The Biden administration is planning to use technology that will allow migrants to check in remotely instead of at their local ICE office. Fox's Mark Meredith reports from Washington. The outgoing administration intends to launch an ICE portal app starting next month in New York City, which will allow migrants to bypass in-person check-ins remotely.

Now, earlier this week, President Putin had said that Ukraine was escalating this war towards a global conflict after the United States and Britain allowed Ukraine to hit Russia with their long-range missiles, something Zelensky had been asking permission for for weeks. In response, Putin had warned the West that Moscow would strike back, and it has, by firing this new kind of hypersonic medium-range ballistic missile at the Ukrainian city of Dnipro.
