If I went to bed early. You're not hungry from 12 when you eat lunch or 12-1 till that time? That's a long time too. Yeah, no, I'm fine. I mean, we eat lunch later in the day normally. Like, I'm never having lunch at noon. I'm having lunch at 1, 1.30. But even then, no, I mean, the earliest Ali dinner is probably like 7.00.

That's a solid time. You know? That's the standard, I think. But I would say realistically I'm probably having dinner between like 7.30 and 8 o'clock every night. That's normal to me. I think it's once you hit 9 o'clock. I think that's crazy. No, no, no, no. That's too late. That's totally too late. Unless it's the weekend and you're going to a late dinner and you go out after. At that point, when I saw 545, it was too early for me to eat dinner. Dang. Yeah. I don't know. I think that's just programmed in my brain from never, ever eating an early meal in my life. On your way to being asleep, yeah, you probably want to have dinner at like 6 o'clock, 5.30, 6 o'clock. But I'm up late. Like I'm not getting into bed until at least midnight. You don't get into your bed until midnight? Yeah.

I don't have a TV in my room. You know that. Yeah. You know, so like if we're watching... I'm way later than... Into your bed. Into my bed, like after one. Yeah. What? Noah stays up really late. But if we're watching... I'll eat dinner at like 10.30. Yeah, like if we're watching a show or...

We're on the couch. We're not in bed because we don't have a TV in our bedroom. I've actually seen people like TikTok clips of whoever saying that you shouldn't hang out in your bed. You shouldn't watch TV in your bed because then that becomes like your body knows that's not a place to go to sleep and it makes it harder to go to sleep. Some weird thing like that. That makes sense. But I don't get into bed at like 9 o'clock. I get into bed at like 10.30. Yeah. But then how long are you in bed until you go to sleep? I don't know. Like an hour.

Yeah, it's not bad at all. I feel like you're up later. Sometimes you're on your phone. It depends on the night. It really depends on the night. Yeah. I'm not going to have like a steady bedtime. But on like a good night, I'm brushing my teeth and washing my face at like 11, 15 and then getting into bed.
