The men's Olympic triathlon is postponed. I'm Carmen Roberts, Fox News. Olympic organizers pausing the triathlon planned for Tuesday due to concerns of the water quality in Paris' Seine River. Where the swimming portion of the race is supposed to happen, organizers say they will try to hold it Wednesday, the same day the women's competition is scheduled. Both races are subject to water tests.
With only about five months left in office, President Biden is pushing for changes to the Supreme Court. I have great respect for our institutions and the separation of powers laid out in our Constitution.
But what's happening now is not consistent with that doctrine. Three big changes the administration is proposing. No immunity for crimes a former president committed in office, term limits for Supreme Court justices, and a binding code of conduct for the Supreme Court. The first would require a change to the Constitution in the form of an amendment. The second proposed change, term limits for justices. The president supports a system in which they would appoint a justice every two years to spend 18 years act
service. The third and final change, a binding code of conduct that is enforceable. Fox's David Spahn. If elected, President Trump says, former President Trump says that those changes won't happen. If I'm president, it doesn't happen. We keep it the way it is. And that's it's been working very well for a long period of time. I mean, basically, they want to create another Congress. They want to have so many people. Let's just go to another Congress.

We're learning more about the gunman who tried to kill former President Trump. The FBI says Crooks, who they describe as a loner, was highly intelligent and went to great lengths to conceal what he was doing. Investigators say he registered for the rally three days after it was announced and searched how far Oswald was from JFK that same day. They also say he surveilled the site and practiced at a gun range using the same AR-15 style rifle. But on the day of the shooting, Crooks...

He found that Papa Rottweiler didn't survive, but the mama and puppies, taking drinks of water and bites of his protein power bar, followed Trevor back to the chopper where he flew them safely to Chico Airport and the care of the North Valley Animal Disaster Group.
