conditions. Economic nationalism is for everybody. We want to be citizens. We are citizens. You're white. There's nothing wrong with being white. You're not European-American. I'm black. I'm not African. I'm not African-American. We're American.

We bleed red, white, and blue. And that's something to be proud of. And we get to rally around that right now to save this country. And it's providential. I'm excited to be a part of that. I love this. Roy, is it raining out there a little bit, man? You got some raindrops coming down? We got heavy rain coming. But I'm the hatchet man. A little bit of rain never killed anybody. You know that, Dak.

run by like the Kamala campaign that is run by these wine chugging millennials. And the wine chugging millennials will sit there and say things like, I ate a bag of Doritos because Donald Trump won the election. I didn't share them with anyone. And that doesn't make any sense to you. But if you're a wine chugging millennial, especially a single wine chugging millennial, then you speak the same language. They all have the same kind of vernacular.

I want to bring in Mike Davis, get him in here from the Article 3 Project. Mike, how are you? First of all, it's been a minute since we chatted. I'm doing well and good to see you again. I think I saw you last at the RNC convention.

Yeah, I've been there since the RNC, and now we're going to be at the DNC on Monday. Mike, I've got to ask you these questions about Juan Merchan, the situation going on, the idea that is going around that he is going to be sentenced. Is it possible that this judge sentences Trump to jail?

It's very possible, I think it's very likely that this corrupt Democrat Manhattan Judge Juan Merchan, whose adult daughter Lauren Merchan is raising millions of dollars off of this unprecedented criminal trial of a former and likely future president requiring Merchan's recusal from this case. I think it's very likely he's going to move forward.

The law is definitely in his way. The Supreme Court, there are many reversible errors in this case, many, many truckloads of reversible errors, including the fact that Judge Mershon didn't even tell the jury what the legal allegations are, what they have to unanimously agree to that Trump violated, what law that Trump violated in order to find him guilty.

That's a reversible error. There are so many reversible errors, but the big problem for Juan Merchan now is the Supreme Court just ruled in the presidential immunity case. And not only did the Supreme Court say that the president, any president is immune from criminal prosecution for his official acts, not his personal misconduct, his official acts,

In addition to that, prosecutors cannot even take evidence that is subject to presidential immunity. And that's exactly...

what this Soros-funded Manhattan DA, Alvin Bragg, along with his senior Biden Kamala Justice Department official, Matthew Colangelo, did in this case. They presented evidence of President Trump's discussions with his deputy chief of staff for communications and his deputy chief of staff for operations. Those are clearly subject to

to presidential immunity, yet this Bragg and Colangelo used this with the grand jury to get the indictment. They also used it at trial with Judge Juan Marchand to get to this bogus jury finding of guilt. And so Judge Marchand should declare a mistrial in this case at a minimum. Mistrial for sure. If he moves forward and tries to convict President Trump and sentence President Trump on September 18th,

President Trump is going to be able to get to the Supreme Court of the United States very quickly. And there is zero doubt in my mind that the Supreme Court will stop Judge Mershon, will stay the execution of the sentence, the execution of the judgment, the conviction and sentencing pending the appeal. So this case is going to go away until long after the presidential election.

And look, folks, this is what it might come down to because, I mean, Mike,

Do you actually think we could have a situation where a sitting candidate for office, Donald Trump, who is a former president himself, some of the evidence, of course, was gathered during his presidency, which you're talking about, would run afoul of the Supreme Court's ruling on presidential immunity, creating a sort of fruit of the poison tree situation. But we actually could be in a race here where we see a local state-level judge who

ordering the main presidential candidate, the leading presidential candidate right now, by the way, to jail during an election. What do you think would happen to our country in such a situation?

I really hope that Soros-funded Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg and Kamala Biden senior political appointee Matthew Colangelo and this corrupt Democrat Manhattan judge, Juan Merchan, do not take our country to the brink because it is just unacceptable if they think that they're going to put the former president and the likely future president in prison on these bogus,

This is a clear violation of President Trump's civil rights under federal civil rights statute 18 U.S.C. 241, 242. I would say to these guys, they better lawyer up and preserve your documents because if

The Supreme Court and the Fisher decision to slap them down for that. They tried to take Trump off the ballot.

and Colorado and Maine just have left-wing radical judges on the state Supreme Court just by fiat take them off the ballot. They got reversed nine to nothing on that. It was so bad that it even shamed

the three leftist justices to go along with them. And then, so they couldn't bankrupt Trump. They couldn't throw him in prison for life. They couldn't throw his aides in prison for life and his supporters in prison for years and years and years under Fisher. But the part where the camera zooms is the only part where the camera actually zooms out and then pans over to show you how small the room is, because, look, they've got it tight before. And then when the speaker ends, that's when you can see when she's walking in the door.

And then you see how small the room is because you can see the corners. Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes. And boom. Now you can see how small the room actually is. Maybe a couple of hundred people, maybe 100 total. Mike Davis, this is why it's so important we get election integrity right, because we know that there is not a real momentum for Kamala Harris. So they're going to do everything they can to go into their old bag of tricks in 2020, isn't it?

Yeah, and they've proven that they're very good at stealing elections because they just stole the election from Joe Biden, who got 14 million Democrat primary voters, and they threw him overboard. They gutted him in a bloodless coup, threw him overboard, and they installed Kamala Harris in a backroom deal with Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama, maybe, and who knows who else. So Kamala Harris is the Democrat nominee now.

after the bloodless coup, she's gotten zero, what is it, zero primary votes in her entire life, and she's the Democrat nominee after she just stole the primary. I don't want to hear Democrats say that we're election deniers when we question elections, when they just stole the Democrat primary from Joe Biden and gave it to Kamala Harris. And look,

Let's look at this lawfare against President Trump. They tried to bankrupt him. They tried to throw him in prison for life, and that didn't work. They tried to throw him off the ballot. The Supreme Court stepped in. So what was the response to that? They tried to destroy the Supreme Court with court packing and term limits and their BS ethics regime to try to knock off conservative justices off these key cases. That's not going to work. So what did they do? They denied several requests.

from President Trump's Secret Service detail to beef up protection. They refuse to give Trump beefed up protection. At the same time, they're giving beefed up protection to Ukraine President Zelensky, but they can't protect American President Zelensky.

Trump, then they say that Trump is an existential threat to democracy. He's a dictator. That was their entire campaign strategy. Biden even said put a bullseye on Trump. And so what happened? Trump almost had his head blown off on national TV. It was by the grace of God that he survived that attack. And so now what are they going to do? They threw Biden overboard and they're going to run Kamala Harris after this bloodless coup?

And guess what? These Democrats are registering illegal immigrants to vote. And if Republicans dare to question them, they want to say Republicans are against democracy and election deniers. That's nonsense. That may have worked in 2020. But with the Article 3 project, we are changing our focus now for the next decade.
