When I started podcasting, an online store was the furthest thing from my mind. Now I'm selling my group coaching on the regular and it is just so easy all because I use Shopify.

I'm on this journey with me each week. When you join me, you're going to chase down our goals, overcome adversity and set you up for a better tomorrow. I'm ready for my closeup. Hi, and welcome back. I'm so glad you're back here with me this week. Okay.

So I told you I would give you a little more insight into the last couple weeks, which have been pretty crazy. Not gonna lie. A lot going on. A lot behind the scenes that people don't know about. And it's funny because I'm actually...

Just so you understand. So I have a team that does my social media. I have a team that does my podcast. And then I have a team that sells my programs. And then I have my support team. So there's a lot of people involved. It is not one person doing everything on their own. And it's funny because I'll see people message like you're always working. And I do work a lot.

I do love what I do. I like to make a lot of money. I want to grow my business. I know the potential that's within it. It's not even close to reaching it yet. I can impact so many more people.

and do so much more good. So I have a lot of work to do. So that drives me to work hard. But it's funny, people will message like, you're always online. Newsflash, no, I'm not. The team that represents me, my social media team is huge, right? So there's multiple people on multiple platforms all the time showing up as me, right? We've trained them. We've worked with them. They know how I speak, how I talk. It's just wild that

people assume don't make assumptions. I guess that's the message, right? Like don't make assumptions that I work 24 seven and I'm on every platform. I mean, how could you even do that? I don't think anyone could do that. Right. So, uh, don't make assumptions. We never know the whole story and social media can be so misleading, right? Someone else was messaging me about, you know, you work too much, this or that, and you should have fun. Oh my gosh, I should have less fun by the way. It should be illegal to have as much fun as I do. And,

And in fact, that's one of the things I'm like, over the last week, I've had so much fun the last couple of weeks and I've been traveling a lot for work. But I still have a really fun time when I'm on my work trips, sometimes way too much, which has been the last two weeks. Because there was a lot of pressure and it was just, I don't know, every time that we would actually be done with something major, I was like, let's go out, let's go out for dinner. I have no idea.

someone from my team with me. And then there's great people that, you know, we're friends with in all these different places. So it just can be so, so fun. Well, anyways, the point is this. So I actually am doing a post on my Instagram feed this week about it, that just because you don't see me out in a boat on the weekend doesn't mean I'm not out on a boat on the weekend with all my friends, right? It just, it's funny because I'm, and all my friends know this, I'm the worst, the absolute worst person

at stopping everything and taking pictures when I'm out having fun. The worst. Don't ever expect me to do it because everyone knows I'm the last person that will do it. And what's funny is, you know, so much of my brand is about being public and sharing what I'm doing.

So that's easy to do when I strategically plan for it ahead of time, which I do, right? I always have someone from my team with me at my events or, you know, I ask the events if they can capture photos and footage so that I can share it. And that's great. And I love that. I'm able to do that 90% of the time. I mean, every once in a while, you know, people don't let you or you forget or you didn't have someone with you or, you know, things happen. But the majority of the time we nail that.

However, in my personal life, I never take the pictures. So thank goodness for certain friends of mine. One of my friends is a model and she's always quick to say, let's stop and do a picture. I'm like, oh, great. Good idea. I would have never thought of that. So they see a lot of pictures of me and my friend Iman because she's always so good at that. My other friend Kelly is a really good at always taking pictures of herself. So when she's with me, we have tons of pictures. Right. But

Other than that, when I'm with anyone else, if I'm not with those two, I swear you'll never see a picture of it. So anyhow, I'm actually doing a post about it this week to say, just because you don't see it doesn't mean it didn't happen. And we never really know someone's whole life. So we can't just assume that...

We do know it, right? And that's the weird part about this whole social media world that we live in. It's like with anything, right? Unless you live with someone and are on the phone with them all the time, you're not going to know what's actually going on in their life when they're upset, when they're stressed out. The levels of things that are happening with their kids, with their health, with their workouts, with their sleep, with their romantic relationships, with their business, with their business partners, with their friends, with their friends' families. Like,

there's so many layers of things going on all the time with anyone. You just need to give people grace. I actually said that to my son today. We were on our way home from church and someone was driving not very nicely, completely wrong, right? And trying to cut my son off. And he was like, what the heck?

Why would someone do that? And I just said to him, listen, I have no idea, but I just think it's our duty to give people grace. Who knows what's going on in that person's head right now or in their life or what they're so stressed out about. Just let them go ahead, even though it's wrong and, you know, shouldn't be doing that.

On your way, my friend, on your way and best of luck to you. The world would be a better place if we could all try to do that. And I try to do it all the time. However, I will tell you, I have my moments too, just like we all do. So give grace whenever you can to yourself first and foremost and to all those around us.

for sure, because we really don't know what others are going through. But it was funny today we were at church and we had a guest pastor and he was so funny. He was telling a story. First, he was saying one of the ways he needs to mature is that he listens and eavesdrops to people's conversations often. And then he was eavesdropping on someone's conversation the other day and they were complaining about the hashtag stay blessed and how upset it's making them.

And he was so funny to say, with all the wars going on in the world, famine in the world, killings, people dying, this is what you're upset about? Hashtag stay blessed. He said, so I couldn't help myself. On my way out of the restaurant, I walked by their table and said, stay blessed, my friends.

And it was just so funny. You know, we all get caught up in these silly little things that honestly in the big picture mean nothing. So hopefully we can take a step back today. That certainly made me laugh. You know, what am I getting upset about today? I don't need to stress out about the week ahead or, you know, what's going on next with my schedule or all the things I haven't been able to do because my travel has been so hectic.

Nope. I can instead feel grateful, get excited about all the good that's happening and feel grateful for where I am in this present moment, which will be a moment. I won't take a picture because I do like being in the present and I do like fully enjoying it. And I am so grateful for my friends that remember to take the pick. So whichever side you're on, I got you. I appreciate you. I love you. I'm with you.

Okay, so back to, as I had mentioned, the past couple weeks has been just a bunch of travel and a bunch of live events, which is my favorite thing to do in my business. I love speaking at live events. And as you know, as I mentioned, I had the Tony Robbins Dean Graziosi event last week, which was a bucket list moment for me because you might not know this, but it was six years ago that I told a friend of mine, I want to take that stage. Six years ago.

It took six years for this to come to fruition. And so often people think that things just happen miraculously or it's easy. You don't have the whole picture, right? This has been six years in the making. Am I proud of it? Heck yeah. Did I get amazing feedback? Absolutely. Right. When Dean was finally off the stage, he came over to give me a high five and tell me that I killed it. And I was like a little kid just sitting there waiting for that feedback. Cause in your mind, it doesn't matter how good of a speaker you are. When you take somebody else's stage, you,

You need to make them happy because it's their audience they're extending to you, right? And so it's a little bit of a different scenario. It's, I don't know, you don't really know until you hear the feedback from them, the person that hired you, the person that brought you on, and the person that's giving you their community, their audience. It's a lot, especially when it's like the biggest names in the game, right? So I was super excited, super hyped, and feeling really, really proud. So what I want to share with you is this was six years in the making. However...

In 2020 is when I first met Dean and Dean came on my podcast. And so that's four years ago. He came on my show for the first time. Then two years later, 2022, he came on the show again and we had a great talk and dialogue and we started talking about the potential of working together then.

In 2023, he brought me out to Arizona to film a course for him and Tony's platform, Mastermind. I have a course all about owning your voice. That's killing it on their platform. I'm super proud of it. So, so proud. And I did a small talk for a small group of his mastermind, which was like 50 people while I was there live in Scottsdale.

What's so cool about this is, well, I thought for sure, I don't know if you've ever had these moments. I've had 9 million of them where I'm like, oh, we just killed it. They loved us. All the signs are showing me that this is happening. I just knew it in my heart of hearts it was happening.

And then crickets, nothing. And for me, there's nothing worse than crickets, right? Like you just, I'd rather have you tell me that you don't like me. You don't want to work with me so I can just turn the page on the book and move on. I get real frustrated with not knowing what's happening. You know, it's totally out of your control. And also I had seen so many signs. I had prayed about this so much and I was seeing all these signs that this is it. Like this is the big next step for Heather Monahan. This is the big next thing for her business. And

And when I got the crickets, I just was waiting and waiting. And they actually asked me, hey, we need to know, can you clear out the rest of the year? And we have so many events going on. So there was some dialogue back and forth that wasn't finalized, right? Nothing's finalized until you assign agreement. But all signs were showing that this was a done deal. And then it wasn't.

And listen, this happens in business, right? People get busy. It's not the right timing. Maybe you're not the right fit. Maybe they need to meet with more people, but I don't, you can't, again, you can't assume for somebody else. You just need to kind of turn it over and know that, you know, God's plan is better and bigger than yours and whatever it's going to be is going to be. So,

There was this window of time for me at the end of last year, I was feeling a little frustrated, right? And Dean sent me this beautiful Christmas gift with this beautiful card and just basically said, listen, we are working together in 2024. Like, don't lose your faith. I don't know exactly how it's going to be, but I know it's happening. And here's the thing, right? You want so bad to be like, I feel the same way too, but then why is that happening? Right? Like having patience can be very, very challenging. Yeah.

And it's funny, being patient is one of my weaknesses, right? It's, I am not good at that. I'm great at taking action. I'm great at taking messy action. I'm great at like taking major risks, showing up, being patient. Oh, that is, it's a sore spot for me, right? We all have strengths. We all have weaknesses and managing our weaknesses can be a challenge. So,

For me, trying to stay calm, trying to add value from afar to them, trying not to get obsessed with what they have going on, because I really don't know other than I can make up my own story based on their social media feed. But as I started the show off, we don't know based on some social media feed what's actually going on, right? We don't know the closed conversations.

Here's what I do know, though, is that when we build relationships, not just with the lead people, right, not just with the Dean and Tony's of the world, but with their teams, with the support people, with the people running the operations, that's how you start really finding out what's going on, figuring out how you can add value, understanding how you've been positioned or how people are seeing you like so you can show up better. I learned that in the media business, right? So

I might have been meeting with the head of marketing for all of Geico in DC, but...

the person that really helped me the most was the regional person out of the Southeast who I'd become really close to. She would team me up and give me all the Intel and what was happening within the company so that I could walk into the meeting with the head person and really solve problems for them. Right? So having those relationships with all of the people around the lead people is more important most times than having a relationship with the lead person. And I was just reminded about that on this trip out there.

I, over the last year, have worked on my relationships with the team. They have gotten much stronger, so much better. I mean, I've been meeting with them once a week for probably the last, I don't know, months, right? So, and again, we still did not have anything finalized. We've had so many different discussions about what does a partnership look like? What does a deal look like, right? And again, I didn't know. And you just had to have this faith that, hey, we're moving in the right direction. It's not happening at the timeline that I wished it would have. However...

Keep moving forward. But as I move forward with that, because it wasn't finalized, I move forward with a lot of different potential partnerships, potential opportunities, speaking engagements, and business opportunities because I wasn't solidified on that one. So it's just one of those things.

things I've learned as I've gotten older that it's not on your timing. It's God's timing. You've got to turn it over. It's not easy for some of us to do that, but you've got to give yourself grace, be grateful for what you do have in front of you and have faith that things will work out, that the best is yet to come. And the other thing that I've found a lot of solace in lately is this idea, and it comes from a Forrest Frank song that when one door closes, a better one opens. God opens a better door every time one is closed. And so

And so I just remind myself that if this isn't meant to be, and I don't know if it is, I believe it is, but if for some reason it isn't, something else greater is going to show up, but that door will have to close in order for something else greater to show up. Right. And so that's something I wish I had known back when I got fired at the end.

end of 2017, it was just beginning of 2018, I was so obsessing about what I had quote unquote lost, right? I thought I had lost something so big, but the reality was that door had to close in order for this new life to open for me, right? There had to be death to what was to give birth to what could be.

And I never realized that. I do realize it now. And I see it so clearly in my romantic relationships, right? So in order for one thing to begin, you had to close the door and completely end the other thing. It's not, a lot of people will say like, oh, you know, well, keep that going until you find something better. I just don't believe in that. I really believe that.

You send a message out that I am done with this. This is no longer for me. So now bring to me what is for me, whether that's a partnership, a business partnership, a concept, an idea, a business plan, a romantic relationship, a friendship, a home, like whatever it is, right?

And that was exactly what happened when I sold my last condo. I sold it and didn't know where we were going to move. And wouldn't you know, miraculously, on the last day that I was so discouraged and out looking for a place to live, I found where we live now. And we love it so much. And I never even knew this place existed before. But I never would have found it if I hadn't sold the last place and thrust myself into what could be. When one door closes, a better one opens.

So that happened with moving, that happened with my business, that's happened in my romantic relationships for sure. Every time I get a little frustrated that, oh, this isn't happening, the timeline I want, or I thought this was going to happen, God's plan is greater than mine. When one door closes, a better one opens. And as I look back on my life, it has always been the case. And I bet if you look back on your life, you see that that has been the case too.

If you're like me, then you are getting so hyped for fall dressing now that fall is right around the corner. I'm so thrilled to hear from one of our favorite sponsors, Jenny Kane. Okay, so back to Dean and Tony's event. So we're out in Arizona. And the good news was this because I they had had me out there last year. It wasn't my first rodeo. I knew what I was walking into. And anytime we go anywhere for the second time, it's going to be easier because we're not a beginner. I know the team this time. I know the layout. I know the office. I know we're not going to get lost in the morning going there, right? Like I know Dean, I know these people because now I've been working with them for over a year. And so, you know, I'm going to be able to do this.

there is a comfort and this confidence that comes from all these things. Now it doesn't mean that I didn't get there. And of course, last minute things happen. And this is something that in my mastermind and guys were like, I'm two weeks out of closing the mastermind. You won't be able to get in again for another year. But I talked to my team about this all the time. Mistakes will occur. Last minute changes will occur. And,

don't get hooked into this idea that everything's going to go perfectly seamlessly. It does not. I have never spoken at an event where things were seamless, perfect, no issue. It just doesn't happen, right?

There's always going to be something, a change that'll come up last minute. Technology will go out. You'll get your heel caught. Your outfit's going to have a rip in it or a stain on it. Like crazy things happen, right? You just got to roll with the punches and figure out a way to make it work. Step into the opportunity, which is the possibility, which is the uncertainty, right? So I headed in there from our hotel and had my team with me and we'd all been there and we were hyped up and excited and like doing all the things that I do to get myself in a great mindset. And I was like,

And we got in there and I saw Dean and I was so fired up and I gave him a hug and he was so gracious and so grateful.

and I was able to watch they have so many viewing areas so I was able to watch him on stage before I was getting introduced he was on stage for 45 minutes the guy's literally a master but again he did infomercials for 20 something years just like Tony Robbins did right they both did that's why they're both the absolute best and the best they put the work in they put the reps in for them to get up and speak for hours to a live audience of millions is nothing

And it's incredible to watch. They literally are masters. So that's who I want to be with. Like they're ahead of me in this game, in this arena. And they put more reps than I have. They've been in more situations and they're frankly better than I am. But this is...

This is going to not sound very humble, but I don't know a lot of people that are. They are. Right. So you want to identify who are those people that are ahead of you get in their arena. Right. That's how you learn. That's how you get better. And I flat out had that conversation with Dean that that's something really attractive to me. I want to be around those two people because I know they are ahead of me. They are better than I am. And I know I have the potential to get better if I'm around them. Right.

Right. Because it's like learning a language. If you really want to learn a new language, go to the country where they speak that language and you will learn it real fast, real quick. Right. Immerse yourself there.

Get around the people that speak that language, whether it's speaking, whether it's keynote speaking, whether it's building a personal brand, whether it's building a business, driving revenues or speaking Spanish. Immerse yourself in that arena and around those people. And that's how you'll learn faster than ever. Right. Don't stay around people and just read books about it. Like you got to go live it. You have to immerse yourself in it.

And so that was really important to me going out to the strip. Anyhow, when I'm out there, I'm saying hello to everyone. I'm getting fired up. I'm watching Dean and they took a break and he came out for a minute and he's like, what are you talking about today? I mean, he has a huge team, right? A massive team. So obviously I'd been prepped and I had documents on this a couple of weeks ahead of the event.

So we talked about the things I was talking about and I think we decided on overcoming adversity and like turning adversity into opportunity, which I give talks about all the time. So that's super easy because I've done it a million times. I had just done it the week before in DC. And so when I told him what I was gonna talk about, he said, Oh, that's great. Good. Yeah. I think the audience will love that Heather. He said, however, why don't you bring up a little bit about your experience with mastermind? Now the name of his company is,

is mastermind.com him and Tony's company is called mastermind.com and so I

He's like, I think it would be valuable for you to tie it back into the mastermind. Now you're listening right now and you're thinking like, oh, cool. Okay. Well, here's what's different. This was the biggest audience I've ever spoken to in the United States, right? Millions of people. And so listen, was I afraid about that? No, I was not nervous about that because I had recently been in Saudi Arabia speaking in front of 380,000 people live in person, right? That was more intimidating to me for whatever reason, right? Like that was just seemed a little more intimidating.

So I wasn't scared about that. But when he made that comment to me, and it's now I'm like five minutes before going on, and all I want is to do a great job for them. All I want to do is knock it out of the park. I'm the one putting all the pressure on me. They've been nothing but...

supportive to me and encouraging to me and hype that I was there. And I was the only woman speaking at this event, right? Like there was so, I was putting a lot of pressure on myself for a lot of reasons. I wanted to show women out there what's possible. I wanted to show the world why women should be on stages. I wanted to show the world why I should be on that stage. And I wanted to show them, guys,

I'm worth bringing into this fold at a higher level on a more serious level. But like, I had a lot of goals in my mind. I wanted everyone walking away from this thing being like, this girl killed it. We need her back. We need her as a, you know, as a fixture in this operation somehow. Not sure how that looks like, but I just, I knew I wanted to be in their sphere on the daily, right? Because if you want to get better, get around the people who are doing it and living it. So,

So when he says this to me a couple of minutes before I'm going on, I thought, yeah, okay, great, great. Okay, Heather, how the heck? Now he walks away because he's going back on stage to introduce me. So I have a couple of minutes to say, how are you going to rechange and rethink your talk?

And so I have a couple of minutes. Now, one of the things that I'll share with you is obviously if you start panicking, you're going to bomb. You can't panic. Right. So these are the moments you have to give yourself grace, take the pressure off and think about the one person that you can impact or help. And in those moments, I always say to myself, if I blow it out there, as long as I helped one person, I did my job. Right. Like I have to lower the expectation or I'll go cuckoo.

So I know to do that. I know to calm myself down. I know to put my AirPods in and start rocking out to my Drake and my Kanye so that I can get my mind primed that I'm about to go crush it. And I do all these things ahead of time too. So I've sort of trained my brain. I visualize that I'm going to kill it. I know I'm going to kill it, right? Like it's happened. It's happened in my heart and in my mind.

But these moments, you know, they can trigger you a little bit that, oh gosh, how do I redo this? One of the things that's helpful for me, again, lower expectations, give yourself grace, make it about the people you're serving, not about yourself. Don't make it about perfect. Perfect doesn't exist. Perfect is a lie. It's not real. And no one likes anything perfect, by the way, too. Life is all about imperfection and celebrating it. So I'm going through all these things.

But the other thing that I do is I break apart talks oftentimes into little mini lessons or stories.

So I knew, let's make it up. I was going to do three potential different stories and then I can weave them together. I know how to segue because I've been doing this. I've been talking on stages for 20 years. So I know how to segue two parts together so I can flip parts, right? I hope this makes sense. But basically I had these little stories, they're little lessons. And so when he said, I want you to weave in mastermind, I thought to myself, what could I pull out and

and pop mastermind into and then how would I weave that together so that was I had five minutes for that so I don't know listen was it my best talk ever I didn't think so but did I do a great job absolutely like the data doesn't lie right and so I went right over to the head of the team and I said give me the data and he's like it is off the charts because the way that they tell in real time when you're

on Dean and Tony's stage like this, they have so many threads going in real time. It's insane. And these guys laser into data so well. Dean literally doesn't leave the main control room. And while you're on, he's like standing over you watching all this happen. Like, you know, I don't want to call it being judged, but like you're being seen, right? Like you're either killing it or you're not. And again, I'm sure there's a million times people, you know, have done better and a million times people have done worse, but you don't know when you're out there. So you're kind of like, you're in it,

But my peripheral, I'm watching him in the control room because I know, and I'm trying to like see his face, which is so, you should not do that. You need to be in the present moment. And I know that, but I'm just letting you know, like, these are all the crazy things that can go on. So no matter what, if you're standing up giving a talk at work or at your kid's school, don't think you're alone that you're getting in your head or wondering how someone else is like, I do that too. And I do this for a living, right? So give yourself grace around that. But at the end of the day, it went well. It

The feedback was great. You know, the team was awesome. And I spent a lot of time with the team this year, more time than I did last year. And I think that went a long way. So hopefully I will have more information for you very, very shortly on this, but I'll leave you with this, that put the reps in, do the work. Going back the second time is always easier than the first time, right? The first time you show up as a beginner, no matter where you are, and it's just going to be a little bit harder because you get to figure out your way and you can be surprised by some things that are great and maybe challenged by some things you didn't expect.

And all of that just builds that confidence muscle for you to step into that next challenging thing or that next scary thing next time with more confidence, with more security. And it gives you that reminder of, you know what? That didn't crush me. This isn't going to either. And that's kind of what Saudi Arabia gave me for this was I was petrified going to Saudi Arabia.

And as I walked in to Arizona, I thought, you know what? I was able to speak a little bit of Arabic on the biggest stage in the world.

and pull it off, I can pull this off too. Right? So do that next big scary thing. Step onto that next big stage because that will propel you forward for that next whatever thing that you're going to do. And it will also open doors for you that you would have never imagined because you're getting out of that proverbial small bubble in your life and putting yourself into these bigger arenas and you impact more people which means you receive more opportunity.

AI might be the most important new computer technology ever. It's storming every industry and literally billions of dollars are being invested. So buckle up. The problem is that AI needs a lot of speed and processing power. So how do you compete without costs spiraling out of control? It's time to upgrade to the next generation of the cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or O2C.

OCI is a single platform for your infrastructure, database, application development, and AI needs. OCI has four to eight times the bandwidth of other clouds, offers one consistent price instead of variable regional pricing. And of course, nobody does better than Oracle. So now you can train your AI models at twice the speed

and less than half the cost of other clouds. If you want to do more and spend less, like Uber, 8x8, and Databricks Mosaic, take a free test drive of OCI at oracle.com slash monaghan. So there's been some incredible opportunity that have come out of just this, you know, in the last week. We're not even at a week yet. I'm recording this on a Sunday and I gave that talk on Monday of last week. So I'm not even at a week yet.

One of the amazing things that happened this week that I was so hyped about, and it's so, you're not going to be shocked by it, but it meant so much to me is I got my formal written offer from Leap for 2025 for February, right? So I'm back in Saudi Arabia, I'm back in Riyadh, and I'm back on the largest stage in the world for the biggest tech conference in the world in Saudi Arabia, which now I am friends with the princess, know the princess.

No Stephen Bartlett. The list of people I know in Saudi, I have my own driver there. I have my own team there. They're incredible. They listen to Tupac and Biggie. I have my people. So for me going in my second time to Saudi, oh, watch out. This thing, it's going to be so different this time.

I don't have one ounce of fear. Now, I'm sure things will go wrong. I'm sure things will come up. I'm sure there'll be last minute changes in demands and faults and alarms that go off and all the crazy things that occur, but we'll handle it because it's what we do. Step into uncertainty, start seeing it as a possibility and start watching what doors unlock when you show up as that real version of you,

stepping into your passion, your purpose, and your mission. It's like millions of hands just coming out of nowhere to help support you, guide you, and lead you to where you're destined to be. Okay, so I'm so hyped about so much right now. What?

Yeah, I really am. Okay, this week, I'm actually giving a speech out in Palm Beach this week for a very different type of audience. I'm super excited to give this talk. I'm doing a virtual talk later in the week, right? So listen, we're not slowing down for anything, but I will say this. It's the last two weeks left this week and next week to apply for my mastermind. Do not miss it. And here's what I want you to know. In the last couple of weeks of

we started soft launching my mastermind for this year. It goes for one year. You're in my inner circle for one year with incredible group of people. A couple of the people in my mastermind really came to me because they wanted all my contacts, right? And I get it. And so I'm going to be able to pitch a couple of these people to Saudi Arabia for the leap event. I don't know if they'll get it. It'll be if they're, you know, if they are a good fit, but I'm getting the opportunity to bring people forward. They wouldn't have seen otherwise. I,

connected people with my social media team and then they hired them. I connected people with this woman that I partnered with on someone and they hired her. I've connected people with my podcast team and they hired them. So they're basically replicating what I've done with my brand for them in 24 hours, which took me years to do. Like it's to find and vet people and find the right people and work deals and negotiate takes years. And,

And I'm able to hand these things over lock and key to them in 24 hours and they're up and running. And it's just, it's for me, it's such a blessing and miracle to watch that. And I feel so blessed to be able to give them this gift because I didn't have it. And it is frustrating when you have to figure out and you don't know who to trust. And I'm just grateful I can hand these opportunities over to people.

that are so excited to launch their brand because the reality is this, launching your brand is critical. Everyone has a brand today. You have a brand already, whether you're narrating it and holding the pen or you're letting somebody else do it for you, take control of it, own it, and know that there is such value there. I had this meeting with this billionaire founder who was looking at me and considering me for a board seat on their board.

And in the conversation, he said to me, one of the reasons we're so interested in is because of your personal brand. And I said, so what's your personal brand like? He's like, oh, I never really developed it. I said, you're kidding me. I said, and how many companies do you have? And he's so many companies. And I said, so why don't you start today? And he's like, no, I should have started back when you did six years ago. I'm like, yeah, I get it.

If six years ago was the best time, today is the only time. You're only going to keep getting bigger. You're only going to keep launching more companies, more products, more opportunities, more services. You're only going to keep wanting to impact and help more people. Start shining your light. Start telling your story. Start teaching your teaching. Start amplifying your voice. The world needs it. The world needs a brighter place where people share more information from a place of good.

Start rocking that brand and watch what happens for you. So if you've been thinking about amplifying your voice, if you've been thinking that you're made for more, maybe you've got this full-time job and it's just not it anymore. I'm not saying you quit. I'm saying you layer on the mastermind for the next 12 months. And I guarantee you this, you will be in a much different place in one year.

But do it on your timeline. Don't do it the way I did where I got fired and felt panicked and didn't know what to do next. That was scary. That is not something I would recommend to anyone. But what I would suggest is build your side business now. Build your brand now. Build your platform now. In 12 months, you will be set up to take on

That I've lived, that I've seen. And I'm going to give you my roadmap. I'm going to give you my contacts. I'm going to give you my teams. I'm going to give you access to everything that I have. And literally this mastermind this year is the most incredible people, supportive, challenging, holding each other accountable. Already we're seeing it happen. If you need that little push to get to the next level, this is the thing to do it. Check out the link in the show notes below. Apply now. We will set up a call with you this week.

You can even get in by Friday. We've got a team meeting Friday. I'd love to see you there. I'd love to see you take off. And so would the world. The world needs your message. The world needs what you have to bring forth in your unique style, your unique frequency, and in your unique way. Until next week, keep creating confidence. You know I will be. I decided to change that dynamic. I couldn't be more.

I'm on this journey with me.
