And then Tom, this morning, he's going to read some rules and guidelines to you guys in a minute because we got a massive announcement to make to you. So hang tight. But prior to doing so, let's go through a couple things. Last night, Kamala Harris made a mistake of doing the town hall with Anderson Cooper.

thinking it was a good idea, but she has to do it because right now the market has to come and react to see what she has. And by the way, kudos to Anderson Cooper. There's an article that says entitled Anderson Cooper slammed for infuriating Harris town hall. We've got to show you some of those clips. available in the description for this episode of the podcast that is found on the pbd podcast channel on youtube void where prohibited go get in i love it okay rob so let's put the link there to go to vtmerch.com uh i hope i hope you participate i want to spend some time with you we're gonna have a good time anyways all right let's get into the story here

Which story do you want? You know what? I want to start off with this town hall. Rob, do you have any of the highlights of last night's town hall? So last night, she decides to go and do a town. By the way, kudos to her for doing it, right? Because she needs to do it. Everybody is talking about the fact that she's not out there, but she goes out there. Rob, I don't know which one this is. Is this the one about the wall? Yes, about the border. Okay, that's the one I want. I want you to watch this here with the border on how Anderson Cooper pushes her. Go ahead.

2022, 2023, there were record border crossings. Your administration took a number, hundreds of executive actions. It didn't stem the flow. Numbers kept going up. Finally, in 2024, just in June, three weeks before the first presidential debate with Joe Biden, you institute executive actions that had a dramatic impact, really shut down people crossing over. Why didn't your administration do that in 2022, 2023?

First of all, you're exactly right, Anderson. And as of today, we have cut the flow of immigration by over half. In fact, the numbers I saw most recently, illegal immigration. But if it was that easy with that executive action, why not do it in 2022, 2023? Because we were working with Congress and hoping that actually we could have a long-term fix to the problem instead of a short-term fix. You couldn't have done one and both at the same time? Well, here's the thing. We...

Have to understand that ultimately this problem is going to be fixed through congressional action. You know, it's amazing when you listen to her. You're like you're and he interrupts. You know why people are starting to interrupt as much as they do? Because even Van Jones says this gibberish answers are starting to get annoying.

It's a word too much. Yeah. The word salad is just starting to get annoying. Give a damn answer. Rob, do you have another clip outside of this one? Do you have the David Axelrod response? I said word salad. So I have a word salad clip and then we'll play David Axelrod. Go ahead. I can't wait. Ready for lunch. You've been in the White House for four years. You were vice president, not the president. But why wasn't any of that done for the last four years?

Well, there was a lot that was done, but there's more to do, Anderson. And I'm pointing out things that need to be done, that haven't been done, but need to be done. She just said done five times. Hold on, was that an edited funny clip? No, no, she's actually being serious. She said that. Actually, let's listen to that answer one more time, Rob. I'm actually inspired by it. Can you play that one more time? Wow. Oh, I thought you guys did a funny clip. No, play that one more time. Some voters might ask, you've been in the White House for four years. You were vice president, not the president. Why?

Why wasn't any of that done for the last four years? Well, there was a lot that was done, but there's more to do, Anderson. And I'm pointing out things that need to be done that haven't been done but need to be done. What? Wow. It's like the movie when she's like, I'm just going to make it do what it do, baby. What is done? Here it comes. Oh, my God. I love this. The things that would concern me is when she doesn't want to answer a question, her

Her habit is to kind of go to a word salad city, and she did that on a couple of answers. One was on Israel. Anderson asked a direct question, would you be stronger on Israel than Trump? And there was a seven-minute answer, but none of it related to the question he was asking. And so, you know, on certain questions like that, on immigration, I thought she missed an opportunity because she would acknowledge no question

concerns about any of the administration's policies. And that's a mistake. Sometimes you have to concede things. And she didn't concede much. But I'll tell you something. John King mentioned Bill Clinton. No one's going to be Bill Clinton. But you do want to relate to the people in front of you. She didn't do a lot of that. She didn't ask them questions. She didn't address them particularly. So she was giving set pieces too much.

Tom, there you go. Well, first of all, there were three mistakes that she made. The first was she was talking. The second mistake that she made is she didn't have specific things to say. And the third mistake

that apparently they made, they've been controlling the mainstream media and they've been controlling the narrative. For instance, last weekend, do you remember when every news outlet, somehow all their editors used the word testy in every single headline or subhead with her? Yeah. Testy, testy, testy, testy. It was almost like they got the... Remember, the word of the day is testy. And so they...

The media is not locked in on here. And if you listen to what David Axelrod said, you listen to multiple media, it's almost like there's whispers out there that people are thinking that this election is slipping away right now. And everybody is sort of running toward objectivity so that later they can get jobs at the midterm election as election analysts and strategists. People have to remember, people like Axelrod, Pat,

They want big money jobs in 2022 for midterm elections. 2022 or 2026? 2026. I'm sorry. Because 2022 is last midterm. The same way they did in 22. Sorry about that. That's what they want. They want those jobs. So how do you get a job? By being infinitely wrong here and defending her and going off the cliff with her? Because she's not a senator anymore. Walsh.

They're gone. If when they lose and I'm saying when they lose, they go to the same heaven that the dinosaurs went to. It's over for them politically. You'll never see them again. But all these people that have been strategists and folks, they need to they they need a job in 2026.

And so you can't get a job if you had zero objectivity. And I'm seeing objectivity come out with Anderson Cooper. I'm seeing objectivity coming out with David Axelrod. I'm seeing objectivity coming out with Poliff. Complete objectivity? No. But are you seeing the same blind support that they had on August 1st? Hell no. Let me ask you this, though, Tom. Like, for somebody to answer like this, let's just say I'm your campaign strategist, okay, behind closed doors.

And Trump said something when I had him on the podcast. He said, you know, I could have chosen not to go to the Bloomberg event, one, and then the market would have said he's scared. I could have chosen to get killed and go, and I would have gotten killed, and I would have lost. Or I could have chose to go actually fight, and I chose to go and fight, right?

But even his answer means what? That sometimes you're going to lose when you go to a certain debate. Nobody is undefeated ever in the history of debates. Nobody. Or it's a weird or bad form because he said. Obama's not undefeated. Nobody is undefeated, right? Yeah. But here's the point. The point I'm trying to make to you is.

There is something about people giving you feedback and role-playing the way to answer questions. Do you think that's her or do you think that's her handler saying, answer it this way? I think 20 years of her political history have proven that regardless of who her strategist is, she is not particularly adept at the ad hoc or extemporaneous talk. She's not. She's not.

She doesn't pull things out to hit home runs. There's been accusations that she's had an earpiece in her ear. There's a lot of things that have happened here that she just is not it. And I think it's her. Whereas Bill Clinton, if you gave him three facts, he would give you an answer that related to the people. He would roll in those facts. And you gave Reagan three facts, an answer that related to the people, and he would roll in the facts.

There are strategists back there that are giving her facts, but she's just not doing it. Yeah. Rob, play this clip, and then I'm going to go to Vinny. Play this next clip. Watch this one here, folks. This is about have you ever made any mistakes? Is there something you can point to in your life, political life or in your life in the last four years, that you think is a mistake that you have learned from? I mean, I've made many mistakes, obviously.

And they range from, you know, if you've ever parented a child, you know you make lots of mistakes. You don't have to. In my role as vice president, I mean, I've probably...

worked very hard at making sure that I am well versed on issues and I think that is very important. It's a mistake not to be well versed on an issue and feel compelled to answer a question. Is there something... What was the answer? I don't know. There actually wasn't an answer. It's like, what did you make... It doesn't make... But here's the thing. Let me ask you guys a question.

I know we're not surprised, but I don't like the fact that Van Jones, Tom, and all these people are surprised of Kamala Harris. Let's not forget how we got here. We got here because the assassination attempt on Trump...

failed okay he he killed biden the debate the plan was get trump out biden just even though after allegedly allegedly of course allegedly right i mean yeah if allegedly if if i if this was a movie that would have been the plan failed so now she just has to get put up there okay and then when she talked about the border and how it's so you know now and now it's closed yeah because you already got the 20 million in that you need so we shut that down

but I love the fact that they have to pretend Pat, they have to, the Democrats have gotten to pretend that they like her. They have to pretend like she's had policies. They have to pretend that they, they like her. And like, let's be honest guys, if I was still drinking, Pat, I drink with her. I'd have a good time with all. I'm being that serious. She seems like a fun. I mean, the laughing would, would get to me, but I mean, it's,

It's at the point where, you know, the jig is up. He has to do these questions, Pat. Anderson Cooper, Tom, their reputation is on the line at this point. You just used a great word. The word is pretend. And you're correct with all of those. I completely line up with the Angry Patriot on this. They pretended, pretended, pretended. And now Van Jones has to publicly say,

Pretend he's surprised. Now they have to pretend they're surprised. Oh my gosh, I didn't know. You know, let's see. Bottle of tequila, George Clooney, USC cheerleader. There's only one outcome. They knew exactly what was going on here. They knew exactly where it was as soon as she got out at public and started talking about it because they were talked into believing that there is a viable candidate there. Do you remember? It took two and a half weeks to...

to declare who the candidate was going to be. Yeah, yeah. And finally they said, well, okay, it's going to be Kamala Harris. It's going to be Kamala Harris. And then when it was out in public, you saw cracks in the underneath because they tried to cover the cracks in the foundation. What did they do for 28 days? She didn't, how many days was it that she didn't have an interview? About a month.

And she had 98% positive press from the media. And then at the end of it, what did the media start doing? Hey, you know, she hasn't done an interview. Where is she? And they were called out. And now Van Jones has to publicly pretend he's surprised. Did you see the clip? I did not see the one last night, but I've seen the one from a week ago. Oh my, oh gosh. So here's a clip of Van Jones. This is...

I think it's right after last night's town hall. Go ahead. She was a co-host. She passed that test. I think that the word salad stuff gets on my nerves. I think that some of the evasions are not necessary. But when she's talking about trying to get you a house, I believe her. I believe her. Adam, do you believe she wants you to finally get a house? Sure. Whatever. Whatever. I think...

Look, we're 12 days from an election. In my humble opinion, the future is looking very bright for Donald J. Trump. And there's a few words that come to mind. And one of the words that comes to mind, Peabody, I don't know if you know this word, you know, because English is your sixth language, but there's a word called juxtaposition. You know what that means? Juxtaposition is when you compare and contrast two separate entities and you say, take a look at this, take a look at this, right? And you put it kind of contrast them close together.

When Trump was compared to Obama from a personality and character perspective, it was quite shocking. You had Obama, forget about policies from a character personality perspective. You look at Obama, smooth, great talker. It's like, whoa, here's this guy that comes in. But Trump wasn't basically, you know, beckoned to come to run for president because he was a typical politician is because he was a literal disruptor who basically was a middle finger to the system. So that's what Trump is.

Conversely, when you juxtapose Trump versus a Biden or a Kamala, you start to think that they now become way more inept. And Tom kind of made a joke that, you know, she's wrong when she's talking. But the reality is he's right. The more she talks and the more that America gets to know her,

The worse her poll numbers are. It's pretty intense. And the fact that she had this sugar high, the reality is after the sugar high, if you eat too much sugar, you start to develop cavities and America's developing cavities. The more than more she talks. So they're like, Hey, listen, maybe you should eat some salad. Unfortunately, there's a lot too much word salad coming out of her mouth. But this is unfortunately, this may be a little controversial. The, uh,

result of genuinely going with a dei candidate not a mei merit excellence intelligence candidate and now when you start to see van jones even criticizing or david axelrod criticizing or dana bash criticizing our cnn's finest when when you're 10 12 days away from election when everybody should be unifying behind their candidate and they're basically talking trash you're

You know the future is not looking bright for common heads. But that's all on them. Then they should have done – because Biden got what, 14 million votes? That whole switcheroo that they did, that's what they deserve. You saw Biden at the funeral, at Kennedy's funeral, where he's talking to Obama, and he's looking mad at him, and he's like, I'm stronger than her. Biden – by the way, it would have been way closer because even though Biden – No, no, no, no, no.

It wouldn't have been way closer with Biden. You don't think so? Wait, are you crazy? They would have kept them away from the media. What do you mean? They were protecting him for four years. If it was Biden after that debate performance with his mental just complete decline. You'd really better than her? Hold on. He wouldn't be better than her right now? Right now you don't think he'd be closer? I'm not advocating for Kamala. No, I know you're not. They had no chance. Both of you guys, go back to your point, Adam. Let me just say a thing. Words talk, numbers scream. Yeah. From July 1st to July 21st. That was the day of the debate, right? July 21st. It skyrocketed. It says...

Trump had one of the greatest momentum roles in in opponent candidate, not incumbent candidate, an opponent candidate history. And then when Biden went out for the the the poll, the debate, then the polls went over the waterfall. It was moving like this. You saw states moving. Remember, we're all talking about this. Yeah. And then he goes out to that debate. And what happens?

It goes all over the waterfall. Yeah. And so those numbers were horrifying. Yes. And they knew it. But I want to show you something, Rob. I want to show you something. Do you have the link I sent you? Okay. This is very, very telling data. CNN. This guy does a great job, by the way. Harry Anton. He talks about the independent vote. Watch this. Okay. Rob, it's 27 seconds. Watch this.

Insane. Watch this next thing she says. One more.

And he's going to show the 15. Watch. Wait for it.

by a point now of course that's well less than any margin of error right but again it's the movement it's the trends mr berman that we're looking at and when you flip a group from going plus five biden to now plus one trump that's the type of movement donald trump loves to see and it's the type of movement that i think gives democrats some agitator and you saw it nationally you see it in the blue wall states there what do we know about candidates who have won or lost independence in the

Yeah, are independents determinative of who wins the election? Usually the way independents go, so goes the nation. So candidates who won independents in elections since 1952, look at this, won independents, won the election 15, lost the election despite winning independents just three. So it is possible to lose independents and win the election, but the bottom line is

That's only happened three times. It was Nixon in 68. It was Ford in 76. And it was Kerry in 2004. Normally, when you win independence, John, it's a very good sign for your chances to win the election. Do we have any sense among the people who are identifying as independents now what they're saying or how they're feeling or why we're seeing this? Yeah, why are we seeing this movement in the electorate perhaps away from the election?

from the Democrats towards Donald Trump. And this is true overall. This is true among independents as well. That's embarrassing. View is too liberal, right? Are you out of the mainstream, perhaps? 38% said that of Joe Biden back in 2020. Now that number is up to 48% for Kamala Harris versus the 40% or so who see Trump as too conservative. The bottom line is Harris may be a little bit too out of the mainstream, at least compared to Donald Trump when we're talking ideologically speaking. Look at that.

At the trends, they are pointing in the direction. That is the worst clip to be seen or shown on CNN. On CNN. 13 days before the election.

That's 13 days. They've had this stuff on many of the pollsters. Like ABC will sponsor polls with Washington Post. And then they will sit on those polls for seven days while they're running another poll, hoping that the next poll shows her getting a little momentum versus the old poll. And they're sitting on it. This what? There's no time to sit. The gig is up and they're out public with it. P.B.D.,

He, he's speaking to you. I respect this guy. Yeah, no, no. I understand Tom. How much has changed on Rob? Can you go to VT news that AI, uh, folks, you can yourself on your computer, go to VT news that AI and check this throughout the day. Every time it updates, it updates on our website and just go to the right where it says elections right there. Zoom in.

So right now, even Stephen, but go to the battleground. By the way, the national base we're showing in the last averages is tied. Normally, the Democrats win the popular vote by two points. Exactly right. So go to battleground, go to Arizona. Still the same. Wall Street Journal's got Harris. Go to Georgia. See if anything's changed.

Sweep. Go to Michigan. Georgia's gotten redder. Go back to Georgia. Yeah, it got redder. Exactly. Yes, it did. And by the way, look at the collection. Insider Advantage, liberal poll. Quinnipiac. Quinnipiac, liberal poll. Emerson, liberal poll. Trafalgar, very accurate and tends to lean right. Shoot. Go to Michigan. Can I go to Nevada? Go to Carolina? Dude, he's winning all of them. Go to Pennsylvania? What?

Go to Wisconsin. Let's go, baby. Everything is within the margin of error, and Wisconsin and Michigan are hanging by a thread on the margin of error, but they shouldn't even be close with those unions and the typical voting bloc. By the way, on election night, which, by the way, the Super VIP tickets sold out, the elite tickets sold out. There's a few left for VIP and a premium before those sold out, and then there's just the general.

but there's going to be seven food trucks here. Chick-fil-A is going to be here. We're going to have two fighter jets on the freaking campus. It's going to be sick. There are so many surprises for election night, which I cannot wait. But think about it this way.

On election night, Tom, we're going to have the decision. We're going to have the decision desk with Tom that's going to show you by the second what's going to happen to you. He showed it to you yesterday. How sick was it? Tom Kornacki over here is about to kill the game. It's going to be incredible. It's going to be fun. But the point is that based on what you were saying yesterday,

If Trump wins Georgia and Pennsylvania, this thing is over by 8 p.m. I will tell you this, and by the way, Pat, thank you for making it. Pat has, just like VT News AI, you heard about the 50 AI engineers and the machine learning engineers that we got. PBD, thank you for making the investment because you're giving me the tool to go even further than we've been doing with our Decision 2024 every Thursday. That's here on Valuetainment. We are going to be able to give you stats online

that I'm going to argue better and faster than the mainstream channels. And we're going to be talking about it where you'll be able to see the podcast going for six hours. And we're giving you state calls, data in the background, the stuff you want. And by the way, unlike.

The news. You'll be able to do super chats and tell us what you want to see. And PBD may see one of those super chats and said, you know what? Let's dive into that data. Let's go to Iowa. And can I thank him really fast too, Pat? Thank you for having me at Valuetainment because right now the support that I'm doing towards Trump and outspoken, I couldn't do in LA. I was shunned by everybody. I had to be like it.

I had to hide my support. I couldn't go to certain comedy shows. None of that happened. Here, I could do whatever I want. I could say... And notice how this shift that the people now... People that could never have spoken up and said, yeah, I support this guy. Now it's out in the open because you can't hide it more. And I appreciate you for having me here, Pat. Because now it's a wrap. Because he's winning everywhere right now. So unless something crazy happens, October Surprise...

Donald Trump is going to be the next president of the United States. Real quick, and fully agree with the thank yous. In honor of the BizDoc, words talk, numbers scream.

People are saying, everyone's saying that Trump is going to win this election. And it's not just the average people out there on the streets. It's not just the black guys who are not breaking for Kamala. It's not just the liberals who are basically over the woke stuff and the moderates and the independents. It's Wall Street. It's the pollsters. It's the big banks. It's people on CNN. And my question to my friends out there, the blue no matter who crowd is,

What are you guys going to do if and when Trump gets elected? We all saw what happened in 2016. We all saw that. So I just kind of want to give my friends a heads up. Start preparing yourself for this. It's not going to be the same as 2016. I agree. But let me say one last thing. Here's what I've experienced. You talk about this, Vinny, because people have seen my evolution. I want to go to the next story, so go for it. People have seen my evolution, and they're like, oh, my God.

Here's what I've experienced. Random people who I don't know on the internet talking trash about me because I'm at least perceived as too to the left. I don't know these people. I don't really care. Twitter finger is all you want. What I've also experienced is people I know that I've known my whole life, that I've been friends with my whole life, out of the last six months, they're like, who in the hell have you become? Right?

You're just part of this cult now, right? I don't even know you anymore. Here's the reality. I'm the same moderate, reasonable person who's looking at, again, juxtaposition candidates and saying, almost like being an umpire balls and strikes. I don't like that. I don't like that. Agree with that. Agree with this. And the reality is if you're the blue, no matter who crowd, and you can't even wrap your head around, Oh my God, how they're voting for this guy.

It's going to happen. And just start preparing for that and start asking questions rather than telling people how they should operate. And that's the biggest thing I see. Yeah. I think the difference between 2024 and 2016 is the following. It's very different. 2016, nobody, including me,

The Trump family thought they were going to win. They worked hard with the plan of winning. But everywhere, on every poll, on every Vegas, everything was, she's winning by a landslide. And then he won. And so the irritation, the fear, the anxiety was so high. 2024, it's not going to be that way. I actually think...

I actually think when I tell you, you know, typically when you do business planning, most people wait till last week of December and they do some new year resolution bullshit. But the real people start a quarter before, two quarters before for next year, budgeting all this other stuff. The guys that know the game like Van Jones, the guys that are in it, in their mind, their 80% were done.

This girl is not good. I'm being asked at Mar-a-Lago, what was it, two nights ago, whatever the event was, by all these other journalists and whatever they're asking. I said, listen, if there was a primary, Kamala Harris would have lost to Josh Shapiro. She would have lost to Pritzker. She would have lost to Whitmer. She would have lost to Newsom. All of those four are better candidates for the Democratic Party than she is. She is a horrible candidate.

candidate to be a president, not personal life. I don't, I've never broke bread.

boring, repetitive, not inspirational, tough to listen to, incredibly difficult laugh. There's just way too many things that's not attractive, that's not marketable about her. And they're paying a price for it right now. You're absolutely right. And she didn't get out of round one of the primaries when she did run. No, she did not. She got her ass handed to her after first round. So by the way, let's go into the business because you're talking business, right? Wall Street pros get into position to profit from

from a Trump win. So Wall Street's sitting around saying, okay, guys, what are we going to do when this guy wins? Here's what's going on. Hedge funds like Dan Loeb's Third Point, $11 billion asset under management, Mark Dowling's RBC Blue Bay,

$130 billion of assets under management are adjusting portfolios in anticipation of a Trump win. Loeb's firm has increased positions in domestic manufacturing. Watch this. Why domestic manufacturing and commodities? Because Trump's going to bring everything here. Seeing Trump's proposed tariffs increase.

On 10 or 20% on imports as a boost to domestic productivity, while Dowdink is betting on a stronger dollar and a steeper yield curve as inflation break-evens widen due to Trump's policies. Assets tied to a Trump win are seeing sharp gains. CEO Group, a private prison operator, is up 21% in October, while Bitcoin miner ride platforms rose 34%.

Themos, Fiutakis, Barclays attributes recent declines in Chinese yuan and Mexican peso to Trump's momentum with potential 200% tariffs on Mexican vehicles weighing on the peso. Tom. Well, guess what? Every time there's a headline, you know, a good fund manager is going to make a difference in the portfolio. Headline, Trump could win. Or if you see headline, you know, airlines, you know,

Airlines are seeing an uptick in reservations. Maybe you buy an airline index.

Because you think, wow, you know, people are traveling this summer. I'm going to do well by buying some airline stocks. What's happening here is you just have to look at what kind of an economic sunshine or economic storm is Trump going to bring. He's going to bring sunshine to domestic manufacturing. So people are buying indexes with American manufacturers, everything from washing machines to motorcycles. Harley Davidson looking at you.

And then the nuclear stock index is up. Now, why is that? Because AI needs more nukes. And Donald Trump is not going to stand in the way of those nukes that people like, oh, you know, green companies that have been green for 50 years, like Microsoft, not, but they want nuclear. Google wants nuclear. Trump is going to let that go through. And then, finally,

foreign currencies, because remember, you can buy commodities, like you can buy foreign currencies and trade foreign currencies, and the Chinese currency and the Mexican currency futures are down a little bit.

Could it be tariffs? There you go. And so what everybody is looking at is where is the sunshine going to come from Donald Trump economically? I'm buying those stocks and I'm making those investments. And that's what the Wall Street professionals are getting ready to do. And they are also staring clear from foreign commodities or other things that are going to represent maybe going to have a little bit of rain on the parade. But that's what's going on. Nice. Adam.

Well, I mean, sometimes you just have to look at the actual words when you're saying America first. And when you're saying make America great again, you have to ask yourself, does that's actually what Trump believes in? I would say that's obviously what he believes in. So, you know, you did an amazing episode. I think it came out yesterday, maybe two days ago about why Trump loves tariffs. And quite candidly, I don't fully understand the tariffs anymore.

and making China pay and free trade versus fair trade and the WTO and the World Trade Organization and NAFTA. These are things that you actually have to kind of learn and unpack. But when Trump did the interview with PBD over here and he goes, you know my favorite word? It's not love. It's tariffs. Tariffs is what a beautiful word. People don't understand. And I've been unpacking. What does this mean? Why does he love tariffs so much? But at the end of the day, it comes down to, you said domestic, right? Yeah.

Protecting American jobs, reducing trade deficits, which were getting crushed by China. We know that encouraging fair trade, not just free trade, rebuilding the manufacturing. Why do you think people in the Rust Belt and the blue wall part of the world are like, I don't know, all our jobs have left national security, the border. This is all part of America first, dare I say, MAGA. So it's it's all part of what Trump does.

believes in and follow the money. And if we can keep the money in America, I think that's a great thing. Let me tell you one of the things that we did. We sat down with myself and Brandon. We talked about tariffs, right? And do you know what's crazy when you think about tariffs? Here's a couple things we found. Out of the top 15 steel companies in the world, okay? You've seen it, so you can't answer it. These guys haven't seen it, so I'll come to you guys. Out of the top 15 steel companies in the world, what city in America was known

For Steel. Pittsburgh? Pittsburgh. What's the team's name? The Steelers. The Steelers. Do you know how many people we had in America working in

In the steel industry, just 67 years ago, 700,000. You know what that number is today in America from 700,000? 140,000. Wow. 80% decline, right? Gone. Now watch this. By the way, it's exactly 80%. That's 560,000. Hey, I'm just doing math over here. Watch this here. Watch this here. Do you know out of the top 15 steel companies in the world, top 15 steel companies in the world, how many are in the U.S.? I want you to guess out of top 15 steel companies in the world. None? None.

How many? Do we have zero? Zero. Zero. Do you know how many are out of China?

Out of the top 15. 12. No. No. Nine. Damn. Is all China. China. So let me ask you this question. They make shitty products, don't they? We took this business that we were dominating and we give it to China. Nine out of 15 is China's. And we're sitting here, we're supposed to follow what this Mark Cuban guy is saying. Tariffs are bad and all this other stuff. Now watch this. You know what else we saw while we're going through this? We looked at the other part where the argument's being made and they say, well, Adam Smith is

Wealth of nations. He believes on free trade. He doesn't believe in tariffs, right? He never said about tariffs. Tariffs are bad. It's a tax. It's inflation. It's a tax passed down to the customers, and that's what it is. Sometimes it is. But you know what he said? Here's what Adam Smith said. He says, I don't believe in tariffs except for two occasions. You ready? He said, for defense of domestic industries essential to national security. Yes.

Or counteracting tariffs imposed by other nations creating a level playing field. Let's look at the first one.

What did he say? Smith believes that tariffs should only be used in two instances. What's the first one? Defense of domestic industries essential to national security. Is there any of that going on in America today? Oh, yeah, for sure. Is any of the national security linked to China? Are those any of the challenges going on? So you can say, yes, Adam Smith, wealth of nations, believes in free trade and not in tariffs. But no, no, no, no, no, no. Let's not talk about this one that Adam Smith believed that one of the two reasons is when it's a...

National threat, security, defense of domestic industry is essential to national... No, no. This is happening today. That's why you need the tariffs. So what he's doing is essential. And by the way, the part that most people have a hard time with when they sit down and talk about all of these tariffs, the way I try to explain it to my son that he can understand it is in the following way. If you're in sales, you're in real estate, I'm in insurance.

We go to a Chamber of Commerce event. You've done this before, Tom, and you're networking. I say, Vinny, you're in real estate. I'm in insurance. How about we exchange clients? You send me referrals that need help with insurance. I send you referrals with people that want to buy what? A house. A house. Okay. So six months later, you've given me 10 referrals. I've given you 50 referrals. Who's given who more referrals?

I've given you 40 more, right? So your trade surplus is 40 referrals. My trade deficit is 40 referrals. Did you get the trade surplus and deficit? Now imagine...

After five years, I've given you 1,100 more referrals than you've given me. How much longer are you going to go with giving me referrals? I have to renegotiate. What are you going to say to me, though? What are you going to say? What would you say, Tom? If you and I are exchanging referrals...

You've given me 1,100 more referrals than I've given you. What kind of conversation are we having? You know, when we started this off, you know, there was a little difference between us, and I kind of thought it would level out over time. But over the last 10 years, I've given you a hell of a lot more than you've given me, and I kind of expected this to level up. And you know what? We need to level it up. So what are you going to do about it?

I'm going to do one of two things. I'm going to look at the value of the trade, and maybe I'm going to put a tax on you that levels the playing field. Perfect. And you're going to stop giving me referrals until I show you that I care about your business as much as you care about my business. You know why I used the example 1100?

Do you know what's the trade deficit America has worldwide with surplus? $1.1 trillion. Each referral equals a billion. U.S.'s trade deficit is $1.1 trillion. Do you know what China's surplus is? $820 billion. $820 billion.

China sat around getting fat by having everybody go through them and they're not giving nothing to you. They're stealing all your IP. They're doing everything you're doing and they're still expecting you to send more business to them. Of course you're going to have this. By the way,

The person that, you know, all these people, we're going to talk about who he's about to hire. You know who I'm curious about who he's hiring? Let me tell you what job I'm curious about who he's hiring. Oh, man, I would love to see who's going to get this job. Tom, you and I would do this job with our eyes closed, and it would be so much fun. You ready for this? Let me read this to you. Hang on. I'm going to find this. While you're finding it, can I say one thing?

Hang on one second for me before you go there. Here we go. Watch this, and I'll just turn it over to you. Yeah, no problem. You ready? Watch this. You know how easy this would be, Tom? We'd have a blast with this. So these are all the different trade agreements that we have. The U.S. has 14 trade agreements, okay, with 20 countries.

One is a United States-Mexico-Canada agreement. It was written in 1994 under Clinton. You know who renegotiated it? NAFTA? No, that's not NAFTA. That's U.S.-Mexico-Canada agreement. NAFTA's coming up. Actually, it is NAFTA. You're right, 1994. You know who renegotiated it? Trump. The United States-Korea Freight Trade Agreement, 2012, Obama. You know who renegotiated it? Trump. The Central American-Dominican Republic Free Trade Agreement.

You know who the president was? Bush. No new negotiations. Australia-US free trade agreement. Bush. No new renegotiations. Bahrain-US. '06 Bush. No renegotiations. Chile-US. '04. Bush. No negotiations. Colombia-US free trade. 2012 Obama. No new renegotiations.

Israel, U.S., 1985 Reagan, no major renegotiations. Jordan, U.S., 01 Clinton, none. Morocco, U.S., 06 Bush, none. Oman, U.S., 09 Bush, none. Panama, U.S., 2012 Obama, none. Peru, U.S., 09 Bush, none. Singapore, U.S., 04 Bush, none. It would be a phone call like this. It would say, hi.

This is Patrick B. David and Thomas Ellsworth. Hello, guys. We would like to come visit you next week and the next two weeks, and we want to have the following people, decision makers in the room. This is our trade agreement. We've looked at the surplus.

that we have in the deficit that we have, this will not be working for us moving forward. And based on the business analysts that we have here, we ran the numbers. In order for it to level out, we have to impose a 78% tariff on you. But if you're willing to buy products from us, here's the industries that we would like you to buy products from. You can commit to buying...

$7 billion of products a year from Ford, Chevrolet, you can choose to spend $5 billion on this. You can choose to spend $3 billion. But in total, you need to buy from us $22 billion for this to be even. And I understand you're not happy about it. We'll be there next week. Please have the decision makers. We'll have our guys contact your guys to get a time on the calendar. Great. Boom. We're coming down.

We would renegotiate every one of those contracts. This is crazy when you're looking at this. You know what this is kind of like? It's like you come to a company, and a guy's been using all these different engagements with companies, and they're overpaying. And someone comes in and says, hey, guys, it's not going to fly.

I'm paying you 80% more. Why are you charging me so much? I just ran three different comparisons to you. You're charging me $780,000 more than the competitors do. You're either going to bring me down $900,000 and I'll stay with you or I'm leaving you. What do you want to do? A new CEO comes and renegotiates all those contracts. It's why so many people right now are sitting there saying, I'm going to invest into domestic companies because Trump's going to bring that business where? To the States. Adam. Yeah.

Such an important point. And it gets, unfortunately, so lost when you do the math, because everyone's focusing on the culture wars. You know, we were at Mar-a-Lago two nights ago, and it was an amazing movie. And one of the, I took notes, as you obviously encourage us to do when we're going to talk about these things. And Donald Trump Jr. said something, goes, look, he said some things that were tough, man. I get it.

But were they true? And they were true. And that's the reality because we've all gone through this, at least me by chance. Oh, Trump, all he does is complain. He's the victim. He's this billionaire victim. But the reality is, you know, what's the opposite of a victim is being a victor. And he would say things like,

excuse me, excuse me, you know, it's very unfair how they're treating us. It's very unfair. And all our leaders in Washington, they're suckers, they're losers. And it just sounds like he's complaining.

But the reality is we've been losing for such a long time. We don't talk about the fact that we owe $37 trillion. This year, 2023, 2024 budget, they did the fiscal year calendar. You know how much money the deficit is in America from our federal budget? $1.5 trillion. That's...

Biden, Harris. So when you do the math, when you focus, you know, we know facts don't care about your feelings. If you're just focusing on feelings, oh my God, I don't like the way that he's treating our partners and our trade organizations and NAFTA and NATO. I don't like how he's treating them. But the reality is these companies are taking advantage of us. And it took someone like this who has a middle finger to the system and says, I'm not playing this game anymore. So if you care about feelings, yes, it's kind of tough to swallow, but

But we're paying the price if we don't actually renegotiate these deals. All right, let's go to Tom. Go ahead. Sorry, just real quick. People think he's going to take these tariffs and he's just going to go tear assing around the world and just destroy the world economy. He's not. But the threat of the tariffs is what breaks the back of the players that aren't playing fair. The threat of the tariffs. Reagan did it to break communism. Did he ever use a nuclear weapon?

No, but he put Pershing missiles all over Europe. So and people thought he was just crazy enough to do it. And with you need strength and a little bit of crazy that gets the other side to say, you know what? Things have changed. And that's exactly what we're going to get. We're going to get economic strength with just a little bit of perception.

That they think he's crazy, but we know he's crazy like a fox. And the world economy is going to shift. Thanks for letting me add that. By the way, what was the job that potentially Elon Musk could be? Sort of the fiscal accountability, budget accountability job? That was the other side. Find waste and chop it off.

You know how much waste we have in the government? It's ridiculous. So someone needs to figure this out. $20,000 toilet bowl covers? Yeah. We're spending money on crap. Yeah. So by the way, meanwhile, story comes out. Trump, I need kind of a general that Hitler had. Rob, if you want to play that clip and then Bill Ackman responds and there's a bunch of commentary here.

So I don't actually have Donald Trump, a clip of that, but I do have Kamala Harris. And then we also have Korean. OK, so let me read the story and put one of those clips so we can react to Trump during a private conversation. What has said I need the kind of generals that Hitler had referring to the loyalty and obedience. He expressed frustration that U.S. generals were not loyal to him in the way former military officials, including John Kelly, confirmed that Trump admired dictators and frequently express his desire for absolute power with the military calorie called Trump's.

preference for authoritarian leadership saying trump's admires people who are dictators are and fits the profile of far-right authoritarian trump has repeatedly denied military service calling fallen soldiers suckers and losers this is what story atlantic he questioned why soldiers who were captured or killed in paddle were praised saying i like the people who weren't captured go ahead and play this clip on what they're this is their last shot at trying to hurt him go ahead rob

Donald Trump's former chief of staff John Kelly, a retired four-star general, confirmed that while Donald Trump was president, he said he wanted generals like Adolf Hitler had. Donald Trump said that because he does not want a military that is loyal to the United States Constitution. He wants a military that is loyal to him. He wants a military who will be loyal to him personally.

one that will obey his orders even when he tells them to break the law or abandon their oath to the Constitution of the United States. In just the past week, Donald Trump has repeatedly called his fellow Americans the enemy from within and even said that he would use the United States military to go after American citizens. And let's be clear about who he considers to be the enemy from within.

Anyone who refuses to bend a knee or dares to criticize him would qualify in his mind as the enemy within. She's just like the DJ. It's just the same thing. Go and play the other clip by Gerald. That's the one. Go ahead.

Hitler is dangerous and it's also disgusting. So just to be clear, when you said we do agree, President Biden believes that Donald Trump is a fascist? I mean, yes, we have said, he said himself. The former president has said he is going to be a dictator on day one. We cannot ignore that. We cannot. And we cannot ignore or forget what happened on January 6th.

Oh, January 6th. And we can't forget that you wore a pinstripe that was nine sizes too big. But, Pat, here is the clip just so we can play that. We talked about junk position earlier. I think that's relevant here. Because the media has been focused on this and attacking you under no circumstances. You are promising America tonight. You would never abuse power as retribution against anybody. Except for day one.

Except for? Except for day one. Meaning? I want to close the border and I want to drill, drill, drill. That's not retribution. I'm going to be, I'm going to be, you know, he keeps, we love this guy. He says, you're not going to be a dictator, are you? I said, no, no, no, other than day one. We're closing the border and we're drilling, drilling, drilling. After that, I'm not a dictator. That sounds to me like you're going back to the policies when you were president. That's exactly right.

Okay, so... Go ahead, then. Okay, so, okay. Can we just start from... Let's go back. So, John Kelly is saying all this stuff, right? He reported it, Tommy, because we talked about this before we came in, Pat. The Atlantic, which I'll get into the Atlantic in a minute, me and Tom have this conversation. So, according to him, he said all this Hitler stuff...

John Kelly, it's been reported, hates Trump. It's no secret. He was basically fired by Trump. In 2017, John Kelly, this general, his first job was Trump administration, was the Secretary of Homeland Security. All right? But he failed...

to disclose his position as the vice chair on the Spectrum Group, which is a defense contractor lobbying firm, on his ethics form. So there goes his reputation. There goes his freaking ethics. Then on April 19th, it was confirmed. Ready for this, Pat? He joined the board of directors for Caliburn International, a company that operates the largest shelter for unaccompanied migrant children in the United States. Okay? Like, think about that. This guy is literally...

runs these places. That's a shelter for unaccompanied minors. I watched this Caliburn international through a subsidiary, uh, comprehensive health run several shelters for migrant children. This decision drew public attention as Kelly had previously supported policies like family separation during his time with the Trump administration, uh,

This place, Caliber and International, Pat, has been described as a private for-profit concentration camp. Okay, then last August, New York Post reported that the Biden-Harris administration lost how many kids, Pat? 320,000 migrant children with untold numbers of risk of sex trafficking and forced labor. So knowing all that information, one could assume, allegedly, that this Kelly organization

Wouldn't want Donald Trump to become the president because Trump wants a closed border. He'd want this guy, if you're that person, would want Kamala because Kamala is open border. If you want if you have a facility that houses unaccompanied migrant children, why would you want why wouldn't you want an open border? And now let me go to the Atlantic. You know, the owner of the Atlantic is.

Lorraine Powell Jobs, Steve Jobs' widow. She's a huge donor for Kamala Harris and a very close personal friend. Okay? And you know what I thought about? This made me think about? No wonder why when you had Trump here, Trump said what he said about Tim Cook. He was like, you know what? If

If it wasn't for that guy, it wouldn't be successful because he knows the relationship with her. You catch what I'm saying? So now, ready for this? In 2021, the article from Commentary Magazine discussed how the Atlantic, Pat, under leadership of Jeffrey Goldberg, Tom, he's the editor-in-chief. By the way, and this guy has said his Wikipedia is...

His parents are very left wing, not just a little bit. They adopted a focus on opposing Donald Trump, which became the central to its business model during his presidency. According to 2021, a report by Dylan Byers at NBC News from March 2020 to January 2021, the magazine was adding 30,000 subscribers a month with more than 45,000 added in both June and July, a whopping 61,000 in September when it published last.

the bombshell story of Trump having called soldiers who were killed in action, losers and suckers by this same guy, by John Kelly. Okay. That story hit mainstream media, September 3rd, 2020, one month before the election. Okay. Think about the timing, the same guy, same BS. He said, she said crap. Uh, the Atlantic published report by editor in chief, Jeffrey Goldberg, another,

He's a big Trump hater with TDS who has described, like I said, his parents. So now the piece also critiques how the Atlantic topics cover topics like COVID-19, democracy, social issues, suggesting that the magazine has shifted toward alarmism and snobbery, focusing heavily on Donald Trump even after his presidency ended. OK, this is nothing, nothing but a hit job, Tom. And somebody yesterday came at me because we talked about this on the Unusuals, Pat. They're like,

He's a patriot. How dare you? You could still be in the military or ex-military and still be a bad person that has nefarious intentions behind them. Look, there's politics in the military. Somebody is going to get appointed chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. And if you've ever read about that selection process, you've got four star, five star generals running political campaigns against each other because the one that wants the job. So.

Let's start with Jeff Goldberg. Jeff Goldberg of The Atlantic. First, The Atlantic has become the megaphone of alarm spin and questionably bent facts.

You even have liberal reporters coming out and saying things like, hey, easy does it, Jeff. Easy does it. Yeah. Because he's way out over the end. Yeah. I saw him referred to the as the Alex Jones of liberal reporting. In other words, they see him as, you know, inflaming fans, inflaming, infanding the flames.

So if you don't have any substance, what do you have to do? You have to yell louder. You have to do things. And you have to say Hitler. You have to say Project 2025. You have to say, you know, inflame and blame, inflame and blame. When you have no policy and you have no candidate, you have a puppet. You have a puppet being presented by the marketing machine. So have you seen this picture? Is that real? Well, let me tell you, New York Times said,

has uh international there's stories about pictures resurfacing that they never wanted to resurface i don't know if this is true or not have you seen this or no i have seen it i don't know the validity of it i mean you know with so much so much photoshop out there you know i how about this i wouldn't i wouldn't if it's real if it's real it kind of draws a very

It connects the dots. Let me just do this. Why don't you go to this? This is international, Rob. If you can go to this article I'm going to send to you, okay? This is a story to go through. I just sent it to you. Ibtimes.uk, if you can pull that up, okay?

Go to that story. All right, zoom in. This is internet. Let's show what website it is. International Business Times. International Business Times, okay. So Lauren Powell Jobs, net worth and her jaw drop in $70 million and $90 million purchases. Do me a favor. Control X Maxwell. Control F Maxwell. Yeah. Okay, watch this. Despite her activist image.

Lauren faced criticism during the Jeffrey Epstein trials when the article in The Atlantic downplayed child sex trafficking and the images of her with Jelaine Maxwell surfaced. This is 2019, 2020, 2021. So you're not talking about, you know. Photoshop. That's talking about real photos. That's not Photoshop. You're talking about. I was being careful there, but that says those pictures are real. Let's still be careful. But the point is like, you know, when you.

When you hear stories like this with people back and forth, a lot of it keeps coming back to... Isn't that weird? I don't even want to say it's weird. It's just...

one would assume or like allegedly like you're starting to piece together all these rich powerful people with money i mean how rich is uh uh jobs his wife pbd how rich is she oh she's one i think she's top five richest woman in the world and and i keep going back to elon making these comments about these rich billionaires that don't want secrets coming out because that's what trump is going to be and these are besides all the other hit pieces that came out especially with the uh

the effing Mexican, the bear, like think about what just happened in the past couple of days. Okay. The Hitler hoax is not getting traction because as we're spitting out, all the facts are coming out that it's all BS by the Atlantic. The effing Mexican hoax backfired with the sister of the murdered soldier. Did you hear about that? When that's a, a Guyen going on national TV, calling Harris and the Atlantic out for polarizing her sisters that she tweeted right at, uh, Goldberg and said, how dare you? How dare you publicize, uh,

my sister's death because he was saying, Trump said something like, we're not going to spend $60,000 to bury an effing Mexican. All a lie. This is all he said, she said, Tom, just like all the, remember Colonel Vindman?

during the impeachment what was it what was the impeachment someone thought that they heard him say something to zielinski and that that that's that's grounds for an impeachment and then uh this is a nothing sure and he puts on a uniform is willing to say two sentences of any sort of thing that was remotely substance and the democrats are now celebrating the military and celebrating this brave man that's come before congress but he really didn't save much but guess what he he

gave them a kernel of something, no pun intended, to go run with it. They used him. They used him. And the worst thing is people that end up in that position don't see how you're being used. Look, they've got nothing to say. There's no substance. There's no policy. There's nothing to say. And there's no pandemic here.

So they can't hide her in the basement the way they did Biden and then run. How's the economy going for you in the pandemic? And we're not Trump, not Trump, bad economy, pandemic, not Trump, bad economy, pandemic. That's how Joe Biden won. They do not have that. All they have is, Oh God, I wish you wouldn't talk. And Trump, bad, Trump, bad, Trump, bad, Trump, bad. Yep, exactly. Well, um,

You asked the original question of, is Trump Hitler? Right? So think about the shocking statement that that actually is. I mean, when you actually break it down. But by the way, be ready for these hit pieces and an onslaught of lies to basically come out there. I actually think I'm uniquely qualified to...

Have this discussion about General John Kelly, about Bill Ackman, what he said about Trump, about Trump himself being at Mar-a-Lago two days ago and what we experienced there, if I may.

I had the opportunity to actually spend time with General John Kelly. I've told this story before because he was a speaker at PBD, the meeting that you and I met at, which is called NALBA, right? So every year I go to this thing. By the way, I'll be there in a few weeks. It's always in November, right after the election. And General John Kelly was the guest speaker at NALBA. And this was two years ago. This is, you know, height of...

chaos what's going on covid everything and here is uh a former chief of staff general uh speaking and he's speaking not so nice things about trump and i'm sitting there in a bar with my with my buddy dave grant and he's been in the industry forever inzmark if you know that of course yes cool so i'm talking this guy's got a thick boston accent and this is in my you know

TDS syndrome part of the Dallas like I don't know how you could like this guy Trump and he's like what are you talking about he's the best president we've ever had we talking about you know his thick Boston accent I'm like how could you say that what's going on we're arguing about Trump and there's one other guy at the bar that's like oh yeah I can kind of give you a little feedback on this thing

And I go, oh my God, it's General John Kelly. It'd be like the two of us having a conversation. You're like, hey, I'll give you some feedback. And David, who's a Boston guy, by the way, he's a Boston guy, John Kelly, okay? Irish Catholic over here. He goes, yeah, I know Trump a little bit. And we're like, hey, you're the General John Kelly, Chief of Staff. He's like, oh yeah, you know.

Hey, can we buy you a drink? Yeah, okay, I'll double vodka. Okay, great. I think we ended up buying him like three or four vodkas. I'm like, let's just get this talking. Very Russian of him. I said, General Kelly, can I ask you a few questions? He goes, yeah. I said, what good could you say about Trump? He goes, what good can I say about Trump? I can't think of one thing. Yeah, hater. I go, whoa. I go, clip that.

And we start having a conversation with General John Kelly. And it's actually great because I'm learning this perspective. When you get to speak with the chief of staff, having double vacas over here at the NALBA meeting over here. And I'm getting a little perspective. All right, great. I kind of table that. All right, wow, this guy really has nothing to say about Trump. But don't ask me. Let me show you what I know. Two nights ago, we were at Mar-a-Lago.

And it was the movie was the name of the movie that was being played. You don't know to tell you that it was. And I say this literally a little too. Joey at Mar-a-Lago would be an understatement. I bought a Yamaha. You're better. Yeah. And the lady that was putting the event on. Do you remember the name? Ziggy? Ziggy Flicka. What was her name? Rob? I believe Ziggy Flicka. Yeah, exactly. Was Ziggy.

I mean, she was running the show here. So when I hear, yeah, there she is right there. Real Housewives of New Jersey, whatever it was. Great lady. Awesome time.

So when you hear juxtaposed Trump's Hitler, but then all you see are Jewish advocates who are basically surrounding Trump at Mar-a-Lago. You're basically saying, well, I can believe the fake news over here, or I could actually believe my own eyes and be like, well, he's surrounded by all these pro-Israel Jews. Now go to Bill Ackman. Why do we know Bill Ackman? Why do we talk about Bill Ackman so much on the show? It's because since October 7th, a lot of things have changed.

And basically the democratic party has been exposed for basically aligning itself with, as she said it, jihadists. She went on a speech, Rob, I think you were there. And she's like, they're inside the house. Jihadists are now running the country. And she basically said, they don't want to assimilate. They want to dominate. And they're here. And Donald Trump,

is the one candidate who will protect America and protect Israel and protect Judeo-Christian values and protect Western democracy. And I'm thinking, isn't he supposed to be Hitler? And that's what it goes to show you. You can't believe what they're saying. Watch what they do. So here's my question, though. Really, really fast, Pat. I know you want to move on. So why is a Jewish guy, Jeffrey Goldberg, who left college to move to Israel where he served in the IDF,

Going behind this and calling somebody Hitler, being a Jewish person, to call somebody Hitler from what Hitler has done, I think is the most disrespectful and disgusting thing that you could do to your own race. For what? For political gain? Because you work for a crappy-ass publication? That's where I don't get it. Can I answer that? Yes, yes. But here's the thing, Adam. What you saw, those people and everybody happy and the Jewish people, people don't see that because they have to hear that nonsense from a...

I don't like John Kelly. I have zero respect for him. I don't care what rank he is, what he's doing to the country. And this whole, he said, she said BS is disgusting. It's ridiculous. Shame on him. So I'm gonna just give you a quick stats right now, by the way, um, this is about to be, Trump's about to receive the largest percentage of the Jewish vote since 1980, Ronald Reagan. So just to kind of break down, just like being black is not a monolith. Just like being gay is not a monolith. You think Jew is not a monolith. Um,

On one hand, you have the Adelsons donating billions of dollars to the Republican Party. And on one hand, you have George Soros, a former Holocaust rounder-upper who's Jewish. I don't even think he's Jewish at this point. I think he's just like a demonic –

So just because you're Jewish doesn't automatically mean you're going to think a certain way. And that's all I'm saying is that for every Adelson, you have a Soros, you have a Bill Ackman over here for every Lauren Powell job. So it doesn't work that way. Let's go to the next story here. A little bit of a light story. Who gets the TikTok and the divorce, the messy fight over valuable social media accounts. This is actually a Wall Street Journal story. And this is a real story. They're going through a divorce. They share a TikTok account.

Who gets it? So watch this. Kat Stickler gained control of the couple's TikTok account. Mike and Kat, during the divorce, arguing that if the TikTok account was left to me, it would keep growing. She was right, rebranding the account to Kat Stickler.

And expanding it to 10.5 million followers, Kat now runs a successful business from her social media, while Mike, who kept a YouTube account, saw it become defunct. He declined to comment, dividing social media accounts and divorces is complicated, as both partners must prove their contribution to the platform's success. Reza...

And Pujar Khan, who earned about $500,000 from social media, said, this is the first time we're actually thinking about how to divide their assets in case of a split with most of their earnings going into a joint account. Tom, how do you process this story? Well, guess what? It's called modern asset theory. And modern asset theory goes like this. Once upon a time,

When we got divorced, we had children that we had to be responsible for, and then we had some assets, maybe a couple cars and a house and a little bit of savings account. Those were the assets people had. And then with the wealthier people, let's add several cars, another house, a boat, and some artwork. But now in the digital world we have, then we had businesses. We had legitimate businesses.

You know, I've supported you for 15 years as I built my plumbing business. If I'm having to give you half of it, we basically have to close the business. These things happened where somebody said, well, wait a minute, honey, I supported you for 15 years or building that plumbing business. I deserve half the value. And so you would do it with you take the house and some cash. I'll keep my business. And that's how you divide it. Now we're coming up to modern assets. And

And it's not as easy as crypto. I can look at your crypto account and see what the dollar value is. Court says we split it. Now it's, what if the assets are insufficient and you only have one digital business and it's TikTok? How do you split it? How do you value it? Does somebody have to get a loan and pay you for it?

Or do you share it somehow? And it is a modern digital business that they're saying it's a messy fight because you can't, just like the plumbing business, you can't just give your wife two trucks and then go run your plumbing business.

Same thing here. It's very hard to split up. So under modern asset theory and division, now we have social media accounts that divorce lawyers got to find some way to find the value and split it up. How would you do it? Sorry, Adam. So let's just say...

You and your significant other were on the thing. And the success of it is... Because let's say you were on it 80% of the time, but she's doing all the back end, she's doing all the thumbnails, all the... That's difficult because, yeah, you're kind of the face of it, but if she's doing the thumbnails, she's doing the titles, she's doing the edits, she's doing everything...

That's a slippery, slippery... I helped you build this and you're not going to screw me. Yeah, exactly. What was that real estate couple that they got a divorce? What was the show called? What was the show called? Um...

That ain't yours. Flip or flop? What was it that they said they were not going to get a divorce and then they ended up wanting to get a divorce and then they said it's not in the discussion to get a divorce, has never been an option. Anyways, I mean, it's got to be tough. This is why if you're doing a podcast with your wife or your girl, man...

Oh, man. Yeah. You better just go solo. You better be fully committed to it because if God forbid something happens and you guys split, that's going to be problematic.

But I guess it does make sense to have this be the discussion now with social. I can see that because essentially the way to look at it, Tom, you're running a small media company. And if she's involved or he's involved, sometimes she's the talent. He's behind closed doors. How do you make that work? Yeah.

Listen, apparently nowadays it is in the discussions. This is something that's going to happen more and more and more. And Peabody, you alluded to this earlier. This is the TikTok modern day version of the mediation scene in Wedding Crashers where, you know,

Vince Vaughn, Owen Wilson are basically having this negotiation. Hey, listen, we got the SkyMiles. You can throw a couple our way, you know. Just please don't talk. Shut your mouth when you're talking to me. Go ahead and come with toast for me, baby. We all remember this scene. And all of a sudden, they start working out this mediation. He's like, all right, it's fine. You can have the SkyMiles. No, you can have it right there. All right. Now we're getting somewhere, baby. Look at us doing our thing. But the reality is...

It's no longer going to be about assets. It's going to be about digital assets. And unfortunately, if you don't figure this out in mediation, you're going to have to go comatose over your TikTok account. Before you get divorced, you've got to get married. So I don't understand how you even have an opinion here.

Whoa. Whoa. Tom, out of nowhere. I'm a movie. Out of nowhere. Tom is just getting ready for it. Tom, you know I was married at one point. Yeah, so he knows exactly what he's talking about. And by the way, we're the same age when you got married again. So listen, old man, before I break your hit bar, just relax a second.

Okay? We're doing movie references over here. We're having some fun here, Adam. We're having our fun. I'm having the time of my lifetime. All right, let's go to the next one because if you get married, most likely you're going to buy a home. However, home sale. Uh-oh. Sales on track for the worst year since 95. This is WSJ. Look at that chart, Vinny. Look at that chart right there. Craziness.

U.S. home sales are on track on the worst year since 1995 due to high home prices and elevated mortgage rates. September sale fell another 1% from August to an annual rate of $3.84 million, the lowest since October of 2010.

With a 3.5% drop compared to the same period last year, according to the National Association of Realtors, Lawrence Young, NAR's chief economist, remarked that home sales are stuck at low levels and forecast that 2024 sales could match for or fall below 2023 levels. Persistently high mortgage rates, which recently spiked after briefly dipping to a two-year low, are deterring buyers. Michael Red from Bridgewater Bridgeway said,

Mortgage and real estate services noted that trickle up in rates to right back where we are. Just sucked up, sucked the air out. Mortgage rates driven by a 10-year treasury note have been volatile, making home purchases more unaffordable. Tom. Well, look.

People are thinking that rates is the only thing connected to the market. And we talk about this. We say rates are going to help. But what rates usually help happen is more houses come on the market. Now, a lot of houses have been built this year. Lanier, Toll Brothers, and you can go look at the home builder indexes are way up this year. So they're actually building more houses.

They're just not building as many as are needed. We need even more. And with more supply, the price comes down. So that's the first lesson. With more supply, the price comes down. And the prices haven't come down. And Florida has had increases in insurance, home insurance down here. So the number of people, we'll take back to it again, that are willing to sell, mom and pop want to sell their house in Parsippany, New Jersey, and move down to Boynton Beach,

and retire, they're like, wait a minute, we still have $200,000 on a little mortgage. If we go down there, we're going to have to pay actually the same for a house. It used to be that you sold your house on Persephone, you downsize and bought something smaller and maybe even a small or no mortgage. Well, now they're saying, no, we can't do it. The math doesn't add up and we're going to have a little bit more insurance costs. So guess what? The prices haven't come down because the supply hasn't come down and the supply is being held up.

by, you know, insurance and property taxes and rates. So I've got a question for you. And so the banks got the rate cut, but then they also didn't get an increase in demand. So if you've got low demand...

You would think that price would go down to spur it, but the banks have said, no, you know what? We're going to leave the rate right here at six and a quarter, right here at six and a half. We're not going down to five, not going to five, eight, seven, five, which they were for about a week. Got a question for you. You're the president. Okay. You get elected. You win. What are two, three, four, five markers you have, Tom, to help this change so the average American can afford to buy a home? What are the markers? Okay.

I've got two. You've got drill, baby, drill. And that reduces the price of everything from shipping on their groceries to the gas in their car, to the fuel that heats their house, to the electricity they pay for their air conditioning. I make the United States an energy power because that is one button the president can push to get a lot of prices to come down. That's affordability.

The second thing is I give a lot of incentives out to those home builders. We need homes built. We need more homes built because the supply is going to come up. And then the other thing that I would do is I would adjust the tax policy on when you sell a house, you usually get one time in your life taxed.

You know what I'm talking about, Pat? Where you don't have to pay the capital gains. All the rest of the time, as long as you bought a house that was worth more, called the 1035 exchange, then you don't pay taxes on it. But I would give relief to incent the people that there are, and there is a lot of people in the Northeast that want to retire to a lower cost state. And I would take some of the tax options

off of that one-time sale so that they'd be more willing to sell and put those houses on the market. But we need more supply, and then you need to make life more affordable. I would also do something else, is that for federal, I would have federal flood insurance revamped because the catastrophic insurance is what is killing people in Florida.

Basic home insurance has gone up, but it's nothing when you put the wind, the rain and everything else on it. And so you got to do something about catastrophic insurance to help Americans. Well, so there's my three markers and buttons.

I don't want to upset the realtors out there or the mortgage bankers out there. But here we come. People looking to buy a house. But I would argue that this is probably one of the most overrated purchase decisions you can possibly make. Oh, my God. How could I possibly say that? Well, it's because we've done the math here a million times on the show. Buying a home is a deeply emotional component. You could touch it. You could feel it. You get it ready like your family lives there. It's a lifestyle choice. But if you're just solving for math, and we've done this down by the best investment you can possibly make,

The stock market actually doubles what real estate returns year over year over year. Actually, since COVID, this is the one time I think in the last 50 to 100 years where real estate returns have actually been even close to double digits. If you remember, I was breaking down that math PBD. Now, I get it. There's a lifestyle decision. It's an emotional component. You're like, where are you going to live? Where are you going to send your kids to school? This is a big decision. I mean, Rob did. Rob bought a house recently because he even said himself, I kind of didn't.

do the thing financially didn't make sense, but this was actually what my kids wanted to do and what my family wanted to do. And it worked out well for my family, but mathematically it didn't work well.

there's three things that are working against if you're going to buy a house at this point. And the numbers aren't in your favor. It's sort of a triple whammy. It's the highest prices that houses have ever been. The highest mortgage rates have been since what? The late 80s, early 90s. They just did an interest rate cut, but the mortgage rates went up. Is that what happened, Pat? Interest rates went up, down for a moment, and back to where they were. It made no sense. So mortgage rates are at seven and a quarter, whatever, at this point.

But then we talk about this all the time. The insurance rates are insane these days. Whether it's for car insurance, whether it's for home insurance, it's just the math isn't adding up. And listen, if you want to buy a house, God bless you, go for it. But there are better investments out there. Well, we'll see what's going to happen next week.

four years specifically after November 5th, the market's going to change majorly based on who's going to be the president. I mean, you're already seeing what Wall Street Journal hedge fund guys are looking at. And November 5th will dictate what the next four years are going to be economy-wise. Let's go to McDonald's. Rob, so President Trump's out there, you know, working the fries, doing his drive-through. He's doing all this stuff. And then all of a sudden...

Next day, story pops out. McDonald's linked to E. coli outbreak and the stock drops tremendously. McDonald's quarter pounder hamburgers have been linked to E. coli outbreak affecting 10 states with 49 reported illness, 10 hospitalization, one death.

The CDC is actively investigating the outbreak, calling it a fast-moving investigation as sick individuals reported eating quarter-pounders. McDonald's has temporarily pulled quarter-pounders in some states as investigators work to identify the contaminated ingredient. Initial findings suggest the outbreak may be linked to slivered onions used in the burgers sourced from a... Seriously. That's the word. Who brought onions, BPD? Slivered onions. Unbelievable. I mean, who would do such a thing? But source...

Sourced from a single supplier serving three distribution centers, McDonald's, North American, Chief Supply Chain. Cesar Pena stated the company is taking swift and decision action to address the situation and is cooperating fully with CDC investigating to ensure food safety. Do you have a video on this, Rob? Vinny sent this last night. Look at the states, Pat. Watch.

I'll tell you about this. Developing today, an E. coli outbreak in McDonald's stores across the country. 49 people in 10 states have fallen sick. 10 had to be hospitalized, and at least one older person in Colorado has died. McDonald's stock dropping as much as 10% in post-market trading at one point. Kelsey Kernstein joins me live from a McDonald's restaurant right here in Chicago. Kelsey, what does the latest evidence tell us?

Heather Markey, so the latest evidence is really putting the blame on the slivered onions on the quarter pounder here at McDonald's. And this is happening across several states across the country. And health leaders are really looking into why is this happening and where did it originate from? So take a look at this. Colorado has seen the most number of cases, but some other reported cases have been found in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska.

Vinny just wanted to see her face one more time. They lost $20 billion over this. Can I ask you, is the timing of this really, really random? I don't think so. I think it just happened. I think it just happened. I think it just happened with this whole thing taking place. That's kind of random. The skepticism and the paranoia and possibly some going on, less than 5%.

I think this just took place. They're taking a hit. But guess what? I'm curious how the stock did. If you look at the stock. Go to the year to date? No, go to month to date. Just go to month to date, Rob. Look at month to date. It's going, going, going. And then Trump shows up. Boom. Goes up for a couple days, right? Yeah. And then there is the E. coli. It drops, right? So I don't think there's a story here with that. I think this is what Tom would call not a Big Mac, not a Whopper. What?

Not a quarter pounder. A cheeseburger? This is what you call a nothing burger. A nothing burger. I literally had that written down. By the way, go back to one year. Go one year. I want to see one year. One year on the stock, please. I bet you it's up. Vinny, this is what you call, you know, do you buy on bad news?

I'm going to buy some right now. And just assume that McDonald's is going to keep going up because they're trying very hard with value meals and other things to win back the consumers despite inflation. By the way, go to the five-year if you don't mind. I'm just saying, when's the last time you even heard about McDonald's this big until Trump was inside the drive-thru doing his thing? And then what, three days later, E. coli from Sliver? It's a $220 billion company.

It's massive. Yeah. I mean, it's just kind of weird. I can see how you can see that. Yeah. Well, Vinny, I know how anything that you see is like, they're trying to stop Trump. No, no, no. I get it. I did not go there. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did

No onions, guys. We all know this. Maybe the most important. That's probably the most important rule. Why do you have onions? Why are you slivering the onions? Why are you chopping the onions? Why are you grilling the onions? Terrible. There's one rule that we have here at VT, and what's the rule, PPD? No onions. No onions. No onions.

So you drop the ball. This is a nothing burger of a story. Day in, day out. Nobody's going to give a crap. I'm still going to go get my happy meal. All good. Get your dollar menu. I got the stomach of steel. By the way, I don't know how much steel is still made in America. Not much. It's all in China. All right, let's go to this next one. Nothing burger of a story. By the way, I'm not afraid to take a chance. Because...

You know, with this next story, Barack Obama hits the stage with this guy named Slim Eminem Shady, busts out Eminem's Lose Yourself at Kamala Harris' Detroit rally in front of rapper Rob. By the way, did you see how Eminem brought up Obama? I don't know if you heard it. The way he did it.

It's as if he's reading a script and he really doesn't want to do it. I don't know why I got this. Rob, play this clip real quick. Go ahead. This beard's weird. Detroit! What up, though? Yeah! White guy. What up, though? So look, I wrote down a few things I wanted to say. I love you, too. Thank you. I'm here tonight for a couple of important reasons. As most of you know, the city of Detroit and the whole state of Michigan mean a lot to me. And going into this election...

The spotlight is on us more than ever and I think it's important to use your voice. So I'm encouraging everybody to get out and vote please. I also think that people shouldn't be afraid to express their opinions. And I don't think anyone wants an America where people are worried about retribution or what people will do if you make your opinion known. Yeah. I think Vice President Harris supports a future for this country where these freedoms and many others will be protected and upheld. And here to tell you much more about that, oh my god,

President Barack Obama. Oh, my God. The savior. So is he singing or no? He opens with like, he's like, hey, I'm coming. Let's see if he does it. Is it here? Yeah. I have done a lot of rallies, so I don't usually get nervous. Cringe in common. But I was feeling some kind of way following Eminem.

Here he goes dropping the Rs. Now notice, my palms are sweaty. What? Knees weak. Palms are heavy. Palms are heavy. Palms are heavy. Palms are heavy. Palms are heavy. Palms are heavy. Palms are heavy. Palms are heavy. Palms are heavy. Palms are heavy.

Like, they're doing anything. By the way, can you, Rob, play the clip I just texted you, Rob? Is it the Vivek one? No, no, no. It's a better one. Can you play this? No, no. This is the clip to play because this is, guys, if Kamala wins, this is the dream. Go ahead and play this clip. I'm proud to be from this city. You know, they say if Kamala wins, then the whole country will be like Detroit. Yeah!

Proud like Detroit. Resilient like Detroit. Broken roads like Detroit. Not drinkable water like Flint in Detroit.

You know what drives me crazy? The people that the left use to try to promote their nonsense, Eminem, which I do consider bad. Top five that are alive? For sure. Okay, top five that are alive. But what a complete hypocrite and just a sellout. He talks all this crap about Donald Trump as if we forgot who Marshall Mathers was. Arrested for assault, deadly weapon, 2000. Arrested for gun possession. Putting out songs...

misogyny, hating women, including his ex-wife. He wrote the song Kim depicting violence, domestic violence against her, criticized his mother, accused her of being a drug addict in public. He was on drugs, and I'm happy that he beat it, but he would bash the LGBTQAI plus community. He had to go and apologize a bunch of times. And we have to listen to this dude. Again, Tom, what did you say about the side that always points and it's always them?

Oh, it's the old technique. Accuse the other person of doing what you're doing in private. Yeah. It's also when you point. My mom taught me this. When you point, there's three fingers pointing back your way. Yeah. Wow. But look at the celebrity. But the one I'm pointing in nine millimeters. And again, a lot of people always question. I'm pretty sure the chat and just the world. Whenever you hear somebody like that, when you ever hear these big celebrities coming out, even Michael Keaton came on. They're like, hey.

Don't let Trump and them think they don't like you. And it's like, I always ask, what would make someone, especially like an usher, an usher go from, you know, I'm not going to talk about politics to a week later or whatever later going, I think Kamala Harris is the best. I always feel like they have something on these people and they say, hey, listen, listen.

Check your email. You better come up and say you better support our side. Listen, check yourself before you wreck yourself. It's their entire industry, and you have to play ball or get no cash at all. Here's the question, though. Let me tell you what's going on. Here's what's going on. The playbook. This is the thing. They're going to learn from 2024. They're going to learn from 2024 that the playbook of celebrities is

I would hire a consulting firm with a bunch of business analysts and show what is the most effective endorsement of all time. Rank it.

And I would identify why. Then I would go today in 2024 and I would run an analysis to say, which podcast, what happened to Trump or Kamala the day after, which show, which town hall, which platform, which CNN, which host, which whatever converted. Some may be a lot of eyeballs. Some may be convert. Who is the audience you need to get the undecided voters? Because as we just saw right now, since 1950,

The independent voter, whoever they voted for 15 times, that candidate won, three times they lost. So whoever the independent votes for, 80% of the time, guess what? That person's winning. And once I get that data, here's what I realized for 2028. Watch in 2028 how many of these guys come through podcasts.

By the way, it's game over. Watch how many of these guys have to come through podcast shows. Then you have to go and look at the following. Here's what you have to realize. If Kamala gets elected, do you know what's going to happen for the first 18 to 24 months of Kamala gets elected? Let me tell you what's going to happen that no one's talking about. I want to talk about. This is my prediction of Kamala gets elected, what happens 18 to 24 months. When did people get banned off social media platforms?

When was it? 2020. But when, though? What month and what year? 2020 and 2021. December. Right. But what happened in 2023, 2024? They were unsuspended. And, hey, you're back on, you're back on, you're back on. Okay. You're going to see this. I had this guy on yesterday, Mike Benz. Mike Benz? Benz. Rob, were you expecting it to be that good, Rob, with Mike Benz yesterday?

I was pleasantly surprised. Yeah, he was amazing. Oh, yeah. And he can go deep and wide on a lot of issues. So the stuff he talked about, the stuff he was a former... State Department. He worked for the U.S. State Department. He worked for the U.S. State Department. That could be many different things. In the Army, when people say, I work special operations, could mean SEAL Team 6, could mean Delta Force. When you say State Department, it could mean CIA. It could mean a lot of different things. But he's in it, okay? Yeah.

And we start talking about, you know, what, you know, the security, the censorship, all the stuff that he talked about, you know, the words they used, disinformation, delegitimization. What was the word? Delegitimization, right? Which is-

They want to say, no, they don't know what they're talking about. And then he showed this clip. If you can play this clip on what he thought, that said, I want you to think about, be the, you know, think like the evil, you know, guy that's going to say, what are you going to do to make sure Trump wins and you only have 13 days left? He says, I want you to watch this clip. This is Jamie Raskin. This is Jamie Raskin, and watch what he said. This is, Rob, if I'm not mistaken, this is just two or three months ago. He's part of the House Intelligence Committee. He is. The worst.

This is just a couple months ago that he said. Go ahead and play this clip. And the greatest example going on right now before our very eyes is Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which they're just disappearing with a magic wand as if it doesn't exist, even though it could not be clearer.

what it's stating. And so, you know, they want to kick it to Congress. So it's going to be up to us on January 6th, 2025 to tell the rampaging Trump mobs that he's disqualified. And then we need bodyguards for everybody in civil war conditions, all because the nine justices, not all of them, but these justices who have

Not many cases to look at every year. Not that much work to do. A huge staff, great protection. Simply do not want to do their job and interpret what the great 14th Amendment means. And I'm glad that Sherilyn's creating her new center so we can bring that.

So, by the way, this is not a lightweight guy that's saying this. This guy's position is what? He's a left Democrat. He's the head of the House Intelligence Committee. No, what I'm saying is I think he is the head of the House Intelligence Committee. Can you pull up exactly his job? Okay, so... House Oversight Committee, right? Yeah, House Oversight Committee. There you go. Okay. So, for him to say January 26, 2025...

If let's do both, let's do Kamala wins. Trump wins, right? If Kamala wins, I think you're going to start seeing censorship coming back in different platforms. If Kamala wins, I think if Kamala wins the number one person, they're going to go after her first six to 12 months.

Targeting him in ways they never have. Guess who it's going to be? Elon Musk. 100%. 1,000%. They're going to go after him 100, 200, 300 different ways. And they're going to do the same thing to him as they did to Trump. Court cases. You can't use this. You can't use that. They're going to take the money. And they're already trying to do it with Europe and Brazil. All these other guys that they're going after. They're going to do that. Right? Okay. Okay.

So Kamala winning, you're going to see censorship going back up the first two years in a big way. Then it will slow down. The reason why they have to do the first two years is because they want everybody to not talk about what happened with the election. So the way they do it is muzzle, fear.

That's what they're going to do. 18 to 24 months, and then Americans will get over it most of the time, and they move on. Majority of them. 95% will get over it. 5% who are the true believers, they're not going to get over it, but they'll arrest those guys, and they'll find a way to get rid of those guys. Again, speculation is what I'm talking about, right? Yes, and that's fine. If Trump wins, I think if Trump wins, Musk and...

Zuck, find a way to work business together. I think there's a certain alliance that'll be created there. I think there'll be some relationships being built. I think you're going to see even Google, YouTube having to make a 180 a bit and being a little bit more civil with the administration.

I think you're going to see X absolutely blow up the next four years. I think X will be the combination of CNN, Fox, MSNBC. Every media outlet's going to go through CNN, go through X.

He's going to rock that thing like you won't believe. If Trump wins, it's going to be bigger than you even think it is. Yeah, and you made a great point. But what did you say about, you said something about the Europe. There's leaked documents. And Rob, I sent you this link from the Center of Countering Digital Hate, CCDH. That sounds hilarious. It indicates that their main objective, Rob, you have it, right?

Did I send it to you? I'm not seeing it on my Slack. You look up CCDH on X. Its objective is to undermine Elon Musk's X by influencing advertisers to pull out by using European Union regulations to their advantage. So the CCDH, described as the British nonprofit, reportedly convened a secret gathering with various liberal entities who are against Musk's vision for a free speech-orientated social media platform.

Attendees at this meeting allegedly included figures from the Biden White House, Representative Adam Schiff, his office, the Biden-Harris State Department, Media Matters for America. And this collaboration highlights the coordinated effort to counter Musk's influence in the digital media. And those are the leaked documents. It's Kill Musk's Twitter.

is one of the main things on there. And you nailed it. You just said it. And it's the European. They're going to find a way to stop it. Because before you came in here, Pat, I was talking with Tom. If it wasn't for X, like that town hall meeting that we saw last night, you wouldn't have seen any of the highlights. You wouldn't be seeing nothing. Musk is one of the biggest factors of this election that people aren't talking about it much. If it wasn't for X right now and Elon Musk spending billions of dollars for us to see it, you wouldn't be seeing anything.

a third of what you're seeing right now. Do you agree, Tom? Absolutely. It basically saved a channel of communication from certain censorship and limitation and canceling. And the fact that it's here has kept everything else honest.

if X wasn't where it is right now, do you think that Zuck would have moved on a couple of things after those congressional hearings, especially on the teenage girls and the addictions and hurting themselves? You know, I don't think Zuck moves. I think Elon Musk made everybody move. Just as I said it before, Reagan put the Pershing missiles in Germany and Russia moved. And, um,

Reagan then took the USS Theodore Roosevelt. He said, Theodore Roosevelt said, speak softly, but carry a big stick. Yeah. Right? And so when the USS Theodore Roosevelt was ready to be commissioned...

He came out and he said, listen, the USS Theodore Roosevelt is effectively the United States' new big stick. Because that's what he said, speak softly, carry a big stick. But he never had to use them. And so what Elon Musk has done is he has effectively defeated

You know, actually, he is not defeated, but he has sure impugned and stopped the momentum that was heading towards state runs. But.

and he's gone up against countries like, oh, Brazil. And, you know, without that, I don't think we are where we are right now. And I think history will be very kind to him, and we owe him a debt of gratitude for what he's done for all of us. But we have to pick up the mantle and carry forward at the same time. Yeah, I think, go ahead, Adam. I was just going to put a ribbon on because we started the conversation with Eminem and it basically went down to the trickle-down effect of

I think there's a lot of foreshadowing going on in this song. So Eminem, you know, top 10 rapper of all time, arguably greatest white rapper of all time, great white hope. But who is the real Slim Shady, right? Eight Mile, Detroit, everything going on with that. Former misogynist, woman hater, talking about killing his wife, skeletons in the closet, all that.

now he's a male feminist, Trump hater, Kamala supporter. Okay, what happened right there? Trash. And, you know, we kind of got into it yesterday. I was like, oh, you saw Obama. I thought it was pretty good. You're like, it was trash. And I said, you know, and he's like, his knees are weak and his palms are sweaty and the mom's spaghetti. I actually thought that was kind of cool until, this is juxtaposition, until I saw Vivek.

Dude went out there and was flowing. He's like, he ain't ready, but he's ready to drop bombs. And on the surface, but there's a little bit of foreshadowing because the next verse is basically Kamala's campaign. Here it is. And when she goes, he opens his mouth, but the words won't come out. He's choking how everybody's joking. Now the clock's running and time's up over blow. And that's Kamala's campaign. Every time she tries to talk.

The words won't come out. It's over, Blau. And that's what's going on. Hey, listen, Pat, like this. Deep. Blau. Yo. Oh, man. I didn't know Adam had it like that. Adam got it. Hey, listen, I'm Slim Shady, the real Slim Shady. All the other Slim Shadys in there, but they're not the Shady. Oh, my God. So, by the way, Tulsi Gabbard joins Republican Party. Nice. Okay. How big of a deal is that? The fact that she announced she's joining the Republican Party, Tom. Zero to ten, how big of a deal is it? Play this clip, and then I want to get Tom's thoughts.

And it is because of my love for our country and specifically because of the leadership that President Trump has brought to transform the Republican Party and bring it back to the party of the people and the party of peace that I'm proud to stand here with you today, President Trump, and announce that I'm joining the Republican Party. Wow. Wow. Look at that applause. Yes. Yes.

Moving the dark side. I'm joining the party of the people, the party of equality, the party that was founded to fight against and end slavery. Let me tell you the difference.

I can listen to her when she speaks and the way she does it. She speaks like a freaking leader, right? And then you go listen to Kamala. I grew up in a middle-class family. No, but what I was saying, let me finish. Let me finish. Let me finish. I believe in the opportunity economy. Yeah, but what I'm trying to ask you is about the border. Let me finish. Let me finish. I grew up in L.A. when I was the, and then Tulsa gets on stage. Oh, yeah.

Bam. Bam. Bam. The way she speaks...

She speaks the way both Hillary and Kamala wish they could speak. I agree. She has the presence on stage that very few people have. I'm not even saying male, whatever. Any sex has she has that it factor on stage. Tell us if you're watching this. You're awesome. Yes. This is a nine. And the only way that I could put it bigger, if she did it on June 1st,

And then she was the VP candidate. Then it's like a 10. But this is a nine for a lot of reasons. Number one, it's not a campaign stunt. It is a true expression of the party that's doing this is the party that is my values, is what I'm about. This is the authenticity of her book coming out and saying,

The party I grew up with, the party I represented, the party where I actually was elected official. Nope, I'm here. And I think this is a nine because this shows women everywhere and people everywhere, particularly women, that it is safe to come out and it is safe to say, by the way, you may not mean you don't get conflict. You're you're you're.

Your family and your friends may still yell at you and have something to say about it and all this stuff. It may not be easy, but you can come out and you can say, this is the party of what I stand for, and this is where I'm going. I believe this is a nine. And I'll tell you, in our household, we were...

you know, really hoping that she would have a real position of prominence in the administration. And earlier this year, we were hoping that she potentially was going to be the VP candidate. Yeah, and Pat, you always talked about the alliances. Tom, doesn't it feel good, like, now Tulsi, okay, besides Trump as the leader, Tulsi, RFK is here. He has an Elon Musk. He has a Vivek Ramaswamy. This alliance is getting bigger and bigger.

And it's getting stronger. And I'm telling you right now, it's an exciting feeling finally. And you nailed it, Tom, about we had to hide. I said at the beginning of the podcast, I couldn't tell people. Bro, I've lost friendships because in 2016 when I'm like, hey, guys, it looks like he's going to win and he loves the country. I've lost friends. I've fought people. I don't even talk to some of these people anymore because of that whole thing that the left did. And by the way, just look at that photo, Tom. Check this out. Trump is getting support.

Exactly. And Kamala is getting endorsement from entertainers. By the way, you know who is coming out tomorrow in Houston with Kamala? Breaking news. Trick Daddy. Rumor has it that Beyonce is showing up. This is Washington Post. Oh, like the last time that they said she was showing up. Beyonce will join Kamala Harris at Houston Rally Friday. The appearance ends months of suspense over whether the pop star will throw her support because...

Behind the Democratic money. Can I ask you a question? What is her support? She's got followers. Yeah, but hold on. If Taylor Swift didn't move the needle, this isn't... So, PB, would we be able to find out any movement? Like, once it comes out, we'll be able to find out. 72 hours, you'll have it. Okay, I don't think it's going to do anything. People are done. People are finished. I also don't think so. I'm telling you, I asked a question the other day. Who will...

Who will make some, you know, head wave with support? She's not the one. Like, you know who would? Like, you got to, you got to. Man. Like, who would, John? That's a great question. Besides singer, actor. Can I tell you something? Like, let me put it to you this way. Here's, like, the only person that can. And by the way, this is going to sound weird. So just hang tight before you guys, like, lose your shit. I love it. I think it's over. Meaning.

I think the next two weeks, there's going to be October surprise. So minus the October surprise that's going to come out. Well, who's going to come out? Kira McDougal? Yeah. Who is Stormy? Another girl? No one cares. No one cares. Who's going to come out? Another E. Jean Carroll? Yeah. We're going to go shopping. Yeah. And hey, what do you like? On me. We're going to go. Yeah. What are you going to come out? The fact that Mar-a-Lago is worth $18 million? I'm going to hell out of here. Who's going to come? So the only thing they can really do, honestly, is...

And I almost don't want to say it. You have to. No, I think it's if they get a Marlon Maples, if they get one of his kids...

Because it's over. Now, what I'm saying to you is, like, I'm honestly thinking, Oprah doesn't matter. Beyonce doesn't matter. Jay-Z doesn't matter. Snoop doesn't matter. Barack is done. He doesn't carry the weight he had anymore. Mentioned to a small little sect, maybe in Pittsburgh or Georgia, if you bring in the most respected pastor that goes, I don't even think, I think the only chance they got right now

is a family member that's immediate, and that's not going to happen because these guys are tight. It's not going to happen. The point I'm trying to make to you is I don't think there is a person in the world

That's going to influence that. I do think the next two weeks, the October surprise is another assassination attempt. They're going to try to do something. It ain't over with you. Of course not. At all. Of course not. This thing every day. You know our group texts that we're part of. Every time it turns on, you're like, something happened. But the point is, but I'm telling you, that group text the next two weeks, look how much more activity it's going to have. Very good point. Right, Rob? Look how much more activity it's going to have. You're going to see boom, boom, boom, boom. There's going to be days. It's going to be five, six stores.

This is why. La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la,

guy right there you know it's like by the way you know what it's like your your time tom was 21 years old you're at a club yeah you're talking to a girl you're flirting with these three girls and you're that close that they're open to the idea yeah of going back to motel things tom would say something like throw the whole story off and it's gonna say did you guys hear about the new video game that came out that has this new feature that's got this women like tom honestly and let me tell what it talks about something that

You guys know premarital sex is really not good for you. And by the way, I liked him. It reminds me of a story I don't want to tell. But anyways, let me go back to it. Tom, this is where I was going to go. Until you jumped in. You were singing. Entertainment blocked. There's a different word for it when we were 21 years old. Entertainment blocker. Entertainment blocker. Everyone knows you're supposed to guide it, not block it. You know, it's like the rooster blocker is what we used to say. But right now it's like the...

By the way. This is why I stopped bringing him to the club, Pat. Listen to me. I was so close. Guys, Tom, election night is going to be crazy. I'm telling you. That place is going to have two fighter jets, two helipads, two 40 by 100 freaking tents.

By the way, you know the song, our main song, the victory song? Yeah. He may open up. What? We may have national anthem. What? We may have some incredible entertainment. We're talking about all the people. And guess what? By the way, more and more people are just texting me saying, can I join? Can I join? And by the way, these are like people, whoever's in the, if you bought a super VIP ticket, you are wise.

because we can't sell them or it's sold out, right? They're gone. The only VIPs, but it's going to be, because that night, it's either going to, either way,

It's going to be controversy. It's going to be craziness. It's going to be celebrate. Every one of the annoying emotions and exciting emotions that takes the temperature here is going to be on fire. I'm going to cry if Trump wins. However, will you? I will cry if Trump wins. Will you have a feeling inside your thigh? Like the one that kind of comes up like they... What did Chris Matthews say? What was the line that he... I have this funny feeling. Funny feeling coming out of my leg. So, Tom, go ahead. You were going to say something. No, I was going to say...

We were talking about dirty tricks. I was going to end on a serious point about Kamala. I'm going to fact block you right now. She's not getting the support from the media that she had for those 28 days where she avoided interviews. She's getting questions. So it's almost like the other side is not throwing in the towel, but...

but they sure don't want to be on the full train right now, including Van Jones. So I think it's very interesting. What do you mean by that? What I mean is take a look. They're all hedging. Look at Dana Bash. Tom, we're trying to be serious. We're talking about running trains out here. What are you doing? They're hedging their bets. They are not 98% positive the way they were from last year.

July 21st, practically to September 1st. Can I tell you the craziest thing? And I think that's insane. Wouldn't they all be like 100% bonkers? By the way, check this out, Tom. Tom, here's a question for you. You ready? So who news just came out saying that these guys are not going to get a raise and they're all getting a pay cut?

That was CNN, wasn't it? All of them. That everybody's getting a pay cut, right? Yes. Guess what? How do you get a pay raise? You get more advertisers by maybe being more balanced and get more viewers. More Trump winning because they have to talk crap about somebody. That's what I'm saying. They want Trump to win. If Trump wins, your eyeballs go higher the next four years. You're going to get a raise because more money is being made. They want Trump to win. But no, these guys are such...

Like insane. What do you call them when people eat their own, you know, them? Cut your nose off to spike the face? I don't even know, man. Eat your own young? There's a part of it. There's a part of it that I think. Pat, question for you. Yes. Did you ever think you would make it?

When did you ask? When I was how old? Did you ever think you would make it? I know. We'll see what we're going to do with that. I just feel like I'm getting so close. I could taste. Right. I got you. I got you. Well, let's go to a story for you since you're going that direction. I'm just going to come to you with this one. Tom, I'm going to still take you to the club with me to pick up the ladies. It's okay. Let me see what story I got here before I go to this one. This is a good one. L.A. Times editor quits.

After owner blocks paper from endorsing Harris. Okay. Marielle Garza, the LA Times editorial editor. Okay. Resign after the paper's owner, Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong, whom, by the way, he bought the company for half a billion dollars like a few years ago.

reportedly blocked the editorial board from endorsing Kamala Harris for president. Garza stated, I'm resigning because I want to make it clear that I am not okay with us being silent in dangerous times for

Honest people need to stand up. L.A. Times editorial board has prepared to endorse Harris, but executive editor Terry Tank informed staff they would not endorse any candidate attributing the decision to Soong Siong. Garza expressed that the move was perplexing to readers and felt that an endorsement was a logical step forward.

After their critique of Trump, Soon-Shiong defended the decision, saying the board was asked to provide a factual analysis of all the positives and negative policies.

of the candidates, but they chose silence. By the way, this is the first time LA Times hasn't endorsed a president for 20 years. Good. Tom, how big of a deal is this? This is a huge deal. It's happened in the unions. The unions looked at their members and said, you know what, maybe we shouldn't put an endorsement out. Maybe this could be a little inflammatory. And now you've got the LA Times. You hear what he said.

the liberals want you to say, Oh, conservative rich guy that bought the F in paper. He's he, he did this to it. And now he's saying, wait a minute. I asked the board to come together with the positive and negatives and objective analysis of every candidate. And they chose silence. They wouldn't put the analysis out there. So if they're not going to put the analysis out there, I'm not going to let you rubber stamp a, uh,

editorial page that puts our support the way the newspapers did. And by the way, newspapers used to move voters.

Your local governor, your local mayor and your newspapers were the endorsements you wanted. The fire chief, you wanted his endorsement, the police chief and the local newspaper. And now he's saying, listen, we're not doing it. And by the way, there's also this boycott. They said all the bunch of people said, I've been a subscriber for 30 years and I'm canceling. So those of you that are among the last 400 subscribers to the L.A. Times against a few of you are no longer getting any paper.

But Tom, let me ask you a question based on what you just said. Pre-social media, what counted the most and moved the needle? You just said newspapers moved the needle. It's a true story. Newspapers would carry, and you looked for the newspaper on the editorial page to take a side. And usually the newspaper, when they did that, said, we join the police chief, the fire chief, the League of Women Voters, and notable social credible people,

In supporting this candidate or that candidate, but the newspaper did that. And when you would read that, you would say, hey, Vinnie, do you see the newspaper? It came out. The police chief is with this guy. The fire chief's with this guy. Those are people you cared about. Why? Government employees.

Fluence, the fire department, the police department, the school superintendent is with this guy, and the newspaper is. I think I'm voting for him. That's how people made up their mind before social media. Wow. So newspapers carried weight back in the days. Social changed the game. And independent podcast. I have an opinion here. I think Unusual Suspects is going to be one of the biggest podcasts worldwide. I'm convinced. Okay. Number two.

I think vitamin comedy is going to blow up. Okay. I think the analysis with what we're doing right now and the things that we're talking about, those, those independent podcasters that are out there, by the way, to be honest with you, left, right, and center. I think they're all necessary. Like, you know, so I think you got the guys who are, you know, the, the Rogans, the independence. I think I would put us as a center, right? Is what we're at. We'll, we'll be fair to everybody on what we're talking about. Economically. We're independent. I'm a registered independent. I've been a registered independent almost 20 years. Um,

But I would say the guys on the right, the Rumble guys, the Daily Wire guys, all those guys, right? You know, the Theo Vaughn, I think he's going to play a very interesting role. Schultz with what he did, phenomenal, those guys.

I'm hoping Tim sticks around and does what he does because those guys need to stick around. You got the Pac-Man's. You got the, you know, who is the Brian something Taylor? He's also, you know, Brian Taylor. I think this is good. I think that's the direction. I think this is very, very good for this to continue because that's going to be the sect. Look, here's the reality of it. This is hard.

This is very hard because you have to garner attention and keep the audience. And, you know, we're not going out there spending millions of dollars. We've never advertised this podcast. You understand? Like, you know, you go certain places, they'll spend a million dollars to advertise your new show.

Do you know how much money we've ever spent creating ads to bring people to watch a PBD podcast? This much money. Zero. Never. So if you're watching this, by the way, somehow, someway you found us. And we appreciate you because this doesn't happen without you. Honestly, whether you're watching this in your car, whether you're listening to us at work acting like you're working and your boss is looking at you, you can give me a wink. We felt it. We love you too, but make sure you get your job done because we don't want you to lose your job.

Whether you're watching this in a bathroom, we got a big bathroom community. All the time. We don't hate. Don't get up. Sit down. Be comfortable. I'm just saying. Get one of the things you got for me the other day. It's coming. Trust me. You're going to get a few Garshooks coming your way. I'm in the Garshook community. Everyone knows that. But the point is the world has changed. The audience wants to find you and you have to earn it. And it's very interesting how to go about it. But I think the game is going to change in the next 4, 8, 12 years.

and we're planning on doing some exciting stuff with it. We want to spend as much time with you guys as possible, but I want to finish it up with the last story that Adam's not going to participate in. So here's the story. The World Series is here. Yes. Yankees-Dodgers. Yes. First time since 1981. Okay? First time since 1981. Okay? Okay.

I almost don't want to say this because you never want to give the outsiders that watch who are enemies a little bit of an edge to divide the team internally because it is becoming a little bit of a problem here in the office. You know...

I'll just read this story to you and then I'll tell you how much hate sometimes we're getting from Tom. It's a little bit inappropriate. It is a little bit inappropriate. You know where your friends are. Yankees, Dodgers, World Series, amongst most expensive, fastest selling of all time on secondary market, the 2024 World Series.

Yankees, Dodgers, LA is among the most expensive fastest on second of March. StubHub reporting ticket sales have quadrupled of those of 2022 Astros Phillies. The quadruple 4X, the average price of StubHub right now is $16.67.

Game one. Bro, 1667. The highest since 17 with a get-in price of 1170 for game one. Game one is 1170. Just to get any kind of seed to be in there. Second only to 6641 average during the Cubs World Series.

I'm sorry, that's record. TicketIQ reports that on average, price of $48.75 for games at Yankee Stadium, Game 3 and 4 and 5, second only to 66-41 Cubs World Series. Game at Dodgers Stadiums are averaging 31-46, third highest in history. The Yankees-Dodgers matchup features 64 all-star nods. Damn! With Otani and Aaron Judge headlining the star-studded event, first pitch for Game 1 is set at 8-0-8.

Friday, Eastern, Tom, tell us why you hate the Yankees as much as you do. Unbelievable. I don't hate the Yankees. Got a lot of respect for them. And if they win and you get a ring, I'm very happy for that. And so for all this jibber jabber and all this, this, this, this stir in the pot, I will be happy, very happy for Pat if he gets a ring when it happens. But I'll tell you, I've been a lifelong Dodger fan. And by the way, just two days ago,

RIP Fernando Valenzuela. Oh, man. Great pitcher. And it was, you know, ole, tres, cuatro, you know, the big three, four. And he was the only pitcher in history to win rookie of the year so young in the same season. The only guy to do it. Wow. Yep, only guy. And lost, went in his early 60s here, way too young. You know, disease caught up with him way too early. Yeah.

But the ghost of Fernando, because Fernando was there in 81. He was on that team in 81.

And he won a game and contributed in another. And, you know, when the Dodgers beat the Yankees. So you got to contend with the ghost. He had to throw that in there. The ghost of Fernando. You know what you're doing? You're scaring the Yankees. You're scaring the Yankee fans about ghosts. And the boogeyman. By the way, though, these are the types of, if there's, would you agree with this, Tom? I'm actually really curious to know what you guys say, Tom. You're sending this one out. Would you agree that there's never been a game

where the players are more superstitious than baseball. Absolutely. Some of them won't step on the line. Wade Boggs wouldn't wash his socks for months. Aaron Judge hasn't washed his underwear in years. They only throw the ball around the infield. You have players, it's incredible. There will be pitchers that scuff the pitcher's mound exactly three times, then they set, then they pitch. Run a poll, Rob. Who's going to win it? Run a poll.

We have a huge... Run a poll to see what... Can I make an assumption? Yeah, go ahead. Because...

60-40 Yankees. You know what happens when you assume. You think the audience is going to be 60-40? I think the audience is going to be 60-40 Yankees. You got to realize that the number one state that watches the podcast. It's Cali. New York. Rob, it's number one New York or California? New York. New York City. Why do I think it was a California? You gave me the report the other day. No, it's not New York City. I bet you are. By the way, Illinois is number three. Illinois is number three. Go Cubs. That is so interesting. I think one is Cali. I'm pretty sure. Okay, Rob, can you just real quick. New York.

I'm curious to know. Go ahead and vote. Let's see who you think is going to win. It's going to be an edge because even last night at dinner when I asked who do you think is going to win, they said some of the guys were rooting Dodgers. Let's say Yankees. They're no longer with us. I'm getting close, baby. The Yankees have that cachet. I know I said I wasn't going to talk, but I'm going to just say it. I'm going to pee.

I like the Miami Marlins and my favorite players when Vinny does his interviews. That's my favorite. That's my favorite with the banana. Very good. What's your team name? The Platinos. Alonzo Fernando. I went to the two World Series with the Marlins 1997 and in 2003 we beat the Yankees. Pero

What I'm most excited about this time, the two best players in baseball, they're playing against each other. Two MVP candidates, Joe A. Ohtani and Aaron Judge. Judge. Judge. I'm judging you, Vinny. The two best players in baseball, they're going to knock it out of the park, I think. I don't care who wins. Let's have a good time. Okay. Maybe let me ask a different question. Tom, let me ask this.

You know how in the playoffs so far for the Yankees, Judge hasn't shown up. Stanton has. Barely. Judge has had a couple of keys. He's had a couple of keys. The three-run home run. I'm not going to say he hasn't. But Stanton has done what people thought Judge would do. Exactly. Big surprise. And the MVP of the ALCS went to Stanton. Stanton. Oh, really? Yeah, of course. Soto had a big moment, but it went to Stanton. Miami guy. Stanton.

You got Otani on the other side playing like a freaking cool as a cucumber. I can't believe the way he's playing, right? Who do you think is going to show up in the World Series? Both teams. Give me one name for both teams. Mookie Betts for the Dodgers? Are these going to be the surprise? The surprise step-up? It's very difficult for Judge and Otani because they could bat 333,

seven or eight RBIs and two home runs each. And people say, well, that's what they're supposed to do. Yeah. And that would be a great series, but you say, well, that's what they're supposed to do. And you look at Mookie. Do you think there's going to be some, you think like, well, look at the, look at the NLCS. Edmund.

Edmund was a pickup at the trade deadline. Yeah. And look at what he batted. Right? He anchored the bottom of the Dodger lineup. And remember, if you get on base at the bottom of the Dodger lineup, then you get Otani, Betts, and Freeman and Muncy at the top of the lineup. And you're on base. Yeah, but PBD, you know. I mean, come on. I've told you this before. The Yankees got that secret weapon. We all know.

What it is? It's a secret sauce. Hang on, hang on, hang on. Hold on, Tom. You know who the secret weapon is. Let him make his point for a second. Tell me your secret weapon. When was the last time the Yankees beat the Dodgers? 1978. The last time the Yankees beat the Dodgers? 78? That's right. Because in 81, the Dodgers won. Something's going on. I was born in 78, dog. And by the way, who was the MVP? We're going to do this dance. Who was the MVP? It wasn't Chris Chambliss. It wasn't Thurman Munson.

It was Bucky Dent. Bucky? Oh, yeah. I went to Bucky Dent's baseball camp as a kid. So you have, during the playoffs, you have these situations where guys come up and show up. Remember when St. Louis beat Texas? That was crazy. Who did it? It was this third baseman that just had this crazy series. So whenever you come into the short series, it's who's hot this week.

I'm not going to lie to you. The way Otani's playing. He swings like a, he's going to break his back every time. The way he's so loose. I will put Otani not against Judge. The way Otani's playing, I think Soto's playing. Yeah. That's where I put the two. Overall, yeah. Yeah.

I put Mookie. I put against Stanton. I think those two are how they're playing. Good comparison. And then you can put Judge versus somebody in Dodgers that has been underperforming, which you can pick a name there. Judge is chasing pitches outside in the dirt, and it's like that's his old school. So anyways. I would say keep your eye on Soto and Mookie Betts. I'm excited to see what Soto. We're watching the game on Friday. Of course we are. But what I'm saying is when we –

Just to say this, because you look like you want to say something. I just want to say, I mean, we all know the secret weapon. Look, the Yankees, last time they won a World Series was what year? 78. No, the last time we won it. Oh, nine. Oh, nine. Oh, nine. Okay, so it's been 15 years. Yes. And the Dodgers won right there. 2020. 2020. Yeah. I was there. I think, listen, America first. Otani, respect. Japan first. But we know the Yankees got a secret weapon. You know who it is, right? Who? We know the guy. Who?

We know the guy. You're so stupid. We know. Lube Gehrig. They got Lube Gehrig out there. Stop. Okay. We know who it is. Lube Gehrig. I'm making a prediction. The Yankees are due. Lube Gehrig is like judge Adam. Let me tell you what I would say. Gehrig is a word that you don't curse. It's a legend of baseball. Tom, Tom. That's what he's doing. We're not taking you to the club. So let me tell you what I'm hoping for. Honestly,

I want a legendary series that we talk about for decades to come. Me too. That's what I want. I want a seven. Seven games. I want a seven where we're forced to go back, though. We're like canceling everything. We're going back, right? I want something like that. But anyways, it is what it is. Look, cut. Let me give the last part, and then we'll wrap up. So this was a skit. Now we're coming over here. So I would like to invite one person to the big game next week, Game 5.

It'll be in New York. We have a suite. One of you can participate in the sweepstake that we're inviting you to be in the suite with me, the entire crew here, fam, and a few other friends. We're going to have a good time, okay?

In order for you to participate in the sweepstake, for every dollar you spend on vtmerch.com, we have all these 15 new hats, this polo shirt that I now wear pretty much every day, the Future Looks Bride hats, the USA hats, the backpack, anything you have there. For every dollar we'll go into sweepstake, you will have one name that we will call

on Saturday and we will announce who the winner is and one of you will go with us to game five. We're going to give you initial $2,500 cash to help you with your flight, to help with your room,

And we're going to have a great time. Okay. While we're there, it's going to be a blast, but it's for every dollar spent a hundred dollars, a hundred it's max at a thousand. If I'm not mistaken. And that is correct. And no purchase is necessary for the entry in full rules. Visit VT, merch.com, buy something and get in. There you go. All right, gang. Cannot wait to see you guys. We're going to, I think we have a special podcast tomorrow live that we'll be doing. You'll hear about who it is when we announced that it's a big name. We'll see you guys tomorrow. God bless everybody. Take care. Bye-bye. Bye-bye.
