What is great about the people who he is appointing are they are people that are not just part of the system. It's not the same old, same old. It's not just Republicans and Democrats not having any real differences or not meaning anything. Sometimes people used to call Washington the uniparty with good reason.

Police in San Francisco arresting a number of minors in connection to a retail crime spree across the city. This case involved a boy as young as 12 years old. He's one of the seven minors who allegedly took part in this organized retail crime series. The other minors who were arrested include three 14-year-olds and three 15-year-olds, all boys who are allegedly starting off their teenage years committing crimes. Law enforcement says some theft rings want kids and teenagers involved.

because they think they're less likely to be held accountable in the criminal justice system. Authorities say the young crew ransacked property and assaulted some store employees in this case. They believe the teenagers were involved in at least 23 incidents at these Walgreens locations across San Francisco. Fox's Christina Coleman, the minor, is accused of stealing more than $80,000 worth of merchandise.

Despite continued ceasefire negotiations, strikes continue in Beirut and other parts of southern Lebanon in addition to Gaza. Fox's Stephanie Bennett with the latest. Early morning strikes in Beirut. They destroyed an eight-story apartment block, killing more than a dozen and injuring more than 63 people there on the ground. The strike happened around four this morning, local time. The Israeli military did not warn residents to evacuate before the attack.

And this comes a day after heavy bombardment of Beirut's southern suburbs and the coastal city of Tyre.
