When I started podcasting, an online store was the furthest thing from my mind. Now I'm selling my group coaching on the regular and it is just so easy all because I use Shopify.

I mean, this is the greatest advancement in technology that we have seen since the creation of the Internet. It is not going anywhere. It's here to stay. And if you don't implement it in your business, you will be left behind and your competitors will be able to do so much more in less time. If you were in your business 25 years ago, right, and you didn't decide to evolve with technology and you said, I'm not using the Internet anymore.

Right. You would be out of business right now. It's the same thing with AI. Come on this journey with me. Each week when you join me, we are going to chase down our goals, overcome adversity and set you up for a better tomorrow. That's right.

I'm ready for my close-up. Hi, team. We're back at it again this week, and I'm so excited you're back here with me today. We've never gotten into this topic yet until today. We need to. Let me tell you, I need it. Our guest today just had to help me launch real

record on Zoom because there's new AI functionality that I had no clue about. But guess what topic we're going to get into it? AI. We're getting into AI, how to understand it, how to put it to work for you, how to make money off of it, and why you need it in your life. Stop hiding under the covers and start paying attention because I'm with you. I've been hiding too. Let me tell you a little bit about Phil.

From launching a nationwide online business in his teens, stop it, you can't even believe his backstory, it's crazy, to becoming an international speaker on artificial intelligence, Phil Stringer's journey is a testament to innovation and perseverance, serious perseverance. He began as a self-taught entrepreneur, scaling his business to six

figures at a very young age, back when I was like slinging drinks probably as a bartender. His innate talent for sales was evident when he joined GE and was crowned top sales agent worldwide in his debut year. What? At only 18 years old, his closing rate was unmatched at one one thousandth above the global average. How do you, what, I don't even know what that is. Phil, eventually ascending to the role of COO at one of North Carolina's premier real estate brokerages,

However, it was not his leadership skills that were making waves. His coaching techniques, which cover everything from sales strategies, mindset management, have transformed the careers of agents across the nation. And in your life today, my people, he's a game changer. The AI Agent Academy, as its founder and CEO, Phil revolutionized the way professionals from diverse fields, real estate, medical, software, engineering, business, perceived AI, with over a thousand clients spanning 50 states and 20 countries.

His academy rapidly gained international acclaim. Industry titans, like people I don't even know, but I mean, these are industry titans. They are all praising him and how he has changed their business, made them so much money, saved them so much time. Today, with a wide monthly social media reach exceeding 600,000, he

He's been on all major platforms, Fox, CBS, NBC, here with us. Come on. Good morning, America. He's everywhere. Alongside the accolades and achievements, Phil also has a real passion for music, loves singing, enjoys leading worship for local churches. The role he cherishes above all, of course, is that of father to his three kids. He's not just a name, people. It's a brand synonymous with innovation and transformation. To hear more about Phil or his academy, visit philstringer.com, and we'll get into that. Phil, thank you so much for being here today.

Oh my goodness. Are you like for hire? I feel like I would love to take you on tour and then you just do my intros. That was, that was quite impressive. I don't want to go on tour with you. And we've talked about this literally travels more than, and I always think I travel so much and I feel so bad for myself until I got to know you and see your travel schedule. You're truly in a different state. Sometimes every single day in a week, what is that all about?

It's been insane. We're obviously very blessed with the exposure that we've gotten. And a lot of people want to hear about AI. It's obviously a hot topic. And so we were perfectly positioned to help people with that. And it's been quite a wild ride. I'm going to have to slow it down a little bit because it is constant, I feel like.

I think that what that says to me, or I glean from it, is there's such a thirst and knowledge and need for someone who can make AI understandable, AI simplistic, and relate to people like me who literally didn't know how to launch the new app this morning because I don't understand AI. How can we use it? How can we leverage it? So tell us a little bit.

How did you become an AI expert? I mean, obviously, you're pretty young. So I would imagine a lot of this you just immersed yourself in. But can you explain to us a little bit about that backstory? Yeah, I mean, I enjoy technology and I'm good with it. But my friends are the real smart ones. I have some friends that are, you know, developers and engineers. Those are the guys who are crazy smart. And I remember Heather sitting in some conversations with those really, really smart engineers and

and thinking, okay, there's things that are just going over my head. So I know what it feels like to be confused and not really understand. And I was sitting there and I was like, you know what? I bet a lot of people feel this way with emerging technology. And I thought, I have a gift of communication. I can break the

hard things down into small bite-sized chunks that I feel like anyone can understand. And so I felt like I had really a market there where I could take the confusing things because I do understand it and make it to where it's really simple to where anyone can understand. It doesn't matter if you hate technology, if you're like, dude, I don't even like being on my phone. It doesn't matter your age or your experience level. What I teach is so simple and I break it down so easily.

And I tell people, I'm like, look, I'm going to talk to you like you're five years old, but I'm doing this on purpose because that's how I like to be taught. I don't want you to assume that I know anything. Let's start from step one and let's go to step two and step three. And that's kind of where I've been able to capitalize on this is taking the technology and understanding it, but breaking it down and communicating it in a good way.

I was always in a traditional business. I was in the radio and media business before I went to work for myself. And what's funny is that business has been around for hundreds of years, right? Like there's nothing new and innovative about it at all. However, we would still deal with salespeople on my team and on various teams that I competed against.

that would try to make things so complex. And to your point, if you can't simplify it for a five-year-old or a 95-year-old to understand, then you don't frankly get it well enough, in my opinion, right? Like it's our job as a communicator to simplify things. So I'm so grateful that you have done that because there is this huge intimidation factor.

one of my best friends is not innovative and she had called me and said you know i'm really anti all this ai and i'm really against it and i'm like oh how's that working out for you like are you stopping the future of ai because you know you're against it like how's that panning out in your life and she's like no it's not stopping anything but i just feel it's negative because it's gonna hurt my child because my child won't get the same kind of jobs that we were able to get and i

I know there's a lot of people locked in that kind of mindset. How do you unlock that for them? Yeah, you know, I think when there's any type of advancement in technology, a lot of people are scared that AI is going to replace their job. And I've said for about two years now, I've said the same thing at every one of my events, and I'll probably continue to say it, that AI is not going to replace your job. Someone using AI will replace your job, right?

Right. And so anytime you have an advancement in technology, it is going to eliminate certain tasks. So you think about telephone technology, right? Like we don't need telephone operators anymore because that task has been eliminated by the technology advancements in telephone technology. Right.

But anytime there's an advancement in technology, there's also additional tasks that it will produce, right? So now you have cell phone towers and maintenance on cell phone towers and maintenance on cell phones and different things where it looks a little bit different. But I would like to encourage people to look at this to say, look,

This is not something scary where AI is going to replace your job. You actually have an executive level promotion opportunity in your job. If you just implement some of these easy strategies before other people do, you'll have a leg up and you'll be running circles around your competition. And it's not that hard to do. So where do you start with people? Like, where is the beginning? Because I want to start at ground zero.

Probably the most common platform that's being used with AI is ChatGPT. That's probably the one that most people are using. There's a free account that's available, so you don't even have to pay to get in. You can start with the free account. And it's widely, readily available to literally anyone. So it's a company called OpenAI. You can go to ChatGPT.com and you can create a free account. And that's kind of where I have people start.

because chat GPT is what's called a large language model. So if you hear LLM, that's what they're referring to is a software or a tool like chat GPT. Now there are multiple tools since chat GPT came out that are similar. So you might've heard of, you know, say Google with Gemini or

You've heard of all these different tools that are the same type of thing. But essentially, all that it is, is it's a conversational response. When you type something in asking a question, it will either create content for you or answer questions in a conversational manner. So for an example, if you were to type something into Google, like let's say we said, okay, who won the Super Bowl in the NFL season 1995?

Google is going to tell us that the Dallas Cowboys defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers in that Super Bowl. If I type that into a tool like chat GPT, it will also give me a response saying, hey, you know, the Dallas Cowboys defeated the Steelers. This was the score. But here's the difference. If I type into Google, who was the quarterback? Question mark, hit enter.

It's not going to have any idea what I'm talking about. It's going to say, here's a list of the current NFL quarterbacks, right?

If I type in that same thing into chat GPT or one of these large language models, I just say, who was the quarterback? Question mark. It's going to say Troy Aikman was the quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys when they defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers. Here was the score because it refers to what you've been talking about. And I know that doesn't seem like a huge deal, but the way that these large language models work, if I can explain this in a very simple way,

It calculates the answer that it gives you based on three different variables or criteria. Number one is it calculates based on the large amount of data that it's been trained on. It's been trained on a lot of information.

Number two, it calculates the response that it gives you based on the prompt that you put in or the question that you type in. Now, it's garbage in, garbage out when it comes to these questions. Some people are like, I'm getting really basic answers. It's because you're giving it a basic prompt. So the more detailed your prompt or the more detailed your question, the more detailed your response is going to be back.

And then the third and the most important thing is it calculates the response based on the chat history of what you've been talking about in that conversation, which is why I could say my first question, who won the Super Bowl in 1995, and it's going to tell me the Cowboys won. And then I can just ask a follow-up question, who was the quarterback? And it's going to know that that's the game that I'm talking about. So why is that so important for entrepreneurs and for business owners?

Because if it will reference everything we've been talking about in that conversation, then I can train it, prime it, prep it, load it with data before I ask it to create content for me. And this thing can write you full blogs at any word length that you want.

It can create YouTube scripts for new videos. It can create short form video content for Instagram reels and TikToks. It can write you email sequences. It can write you text message drip campaigns. It can do a lot of different things. It could write you a podcast outline or a podcast script, right? So you think about content.

and marketing being so important, if you had an assistant creating this content for you, but then you were able to find out how to actually train it and prep it the right way, that's where the power comes in because then you're not going into this tool and just saying, hey, write me an outline for my podcast, and it knows nothing about who you are, knows nothing about your business, doesn't know about your guest. Well, if you can prep it first,

and prime it first, then that's how you can get really, really good results. And so to give you an idea after it goes through those three variables, it calculates all of those things to give you one word. And then it recalculates all three of those things to say, what should the second word be based on the first word?

And then it recalculates again to say, what should the third word be based on those first two words? So chat GPT and these large language models are nothing but a language predictor. It's predicting what word should come next, but it's doing it based on all of those calculations. There are 175 billion, with a B, calculations per word that it spits out in the response to you.

which is why it's so crazy that this technology is available to so many people because I could copy one prompt in and hit enter. And Heather, you could copy the exact same prompt in and hit enter. And we're going to get different responses because you're in a different market. You're in a different business, right? And there's all these different variables. And so that's why I teach our Academy students to just copy and paste the prompts that I've written and

And I have a whole marketing sequence that just absolutely changes the game for people.

I ask you to try to find your passion, she's having it.

What kind of a marketing sequence is that? So for an example, I recommend that people start off with a prompt that let's say you go into chat GPT and you want it to write you an email marketing campaign for your business. Well, it doesn't know anything about you. It doesn't know about your business. It doesn't know how many times you want to send an email. It has no idea about your messaging, your voice, your branding, nothing.

And so what I do is I start off with a prompt and I give this to everyone where they copy it, they paste it and they hit enter. But basically what this prompt says is that I want chat GPT to interview me before I ask it to create content for me. So I can actually read you the exact prompt and you'll kind of understand how this can be so powerful. So here's how it goes.

It says, prepare to generate content for me in future prompts. Before we proceed, I want you to fully comprehend my business, customers, target audience, and goals. Base your future responses on my provided answers that I will give to you.

I want you to fully understand my objectives for creating content. To achieve this, ask me at least 25 questions about my business, customers, target audience, vision, goals, and any other necessary details to complete the upcoming task.

to the best of your ability. Your understanding is crucial for optimal results. So what we're doing is we're actually flipping it back onto ChatGPT and saying, look, you know what you need to know to give me the very best content.

You know what you don't know. So interview me and ask me what you need to know so that we can get the best content that's specific to my business. So then it asks you the top 25 questions that it needs to know to give you the best email marketing campaign or YouTube script, right?

And you answer those questions. And then once you do, everything you do in that conversation, any type of content you create, no matter if it's emails, podcast scripts, doesn't matter. It all refers back to the 25 answers that you have answered. And it does it specific for your company, your business, for your marketing, everything.

And that's where this thing can just absolutely go crazy because it's no longer just a generic basic response. It's crafted to your product, your service, your market, your price point.

Wow. That just made me understand. This is so interesting. I have an AI avatar, Heather, right? That another company created for me, partnered with me and created for me. What they did, which is, I mean, now they didn't need to, now that I understand this, what they did was they uploaded my books, all my podcast episodes, all my speeches, all my interviews into it manually so that it would know how to respond. You don't have to do that. You don't have to pay a company to do that based off what you're saying. All you have to do is test

tell ChatGPT what to ask you in this interview, and then just answer the questions the way you normally would. And suddenly you have your own avatar of you.

That's exactly right. And this is almost like if you were to hire someone to create content for you. So let's say you hire someone full time to do your content creation and they're in charge of your marketing. Are you going to hire someone who knows nothing about you and just say, OK, write me a blog? They don't know anything about your bit. That's what people are doing with chat GPT without training it.

And so what this does is it says, hey, we're going to tell you exactly what our goals are. This is what we, our target audience, this is what we want to do. These are our goals, right? This is our product and our service and our price point. Here are our competitors. This is what they're doing that we're not doing. This is what we're doing that they're not doing.

So you answer all these detailed questions and it's almost like you're training this employee to create specific content for you based on what you're trying to accomplish. Wow. So it takes all of 20 minutes to do something like this?

Yeah, I would say if you set aside 30 minutes to answer those questions, you could do it, you know, and you don't have to answer them extremely long. You don't have to be extremely detailed. Just answer what you can answer the questions that you can. And the more information you give it, the more context it's going to have for your business and your marketing plan.

And what are some of the results that you've had some of your students enjoy after they even just go through some simple things like this? So we have seen, we've tracked on average how much time we have saved. So there's two things for me with AI. Does it save me time? And does it make me money? I think that there are a lot of different tools and a lot of different things that are confusing people because everything is AI this, AI that, where AI will either be your biggest time saver

Or it's going to be the thing that wastes the most time because you're going to go down all these rabbit trails and you're not going to know what to do. Do I do this tool? How do I use it? And so if it saves me time, then good. I'll do it. If it makes me money, then good. I'll do it. Anything else, Heather, I don't care about, right? It's a waste of time to me. And so some of the things that we've seen because we've tracked and we have over a thousand students now in multiple countries like you mentioned at the top of this podcast is

But we have tracked the time savings of our students. And on average, they save 470 hours over a course of a year just implementing these strategies because of the marketing pieces that we're able to create. And we can create things so much quicker than before.

Because you can imagine if you were to train ChatGPT on exactly what you want to do, and then let's say we have another prompt that goes right after that, which is creating 90 content ideas that your target audience may want to know.

So they're lesser known topics specific to you, specific to your target audience that they want to know. So now you get a list of customized, really high quality content ideas for your business. And you can use that for blogs. You can use it for podcast ideas. You can use it for email sequences, text message campaigns, short form, long form video, whatever it is.

And you can create these pieces, these marketing pieces for content. And we've even write ads with our sequences that we do with ChatGPT. So specifically, we have a prompt sequence that people just copy and paste, right? I've already done all the work. I've already written it all. It's in our program where they just copy, paste, hit enter. But essentially what it does is it step one creates a buyer persona, right?

Based on your target audience for your product or service, it creates this buyer persona for your market, your price point, exactly who your customer is, right? It creates demographics, psychographics, everything. But it also creates potential hurdles and pain points and issues that that buyer could face when purchasing your product or service.

And then once you create that persona, remember, chat GPT is going to reference the prior information. Once you keep going, you create the persona first, and then you create ads and you create content around solving the problem of your target audience. So now your ads are actually solving problems for the people who are going to have issues or hurdles purchasing your item.

And we've seen that work extremely well. We had a real estate agent who threw $100 at a Facebook ad. He created the buyer persona for a home in his market, his price point. They threw $100 at a Facebook ad. They ran the ad solving the problems of this persona, got 72 leads from that ad. And from the 72 leads, they closed three home sales.

So I think anyone in their right mind would be like, yeah, I would trade $100 for three closed deals, right, for home sales. And so this works with any industry. It doesn't have to be just real estate. It can be any product or service. And you run ads, you run content surrounding all around solving the problem of the target audience. Wow. I mean, that is just mind-blowing. It's this simple?

How long have you been teaching this? Because to me, this is like the first time I'm really hearing in depth that it's this simplistic. Yeah, it's been about a year and a half that I've been teaching this. And it's been a little over a year that it's been like full time. Right. And so when I was doing my very first, I think my first live event was in Virginia Beach. And I remember the host wanted to bring me in to speak on social media.

And I remember asking them, I said, is it okay if I do social media, but that at the end, introduce this thing called chat GPT?

And she was like, yeah, I mean, sure. I don't know if she had ever even heard of it. The entire room, I think there was one or two people who knew what it was. Right. And so it was almost like I was introducing this technology to them and they had never seen it. And the look on their faces when they saw I just did it right in front of them. We were creating content together. They freaked out like the entire room was just like, what is going on?

And so I was able to jump on it very early, even before ChatGPT was released. I was working on my AI program and I have devoted every moment that I can to solving two problems. And Heather, I realized very early when this thing comes out, when AI gets big and when ChatGPT rolls out, I said there's going to be two problems. One, people aren't going to know what to ask it.

And two, they're not going to know how to ask it. Because again, it's garbage in garbage out. So even if you know what to ask, you'll be like, it's kind of a basic way to ask it. I don't know how to ask it to get really good results.

And so I thought if I can change those two things, if I can solve those two problems for people, which is me writing the prompts the correct way, and then they just copy and paste it, they don't have to think about it. If I can solve those two problems, I can change any industry. And I have worked tirelessly for next month will be two years, August 22nd of 2022. I have not turned on a TV since August 22nd of 2022. I've put all of my attention towards this.

It's incredible. It just reminded me when I was in Saudi Arabia, I just wanted to share that this goes above and beyond just targeting potential customers and email sequences. I was in Saudi Arabia. I was so tired. I was on the wrong time zone. I was interviewing so many people. I've been hired out there to speak every day while I was in Saudi. I was exhausted and I couldn't

couldn't keep up with the notes for this next interview for this next stage. And it was 11 football fields big, it was wild. And so they would have these green rooms set up on the side for all the speakers. And I was sitting in one in pure panic mode, like, okay, which is the next talk I'm giving? Who is it to? Who's the audience? Who is it I'm interviewing? Who am I on stage with? What is the goal? Because I'm refreshing my memory because there's so many things going on.

And I'm like, you know, feverishly writing down and I'm Googling things and I'm going through notes. And this gentleman comes over to me and he said, can I ask what you're doing? And I explained to him and he said, you're not leaning into AI on this.

And I said, it didn't even, it hadn't crossed my mind. This was in March, right? This was only a couple of months ago. It just didn't cross my mind. I'm 49 years old. Like it didn't even, I just do what I kind of always do. Not because I'm saying I'm the smartest. It's default because that's what I've done for so long. Sometimes we don't think to say, wait a minute, press pause. There's a way better way to do this.

And he said, I'm really going to encourage you to stop doing this right now and let me save you like the next hour of your day and get you some better answers in five minutes. And walk me through, you know, in a similar way to the thing. And wouldn't you know, within five minutes, I had such a better outline. I had such a better handle on it. And it took time.

No time or effort from me. And it's just, it's a new way of thinking to say, okay, we've got these solutions. You've written all these prompts. You've got all the answers and the keys right there for us. Now we just need to plug and play in any situation to get the answers we're looking for.

for it. 100%. And I have seven general use cases for people. This might be helpful just for inspiration on what it can do. So number one is simple questions. Any type of question that you would type into Google, you can chat GPT as well. So, you know, like asking who won the Super Bowl? Easy. Number two is you can generate lists. So

So ideas, a list of hobbies, questions, business ideas, and you can tell it how many things you want in the list and it will give you however many things you request. So when I'm talking about garbage in, garbage out, when it comes to the simplicity of prompts, for an example, I could go into chat GPT and I could say, hey, I want to pick up a new hobby. Give me 10 ideas of things that I could do.

And it's going to give me 10 random things. It might be knitting and cooking and painting and things that don't really, you know, mean anything to me because I'm not good at those things. But it'll give me 10 things. Now, if I were to do the same type of thing, but say I'm a 35 year old male who lives in Greensboro, North Carolina. I enjoy outdoors and sports and music.

What are 10 things that I could do because I'm looking to pick up a new hobby specific to Greensboro?

Then it gives me 10 things that a 35 year old male who enjoys those things might like, but it'll also give me specific locations of, well, you could hike this trail and here's the address. Right. And so when we think of garbage in garbage out, there's always a more specific way that we can ask the question, which is the problem that I've eliminated by writing these prompts in a very detailed manner to where people like, okay, I need to write an email to

Click this, here's the prompt for you, it's already been written. Right? But we don't always think about the correct way to ask because it's garbage in, garbage out. If you put in a basic prompt, you're going to get a basic result. So simple questions, generate lists. Number three would be long form written pieces. So blogs, articles, you can tell it how many words you want it to be. I want to write a 2,000 word article on this topic. Right?

Number four would be feedback prompts. You can ask it to give you feedback on stuff that you've done. It'll critique you and it'll give you tips on improvements. So this could be a text message. This could be an email that you've written, a blog, really anything. I have people in sales who do cold calling. I have them load in an audio file of the sales call and I say, hey, give me some feedback on how I could have better closed this customer.

And it'll analyze the conversation and say, hey, you're basically role playing with chat GPT and it's like a sales coach for you, right? So feedback on anything that you've done. Number five would be modification prompts. This would be translating to another language, lengthening something.

You could take something that is one sentence and say, hey, you know, expand this to 100 words, 500 words. You could reword or rephrase something to mean the exact same thing just in different words. Shorten something, paraphrase something, outline something, rearrange something.

Number six would be instructional prompts. This would be how to's guidelines, any type of instruction. You could say, Hey, how do I build a birdhouse? And it's going to say, okay, here's your shopping list. These are the materials you'll need. And then step one, step two, step three, and it'll take you through the entire thing. If you have like a specific printer, you'd be like, Hey, I have an Epson 35. I just totally made up that model number. I don't even know. But you could say, how do I change the toner?

And it's going to tell you, okay, on this model, you need to do this, you need to do that. And then the last one is information extraction.

You can extract data from text. So you could say, hey, provide me with an entire outline for the book, you know, good to great. And it's going to say, all right, good to great. It's a book written by Jim Collins, published in 2001. Here's the full outline. You can have it give you a summary, expand it, give you chapter outlines for articles, links, transcripts, books, you name it. You can extract information. You might have a 500-page PDF, right?

And you say, tell me what I need to know in 200 words. So you can extract information from text as well. So there's a lot of different ways you can use it. Hopefully that's helpful for people to kind of get their mind moving on. Oh, well, that's a way that I can use this thing. I use it, Heather, because I have a very strict diet. I trained it on my dietary preferences.

And now I take a picture of any menu at any restaurant and I say, what should I order? And it says, based on your dietary preferences, you can have this. And it'll even say, you can do this, but ask the waiter to hold this and, you know, change this to this. Or you can do this and this, but make sure you ask for no butter on that, right? And so you can literally use this thing in many different ways, business and personal.

That's code confidence 15 at checkout. Are there other AI tools that you recommend people use or is it just chat GPT? Yeah. So there's a lot of different tools and I do training on, I have 10 that I really enjoy. And so I train people on, Hey, here are the ones that will actually move the needle for your business, right? Save you time, make you money.

And these are the ones that I've seen work very well. And I train people on those. So that could be, you know, not even just a large language model like ChatGPT, but there's a tool that you can load any video into and it will edit short form content from whatever video it is. So you could set up a phone at the back of the room, hit record, doesn't matter if it's vertical, horizontal, whatever. Load in the entire video. It could be 10 minutes long, one minute long, 50 minutes long, doesn't matter.

and it will create short form edits from whatever video you load in. Now, the really neat thing about this software is it uses something called AI curation

which takes the transcription of the video so that it understands what you're talking about. So we could load this entire podcast into there and we could get short form clips from what we're talking about, but it understands our conversation. And then it says, here's the best, most shocking hook. We're going to put that at the very beginning to draw people's attention in. And now we're going to pair that hook with relevant highlights to create a

One Instagram reel, one TikTok, one YouTube short. And it gives you several different options to choose from where you have 10, 15, 20, depending on the length of the video you load in, different short form contents already edited. The captions are in. They do the emojis. They do auto B-roll, which is the stock video that it cuts to where you're talking about something and it just keeps people's attention because it's moving to something else.

And you have all these edited videos and you're like, oh my gosh. Now you might say, well, I don't edit my videos anyway. I pay someone to do that. Can you imagine giving this tool to the person you pay to do your short form content? Now you're 10xing their output for the same amount that you've been paying them. It's almost unbelievable, but you've seen all this stuff and it's as good as it sounds. I use it every day.

So that's the real gap that's happening now between businesses is people are operating the old way, which is just what we know in our own experience, versus propping up our employees, our teams, our vendors, and ourselves by empowering through AI.

Training their employees, their team to use these tools, they're going to be able to run circles around any other business. This also levels the playing field from a solopreneur or an entrepreneur that's trying to match these massive companies who have huge marketing budgets. Well, now they're able to do so much more with these tools that they're almost able to bridge that gap.

Or these people that are in corporate America still in a job they don't necessarily love, but they started the side hustle and they don't have the time to do it. Now they're moving at a much faster speed. Exactly.

So let's talk a little bit about the evolution of your business, because I love this standpoint from when people start asking us about problems they're having, how it presents a new business opportunity. And I know you've been traveling literally all around the world, teaching and training on your courses on how to leverage AI to advance business, save time, drive more revenue. But while you've been out doing that, people and businesses and companies have started asking you new questions. Let's talk a little bit about that new iteration of your business.

Yeah. So, you know, we've done the course where we have the course, the on-demand video set where we do live weekly calls to answer questions. But then we also have this on-demand video course teaching people how to use these tools to save time, make money. But then also as we've been going around speaking, we've had a lot of different companies and business owners from as small as a solopreneur to large, massive enterprises with 37,000 employees come

They've said, hey, can you come in and do one-on-one consulting?

And so we've been able to open up a consulting portion of our business too, where yes, we have the on-demand course for the do-it-yourself, but now we also have one-on-one consulting where we can go in, assess the problems, right? Say, okay, what are your current problems? Where's the holdup? Can we save you more time, right? Can we reduce overhead? Can we create a system where automations and AI can generate more money for you?

And then here's the blueprint. This is exactly what you need to do. Step one, step two, step three. They can take that blueprint and implement it or we can implement it for them. And so we're able to help companies even on a custom level, which is very exciting for me as well.

It's incredible. And again, for everyone listening, anytime someone comes to you with a pain point, that's a potential business that you can launch. Again, it needs to make sense and be within the wherewithal of what your expertise is. This obviously was, it's the next iteration, right? So not only do you have the

on-demand training courses, but then you have the group training live for the people attending your courses so they continue to get better. You're constantly coming out with new trainings based upon the new technology, but now you're also offering consulting one-to-one for your team and these companies as small as one person's company to as many as 30,000 plus to show where they're losing time, how they can start saving time and driving more revenue. It seems like such

natural progression, but I know you and I know how rapidly things are changing for you. How do you keep up with all this level of change? Yeah, you know, it's a full-time job for me because AI is moving so quickly. I have to stay on top of new tools. What's going on? We do a mastermind where we give access to a weekly call where we just give updates. Every single week we say, okay, just so you know, this is what's new. Okay, just so you know, this is what's coming.

Right. And we give them updates on the world of AI. You know, this is what you should expect in the coming months. And so being able to help people with the course is certainly I mean, it's life changing for people's business. But then also having this, you know, mastermind in this community of people where it's like, hey, we're going to stay on top of this together. What are you guys learning? Here's what we found out. It keeps us on our toes and it keeps us, you know, involved with the technology and the advancement of the technology.

Do you think at this point that we've seen the most growth from AI that we'll see and it will start tapering off or will it start accelerating?

I think it's going to start accelerating. It's not going anywhere, which is why if I hear people who are like, oh, it's just a phase, I'm just going to hold off. It makes me so sad because those people will be looking for a job. And I don't say that to scare anybody. But I mean, this is the greatest advancement in technology that we have seen since the creation of the Internet.

It is not going anywhere. It's here to stay. And if you don't implement it in your business, you will be left behind. And your competitors who are using AI will be able to do so much more in less time. They'll run circles around you. And so I always tell people, it's like, man, if you didn't implement the internet into your business, if you were in your business 25 years ago, right? And you didn't decide to evolve with technology and you said, I'm not using the internet anymore.

Right. You would be out of business right now. It's the same thing with AI. The people who jumped on the Internet early look at Jeff Bezos.

those people won. And the people who jump on AI early, they will be winners. And it's exciting to see. And it's kind of sad to see people who are just like, not even going to pay attention to it. Oh, my gosh, sadly, for me, I was in an industry that did not adopt to the internet early on could have, they could have dominated digital audio, because we own the audio division, but instead, they lost everything. I mean, it's shocking to me to see how they lost out and

instead to digital providers that immersed as audio providers when there was a whole industry built around audio, but they didn't embrace technology. Looking at the Blockbuster versus Netflix models and everyone thought Netflix was crazy and no one even remembers what Blockbuster is anymore. Okay, so to everyone listening that they're like, okay, Phil, we get it. We need to do something. I guarantee the majority of my audience hasn't done

enough around AI yet, and now they're cluing in, wait a minute, maybe my competitors are, and that's why I'm getting beaten. What are the first steps they take? How do they work with you? And what are the different ways they can do that? The easiest way would be the on-demand course. And we have a course, you know, you can go to philstringer.com forward slash

And we have this academy where it's on demand, right? You learn how to use these tools. We also have the live calls every week for Q&A that you can jump in, ask questions. That's going to be the easiest way. And for your audience, we actually set up a promo code, a coupon code. I don't know if my assistant told you, Heather, but this is the largest discount tool.

percentage that we've ever given. It's actually matches our Black Friday deal. So I'm excited to do that for your audience. It's all one word, creating confidence. You have to put creating confidence in the promo area at checkout. It takes 50% off the entire course. So really, really good opportunity there to take advantage of that on-demand course. That's for people who want to do DIY, you know, jump in, learn how to use the tools.

Obviously, we do the custom one-on-one work as well with consulting. That is by application where we go in and we take a hard dive into what you're doing, figure out how we can help you, and give you the blueprint, even build the blueprint out and implement for you if you'd like us to. But that's kind of the one-on-one consulting process.

The web address for that is philstringer.com slash audit, because we do a full audit of your business and we help you figure out how to do that one-on-one side. So philstringer.com slash audit. There's a little questionnaire there that you have to fill out to apply. Once you apply, then we will connect with you and see if you're a good fit. It's kind of more of a custom solution than the all-in course.
