白 跟 教授。 hello. Hello, is this finding those of part line? Is anybody theirs? Hello hi hello.

Who you tried to call. nobody. We were just seeing if the if the phone number will work.

For the party. Joza yeah. Yeah, this is the phone of work.

What were you guys calling for? We were just trying to call the missing guy a missing guy. We were just trying to call.

Okay, did you know something about a missing person? So my friend says he seen him out at council. What did you know? I've seen him the last time before he started hiking.

Okay when. Like five six years ago. I saw him before he was leaving his truck, but then I went to camp.

And then a week later, I didn't see him anymore. Is that what I saw him? But then I got a camp.

And then the day I came back, I didn't see him. Okay, where did you see him getting out of his truck? I don't remember. I'm sorry for calling. bye.

Do 等等等等。 Do 等等 哒哒。

The voice you heard on the other end of the call was computer generated for their own protection, but IT was a nurse child who made the first call. We also chose to take out a few small details for now, details that we believe may be crucial to the investigation, which, as I speak, is very much active. If you're tired of hearing the play by play, events of the weekend just were missing.

Trust me, I am too. But is something I found myself coming back to over and over again because IT just doesn't make any fucking sense. And it's so very important. In every case, there's always inconsistencies.

But at what point do you say there are too many inconsistencies? Trying to connect the dots of every single thing that happened that weekend is like putting together I key a furniture, meaning next to impossible. So impossible that in the night that i've not sleep about this, i've set there pondering why it's almost as if IT was meant to be confusing.

I truly try to stay as consciously objective as possible. But no matter how many angles i've looked at this, there is a major flaws and red flags and what people are claiming to have happened the weekend joys have we're missing. But IT wasn't until recently that things started to click.

I found some tape from an interview the first P. I conducted. He's speaking to a man named jim west. He's one of the guys who helps spearhead the search and rescue efforts for Joseph. But after he won't missing, he's also the guy who ultimately told josef truck for police to examine, which we know they didn't. The P. I starts the conversation with gym playing out the days and dates, just like you've heard a million times before, because even eight years ago, he sends that something didn't make sense and everybody to break this down for you.

Friday night, the twenty fourth, the twenty fifth would have been saturday, the twenty six we would have been sunday in the twenty th would be monday, which he didn't show .

up to work right. Well, there is a winning sunday, sunday, guys coming back for the wedding early in the morning, they spotted the truck coming back in. Our family .

friend was getting married that day, so we were coming back in early sunday. The twenty and six.

The reason that stood out, I mean, he is right on the edge of the road when you're going to go back off the road and go do something, you pull off city .

parking job. Then you believe it's between ten forty and ten forty five or ten forty and ten fifty, ten forty, ten five.

Sunday morning now to per cross amp.

On sunday, trooper surgeon cross saw the truck at one o'clock.

a true procedures truck, the same place at one P. M. But then the P, I, andy clams are, talk to anna, show us co workers and learn this.

I texted by jack. Surgeon, rescue needs to double check. What day in time did you last see him? Jaque responded. IT was about one o'clock pm on sunday when I saw him leave.

Sunday.

sunday. I texted back immediately. Positive sunday. He says, positive sunday at one P. M.

Jack said he saw Joseph alive and well in the hallway, the home around one thirty P. M. On sunday, sunday, sunday morning, after Joseph had have to responding anyone .

which would be a little character.

then he was never hurt from again.

But then jack story completely contradicts this. So andy, talk to jays mother bony.

Do you recall seeing him at any point during the weekend that he disappeared?

Sunday we were at camp. I seen his vehicle drive by. We are outside working on the additional camp. And I remember saying, I can mean he didn't stop about .

what time was up three or .

four in the afternoon.

probably one more sighting, but this time, just so truck is moving, driving, where was the heading?

So the jake mentioned, you seen Joseph at the house sunday morning or sunday afternoon.

So when I had called jake and asked him, he said he had to be around one. And IT was just .

impressing.

Remember anything else he said.

So i'll do remember what he was wearing he said, no, I mean, we didn't really even talk that. Might you mean the age gap was is jack to the Young kid was was call .

me over analyzer but were calling what your roommate was wearing the day that they were missing has nothing to do with how well you knew each other. If these accounts are true, then jesus just moving around, all strange, completely ignoring the love of his life. But as a doug deeper, I found another interview that honestly gave me gus plumps.

We had one of the last few things and trying to go over different areas of what the cover, you know, the question is, when was the last thing? In one of the brief ings that we had, bony stated very element that he was with Christine, one thirty to three, 那 病 sunday.

sunday or saturday.

Point back was IT sunday, SHE says.

guess so Bonnie states that he saw him on this sunday .

very reserve about that. He wears the post sunday. So we're getting conflicting information right from the good goal. So i'm sit there scratching my head again as okay. And then about that time the family came in and then SHE quiet up.

Jack said that he seen on sunday morning, so IT doesn't make sense for the truck to be out there, and he mental. And I I can hear that why would the truck be out there in him in time? SHE was very and very element that was .

sunday .

bony ban that he was with Christine on the beach sunday.

And then SHE SHE started to back .

off that .

when family came around.

did that strike is, I don't know, IT seems awful suspicious.

If you were me, what would you want to do knowing everything that's been done? Where would you want to pick up?

I'd go back at the interview roommate shake. I lean every on selena had noticed a bunch of scratches and stuff rosy maron chee. Find out who in the healing was with. Seems off for scrap.

Jay continues to say that he observed Joseph coming out of his bedroom about one thirty P M. On sunday and leaving the house. So I called jack a bunch times, like eleven times, and he always had his phone set to not accept calls you. I feel pretty strongly that the most likely explanation for jose's disappearance is that someone has done something the him.

In the injured, long before the .

season came out, I was actively trying to contact pretty every single person, in this case jake being one of them. My first attempt to contact him was on december six, two thousand and twenty three. I got this phone number and I texted him.

I said, he gic, this is pain lenzing check response. Who is this? Why are you trying to contact me? So I said again, my name is pain lenzing.

I hope all as well. I'm an investigative journalist. I tried to add you on facebook recently.

Check replied, yeah, why? I don't know who you are. Dude, i've told you who I was twice already.

I responded saying, yeah, we've never met. I'm investigating the disappearance of Joseph. I'd love to grab a few minutes of your time.

I think it's crucial to closing this case out. Jack response was no thanks already. Then I said, why is that? I'm trying to help at this point.

My eye messages were turning Green, so we obviously know what happened there. He blocked to me. It's at this point that IT all starts to unravel. Alaska state troopers went to jake's residents. IT was partially recorded, and I say partially because IT seems like some of its missing.

Maybe there was an error they discovered on his phone after a forensic analysis that jacket texted his friends emory and Tyler trying to create an alby, I don't have all these text, but I do have some of them. He texted his friend saying, I had to use you in a story for the state. Trooper grand responded, what did you say? Jack responded, quote, the us.

Three took a drive to Solomon at eight P. M. And got back at one A. M. This is supposed to be the saturday night.

The day before he went missing, he asked what I did saturday and if I saw him and what night. Obviously, to the troopers, IT looked like jake was trying to set up and I will buy. So they talk to his friends and ran Tyler.

And they have no recollection of this trip, at least in the location that jake referring to in Normal aska. As a Young adult, a popular thing to do is bridge jumping, jumping off bridges with your friends into the rivers outside the city. This is what jake already he was doing, but he felt the need to tell his friends that IT happened in a place that IT didn't and during a period of time that is incorrect.

When the troopers talked to emery and jake, they found out he lied about where he was going. Where jake initially claimed he was out by Solomon is hours away from where his friends say they were. So for whatever reason, jack felt the need to lie about that. This is where we all got to start paying attention. And some of this tape you heard.

but i'm about to play .

the rest of IT, take inform for a try. And then I talked your bodies and they said that didn't happen. You told me to choose specific for drive that way.

And then they told me that they want with your little happen. And then I talked to you and I learned you were a bridge shopping, which which was higher. Her told me, but my issue is when come from with, hey, what is you that, you know, I wouldn't say I went for a drive in place.

I wasn't to me. IT seems like either you're lying now because you're covering IT, covering IT for something that you don't want to tell that for a current or you were lying then you when you told me that you went, I went in a completely different direction with two guys that you weren't with. And either way, IT doesn't IT doesn't sound like you're being .

a one hundred percent truthful .

with me in jax alby text to his friends, he told them to say they got back from bridge jumping at one I am. But when the troopers talked to his friend Tyler, they learned a different time frame. So now he's lived twice.

So what time was at the time? Day back, they go back here around twenty, twenty hundred 之间。 So so that's the time frame that know you get dropped off and you get that you got back here thirty even say, you know two third party bank to one thirty, but still like this, a good state clock.

So we're still back in that we get four, five hours in the evening that i'd like to know what you did. I mean, because I can remember what I did two weeks ago. You know for you, I will remember that point from the .

number to thirty.

We're for five hours in the evening for .

our time gap, where no one knows where jake was. The concern about the time gap from eight P M to twelve thirty A M, they couldn't make sense of IT either. But they knew at this point, jackie, like twice. But their third concern was where jake was after midnight.

You came here to all three. But what happened after you guys want entire the drop job? That's the .

question. Who would .

you member who you were with? I also see out, I will can .

not remember.

So when you guys came back, where did you go to tell the drop off somewhere off drop off here to get 这个? This is. Just what i'm trying to understand is if he dropped you off at midnight thirty, he dropped you off and then you say made home thirty.

So what was the rest of brother would you do? And I also can't remember it's been so long. When you drink in that night, when you drink when you came back, there is any other reason, is there any reason why you don't remember I.

So whatever time line you want to believe here, or whoever is the memories messed up, they're still a huge question of where was jake and what was he doing after midnight. The troopers then go back to jx claim that he saw Joseph, his house on sunday. See joseon thirty morning one in the afternoon. Okay, guess you point to sleep thirteen hours and if you came home twelve, that's good weekend .

free to back long my of later two, three okay.

just say out here everything okay. Thirteen hours asleep really on a saturday night in the summer. Maybe, but unlikely.

And then when somebody should .

play video games.

finally, jack speaks, regards of what happened during the day, which is still an absolute mess, in full of lies and contradictory statements. Jack does say that when his friend Tyler dropped him, mth, he stayed at his house by himself and play video games for the rest of the night. The second private investigator, andy glazer, was on a mission. He found jake friend Tyler, the one he had texted about making an alibi for saturday. In the last story that jake settled on was that he was dropped off by Tyler at his house that night, and from about midnight onward, he stated his house by himself and play video games.

Retired I and claim zer nice to meet you because scope series of the content room. I'm a private investigator. I'm a retired cop and i've been doing this for about twenty years. Probably ninety five percent of what I do is just interview people. Seems very odd that they didn't find anything out there that was a major surge.

It's the first october twenty twelve, fifty eight pm, and we're at the aura in conference room in the room coding. Have an interview with Tyler eye.

This jack had difficulty remembering events from saturday or saturday night. Was he messed up that day? Was he like drinking, or is .

drinking like I said? We one bridge jumping in every weekend, so summer time nice. I jumped the water up the bridge, right?

So this this whole issue with the text messages that jacket sent, you still have any of those on your phone?

So did you .

fun with you? Could you .

check your quick .

always back there?

Now I can do that, even if you just check takes. There's that many.

Take his problem, mean him or best friends. And you talk every day, text, text everyday.

So many, do you think that was unusual? And jake was trying to get people to say they were with him saturday night. I was doing that. He was of doing there. What was going on there?

Going on where?

Where he was trying .

all the way the history went, I tell you the something I told the trooper ji. You and come up the story or something because just one of the true way or something. And like I said, I told them Smith the truth, what I didn't. I just told you, I told you the truth, like you guys, this is some bray's life can. Why about that?

great.

And what did jack say you later about that whole thing? Because I was a little weird yeah.

about the trooper involvement there. Tim told me, jack said next day when I went inside jack, so what the fucker y you thinking? Don't just make something out, tell the truth. Like even if don't you remember what happen, they just I don't remember APP what I did because like I said.

somebody y's life for the.

right? What what did jack say?

He said he's like, yeah, you're right. Next time I don't know him. So as I go, next time they come to talk, you Better tell her the truth.

Did you pick up jack and every on saturday? 这个 不是 正 也。

人手。

So about what time you just get out to the bridge on saturday and about how long did you stay?

No, stated by all day. Like I said, I was an all day trip. Only in that other people out there in. We probably left to go three o'clock, three four, and then got back. So ten thirty.

So what do you do after getting back to home on saturday night, like about ten thirty?

Honda jax burn .

on electrical .

played in games.

Do you think he went back to drake that night?

Is where everyone thing like video games.

How long do you think you are adjacent saturday night?

No, 还在吗?

A lot of these questions are why you're ask me saturday .

night is like a critical thing here with and some kind of leading up to asking some other questions about him, one of which is on saturday night, you remember .

seeing him at all like I said in one twice that was about before you were missing. Like I said, he is, he was always in this room, door closed for an j room. Door was closed. No saga.

Any idea what time you left jail on saturday night?

Probably later now we started playing video games. We still we play for cup flowers. So i'm proudly morning that so.

Have you ever seen or used j three o eight rifle that his dad gave him the summer at twenty fifteen?

Thank you.

Give to you. Ever shot .

at or used IT most .

something?

When the new in open open last month.

Go after this guy, I missing you. You have .

any suggestions for people .

I should talk to about his disappearance?

You definitely not talking to rate people though.

And so with jack.

check myself where .

we're wasting .

your time, you're waste in our time and we got no beneficial stuff for you.

If I had .

benefitted stuff for you, I definitely let you know. Like I said, this is some mary's life. Nothing more value about IT. You can watch .

the fourth kind.

Maybe that is true.

The movie the fourth kind, we heard this before the island mentioned IT jokingly in regards the florist OPPO x case recapping toller interview with andy. There's now even more discrepancies, toller says.

On saturday, the bridge jumping was an all day event, and there were other people out there, witnesses, apparently ones that he could name, though he also said they got back around ten thirty pm, which contradicts the time that I was once eight pm and the time that I was twelve thirty um but enough for me to say what the hell going on here. IT seems like Tyler thinks the boogie man got him. Now i'm sure most of us are sitting here shaking our heads and rolling our eyes, which I am too.

But that statement alone isn't incriminating, percy. But as i've found more information, odd things like this just keep connecting. And my secret friend from no alasia had a new message for me, unprompted by me, knowing this knowledge at all.

One night we were all sitting around talking about Joseph disappearance, and the atmosphere was heavy, almost sufficing. Kim, who has been deeply affected, often couldn't hold back her emotions. SHE just burst out to her sister, Christine, demanding to know, why the fuck did you kill him right to your face over and over again? IT was a regular occurrence that family gatherings, and you could tell IT was tearing that person apart.

His disappearance was baffling to many, and IT Sparked so many rumours. There was one rumor that Joseph might have been involved with the CIA, or maybe he had entered witness protection. IT sounded crazy, but at the same time, IT wasn't just idle gossip.

People were connecting dots that LED to some dark places. The judge Joseph worked under how abruptly left town the same weekend, Joseph disappeared, feeling suspicions that something within the court system might have played a role. IT was like peeling back layers of a rotten onion.

The more you uncovered, the worst is smell, ed. But despite the rumor mill, jack always remained at the center of the storm. He was the last person to see Joseph, and that fact alone put a target on his back.

People kept pointing fingers on him, was bringing about his strange behaviour. He had started asking people for alibis, which only made him look more suspicious. He wasn't sleeping, and the guilt seemed to be eating him alive.

Or was IT guilt because he had something to do with Joseph disappearance? Or was IT the crushing weight of being accused by everyone around him? That's what kept everyone on edge.

Nobody knew for sure, but the doubt was like a poison. Stepping into everything, IT was like a shadow that followed him everywhere, even when he tried to sleep, jake was suffering from nightmares that Joseph was coming back. Why would he be afraid of his roomy coming back? One night, jake was really drunk, and I brought up the reward money projective. Jack said, I think the issue got him. Do you know the issue?

X pain, the asia gog's .

is a mythical creature wrote in a asa native falkland's. I'm a leveling creature that romes the wilderness of alaska, a shadowy figure with a form that shifts and changes in the darkness. IT is said to have a humanoid d appearance, glowing eyes that peers through the night, long, thin limbs that enable you to move quickly and silently through the pura.

And jake had suggested that this mythical creature may have taken Joseph. Jack said maybe he chose the wrong door and he's never coming back again. But maybe Joseph had crossed into some other world.

They sounded like his nightmares. There was a story about a creek that had been raging with water one night, only to be completely dry by morning, despite its raining the entire time. IT was as if the land itself had swallow the water, leaving nothing behind.

Others talked about hearing strange noises in the wilderness, things moving in the dark, unseen. But undeniably there. One person recounted seeing figures walking through the tundra, figures that shouldn't have been there.

They slammed on their breaks, stared, and we're sure they saw something. But by the time they tried to make sense of IT, the figures were gone as if they had never been there at all. The stories is lingered in the air, each one adding to the growing sense of onions. No one could shake the feeling that something deeply wrong had happened to Joseph, something that went beyond the ordinary. But then .

justice.

the conversation seemed to be spiring into pure fear IT all began to circle back to jake. He was at the centre of IT. All everyones suspicions, everyone's doubts.

Was he guilty? Had he done something terrible? Or was he just another victim caught in the web of everyone else's paranoia and fear? What did jake know? What do you think he's hiding? pain?

Iraqi, so the base word of iraq, q is easy, which means ice.

Many of these weird creatures .

are creepy things. They're always like a loan. That kind of influences me, in a way, to think that being alone is wrong. You can survive by yourself.

Here's Alice connect glen .

and last can native who can tell me more about these mythical creatures and the stories told by their ancestors for generations?

Any back people have lived in our area for thousands of years. We have a long history of oral, traditional story telling. In the past, we didn't have written language.

The way that we passed down information and lessons was through storytelling. A lot of us Younger folks grew up with our elders sharing stories. Some of them are wild, some of them are like unbelievable.

But much of IT has these intrinsic lessons weaved through each story. You know, most of our innuit legends were present more in the past prior to western contact, because with contact brought, religion suppressed a lot of our stories, our dances, our spirituality. In that way, we don't hear them as much because of religious influence.

They're not gone there. They're still there, but you have to dig a little bit harder to find them. All of these stories still have specific influence and really shapes who we are in the way that we live in, interact with one and other in the arctic c, and I never discount any story as being a hundred percent untrue, because there are always lessons to be found.

talking about portal S, U, F, S, representing the mythical creatures in, alas, to follower as to what may have happened to him.

Small towns always have stories, but when someone goes missing and the explanations get this wild, we have to ask, why are so many people in this town more focused on other worldly rumors than on finding Joseph? Or is IT the only certain people are? Because jose's family, and myself or not, I don't try to add to rumors.

My job, ninety nine percent of the time is to listen. I said across from people, microphone in hand, headphones on. And I just tried to simply listen to what they have to say.

And having done this podcast since two thousand sixteen, well, that's a while ago, i'd like to say i've learned a few things because I can't arrest anybody, because I can get all the evidence, one whatever need, and present IT in a silver platter. Whatever authority IT is, I can make them do anything. But what I can do is share the truth from the people who care and exposed the lives for everyone to hear.

James wearable ts on saturday are still a mystery. Well, sorter, my new special friend, delivered me a message that, in my opinion, loses case wide open. It's the truth for after, right, not rumor. What is IT take to look into this case again? Maybe something like physical proof.

During the day on saturday, june twenty fifth, I went bridge shopping, but jake was not there. Later that saturday night, I went to a party at a count outside. No, the party was late and probably started around pen or seven pm and went until four or five IT was some sort of wedding celebration or something.

And there were a lot of people there. Jake was out this party. I know that for certain, because I talk to him face to face for over thirty minutes.

Just mean him. I was having a drink standing by a king at the party, and that's when jaguar first approached me. We talked for a while, then eventually we walked off on our own. It's a little fussy because I had been drinking. But I remember we had a very long conversation .

off to the side .

and then he kissed me. I was standing by my friend's car, still talking to jake, and some of my friends came up to us. They wanted to go home. I was pretty late at this point, at least two A M in the morning. I laughed and went home, but jake stayed at the party. If everyone's putting pressure on jack to have an alibi for saturday night, why didn't he mention this to anyone? There were so many people at this party, so many witnesses saw jake there .

schedule .

that he would lie about us. Tons of witnesses. And the funny thing is that summer, I kept a journal and I wrote down everything I did every day that entire summer.

Would you like to see that aim? But it's not just my journal or the witnesses that proved that jake was there that night. I have video proof he was there. I have a video.
