Megan Stoner capitalized on the #MeToo movement to gain sympathy and attention by claiming to be a sexual assault victim by a powerful man in Indiana. She used this narrative to interact with other women on social media, presenting herself as a sister survivor.
Megan Stoner, having experienced trauma related to churches, found an online community of people with similar experiences and decided to target iTown Church, a large network of mega churches, as a way to garner attention and create a reason to hate her own church.
Megan Stoner made several false allegations, including claiming her mother was shot by someone from iTown Church, posting pictures of her ill father for sympathy, and fabricating stories about being run off the road and receiving sex toys in the mail from church members.
Sandy Rusk reached out to Megan Stoner in November 2021 after finding her posts in a local group discussing bad experiences at iTown Church. Rusk was looking for information about her daughter, who had been separated from her by the church, and Stoner claimed to be starting a podcast about iTown, leading to their communication.
Chloe Anagnos started a Twitter thread about Megan Stoner after Stoner's arrest for rental scams, using the probable cause affidavit to expose Stoner's history of fraudulent activities. This thread went viral and prompted many people to come forward with their own experiences of being scammed by Stoner.
Megan Stoner was arrested and charged with multiple felonies for fraud and theft related to her rental scams. She was released on bond shortly after her arrest while awaiting trial.
Megan Stoner's relationship with Sandy Rusk ended when Rusk discovered that Stoner had fabricated a story about Rusk's daughter being stranded on the road, leading Rusk to realize that Stoner was not trustworthy and ending their communication.
Megan Stoner's phone call with Chloe Anagnos was an attempt to address the allegations against her and to explain her side of the story. However, the conversation revealed many inconsistencies and admissions of past lies.

SHE wasn't really a round politics .
much for the twenty eighteen cycle. After the twenty sixteen cycle, SHE was very much sort of based out and nobody really saw her much in twenty eighteen.
That's Justin, whom we heard from in previous episodes this season. He's a former political acquaintance of stones who has followed her crimes and social media drama over the years.
but SHE did have a very big social media presence because that was the year of me too. And SHE was constantly tweet about how he was a sexual assault victim and how he had been assaulted by a very powerful man in the state of india. And SHE made that very clear and showed often interact with women on social media like a sister survivor, and made that a very big part of her personality that had already happened by the time I met her.
But again, after me too, sort of cycled out of the news, Megan, very quickly kind of a dropped that I did not know at the time whose he was referring to. Just knowing of her, knowing about her, I always suspected IT was not true. I couldn't imagine anyone would have done that to her just because, Frankly, SHE was never important enough to have been alone in the room with a powerful man like he was a very grass's level volunteer who would come in and now. But I didn't think that was lauded, but he did make a very big deal of .
bit on media.
Then she've got burned into her religion and churches, specifically the eye mega church, which is a very large network mega churches. They are a couple campuses around the indian apple area. And he went to, I think there are main campus, which is in Fishers, which is close to where he lives, and SHE very quickly like gets in the big pissing match with the church and IT sort of triggered like this year long view that he had online.
Fast ford on our to twenty nineteen SHE gets involved with eye town and SHE very quickly. SHE. I think what happened was he thought I found the church, her community, online.
People who have had trauma relating to the churches, they grow up and and people have had bad interactions with pasters. People had me two issues in the church that weren't doubt with the right way. There's a big community in space for that online.
And I think SHE sort of came across that. And so he needed to sort of find a reason to hate her own church. And so SHE got into this really deep view, or I always say, was a pissing match with I town, which is a very big, I mean, we're talking tens of thousands of members.
I never fully understood. IT was very unclear, just from her social media post what SHE was mad about. IT almost sort of seemed like he found the church, church community.
So now I have church. Her and my church is terrible. And SHE started a podcast of her own called the thinking art.
The most of our story was Megan has A D. I. On her record. And SHE posted on facebook that night that SHE got run off the road by somebody who went to eyes down churches. And that's why SHE about the U.
I SHE posted the sex toys online and said, he taught someone from I town and send them to her because they thought I would be funny to send that to somebody with sexual trauma. I believe the summer of twenty eighteen, she's possing non so that her dad was dying. There's some picture of her dad at that time, and he looks very unwell.
I would not be posting pictures. The family member that was in that condition, this was also in the middle of pissing match with I town. SHE claimed on social media that somebody from I town had come and shot her mom.
So he was in the middle of planning two funerals and consulting the unthinkable that he was about to lose both parents. Obviously, nobody came in shot. Her mom, Megan had been talking so much about her dying father.
I think he was getting some sympathy and support for that. And no one, Megan, I think it's like all of one dead parents. good.
Like why not have to that kind of like her thinking is like our look, I can get even more attention. And so SHE made up the story about how her mom had been shot. Gale had not been shot. Very bizarre.
Hi, my name is Sandy rust, and I created the private facebook group the truth about icon church and also the tiktok age of that same name. And I met and became involved with Megan stoner at the end of twenty twenty one and was in communication with her all the way through the end of April of twenty twenty two. So for about five months I was in communication with her SHE share a lot of things with me. And she's quite a piece of work.
She's tried a piece of work, and we will wait to, in the episode, note for the listeners an interview that you gave to a friend of mine, Roberta belva, at life after M, L, M. Or you speak more in depth about your experience with eye town and what LED to you creating those platform. Today's, in our view, will focus more in your relationship with making stoned. But certainly, if you are interested in learning more about I town, you'll definitely want to check out the interview that we will link in the episode note.
Well, my whole situation of the icon has been something very devastating. I'm single mom, and I was raising my daughter alone. And thirteen years ago he was fourteen years old, six, twenty seven.
Now I didn't grow up in church. Well, I was raising for for Younger youth. We attended to t some, but we were not really entangled in a touch environment.
And so when he was fourteen, he just came to me and said, hey, mom, do you mind if I go to church? He is my friend sunday, and i'm a relator. So I work a lot on the weekends.
And so I thought her, yeah, that i'm great. eat. What's the church I have to go that first sunday? And from the minute he walked in to itunes and doors, SHE was the client thinker. I thought, wow, how great is this? I ve got this teenage daughter.
And once be in turn, all the time she's not out get into troubles and she's not trying to bring or as factor, you know, any of those things that you worry about is the mom. Soon after he attended, for the first time, I went and attended services, and I thought, ww, this all looks pretty cool, and I didn't see anything that I was too worried about for seven years I was attending. Now, keep in mind, being a real atter, I work well on the weekend.
So I, at the time, I worked a new hometown. E, so I had a model hom that I had to go and open on thursday afternoon, and so he would go to church, and I would make you pop in, watch the service, didn't feel like anything was wrong. And then i'd go to work, and he would end volunteering SHE ent, from volunteering almost immediately to then the entire part time to work.
After he turned to eighteen, he went on staff, therefore ll time. In the last several years, i've been able to discover what I was on going on behind the game five years ago, in the first part of the year, with five years, they totally separated her from me, and I have not been able to even see or speak to my daughter since february twenty eight of twenty twenty. So is very difficult to say the least.
Is IT like even Angelical style of church? Or is IT more money like it's more modern? yes. Well.
here's how I described IT because i've had to figure all the house in the last four years if you took the old style pinacle stal teachings, but wrap in a very cool to the exterior, that's what you got there.
okay. Ay, that sounds lot like best all in .
california and Julie grow is mention art, the association of related churches. That's what I can is a part of. And there has been numerous scandals and just reported on 不到 了。
And is that how .
you met make in I well and I even looked back because I was friends with her on facebook. IT was about five months that I had association with her. So I started in december of twenty one.
So almost two years after they totally separated me from my daughter. At that time, though, a lot of people from I who had had bad experiences or heard there, but nobody would talk about IT. And even today, they still have control of my daughter, one hundred percent.
And so I was trying to find all the other people who have been heard. Did they do this? Just to me, i'm trying to figure out, but not having very much in the way of information because no one wanted to share what they experience there.
And so all the thing that popped up on one of our local group, I found I had originally reached out to make IT. Now this was on november, thirty years of twenty one. I rode high magan.
I see your post that I can in the noble silk chatter and sensor group. I also had a horrendous ous experience there. I was curious what happened to you and what happened when they asked you to remove your post.
I was thinking of coming out publicly with my as soon as I spent her that he sent me back. I am actually started a podcast about item and SHE said, would IT be possible to talk to you on the phone today? I thought, well, finally, someone who is maybe taking notice of what's happening and I tell that thought, maybe this is someone who might have some information with so that started her communicating with me.
He seemed very odd, but I was just looking for information about my daughter. How do I find out what's going on behind those wall? How do I get to my daughter? So I had a different kind of motivation meeting her, especially when he said that he was basically getting ready to come out, that I and i'm thinking, oh, that maybe there are other people who had bad experiences that will now start telling their stories very quickly.
SHE just kind of watched on to me because I think that he liked the that that I needed something that he wanted me to feel like he might be able to provide. SHE was constantly creating drama to draw you into her story, to either gain attention or to for you to view her as a victim so that you would support her some way. And like most people i've said in the beginning, you feel like she's a little bit different, but you don't feel like she's a malaise type of person.
And no said this on your pot cash ET. But actually SHE could be very funny, like sometimes you would help with something that was just hilarious. So she's very entertaining at times and very engaging at times too.
I'm quite a bit older than her, obviously, and he seemed to almost need someone to kind of guide her a little bit, maybe be a little bit of a mentor to her. I never gave her money or anything like that. I never let her come to stay at my home.
Nothing like that. But emotionally, you think that just, I don't know, attach to me for some reason. I've been struggling with that for two years. He use that as an opportunity to make me think that he could help me almost like dangling a carrot in front of me. You know, he made IT thing like, oh, well, I have contacts with certain people that there is still there and I can find out stuff should just .
making IT all basically exploited your pain for your attention.
Yeah oh my gosh. Yes, that's the best way to put IT. You hit the now right on the head.
The more that you would get to know her, the more these things that you would share with you, like the people from I town wear showing up at her house and threatening her and running her off the road. And as those kind of things started coming out, I am like, no, wait. And and this doesn't make sense SHE just had such a like, fucking you.
And the whole thing about when he started saying that he received these six toys in the mail and these really big design, our cookies that are quite expensive, SHE would send me a picture of boxes of these cookies that he said that someone just Randy sent her, and SHE felt that maybe there was something in the cookies. I mean, just all of these crazy stories. And then I just get escalating into more crazy of.

At one point, he claimed that her mother, buck, shot by someone from my town.
Is there anything else you were recalled during that time allegations that he was making?
Yes, several. I went back and I look at these messages that we had to facebook message back there, and I realized that he was messaging me constantly. I think maybe I was hoping for tibet of truth about things that were happening with my daughter.
Maybe that was part of IT, but I kind of let her go on so long with these things that you just knew couldn't be true. Like I remember once, he told me that he was a sleep in bed and always said he woke up in this guy with her bevern weather. And i'm like, White, what did you do, you know? And he made a sound like the police came and taken the way, and that was IT.
But I like that could not have happened. There's no way, I mean, shouldn't say he was in bed with her, but that he was just in the rain shed of rain camera on the door, the house neck, even my this is that that SHE was renting, but he was trying to rented to other people and took money from them to rented to them. And SHE didn't even own the house.
And that's the house that I went to when I first matter. And I mean, I look Normal. SHE had a nico furniture and they're had a dog. You know, it's a little twelve hundred square foot rent in acute arian Fishers, and everything looks seem to Normal. SHE had the rain camera on her door, and he would take videos of people that came up to the door. I don't know what these people are coming up to the door, but then he would take these videos, and he would claim that these people were all from I town, all these people coming up to the door to arrest her. About item did he call .
you or text you directly to tell you about her mom being allegedly shot by someone from I town? Or did you see IT online?
Oh, no, he was. He was in conversation with me there in that time. He told by that.
What else did he tell me? Oh, right, he was just is craziness after crazy as SHE got arrested one during that time. This is something about when SHE wrecks that car.
He drove the car through steps for something. And I get a call from the medicine county jail or somewhere, and I have a great call from an inmate of and IT was her. He was in jail, and he wanted me to try to help her. And on my girl, I can help you at this point, things that already got in crazy enough that I didn't believe anything that he said.
So IT sounds like that arrest you're talking about was when he got the IT was originally A D Y IT eventually got to that, I believe, to an O W I for what Megan claims is because he had cop her up in the front sea.
Yes, i'm sure you party notice, but IT turned out if that festo was not her, and i'm sure that people are to talk about this, but he claimed that he worked for the governor. But I have matter. When I pulled up in the driveway, the test was in front of me and translate.
I just noticed that was a dance carded. You merely pay attention that IT test when I was inside her and I was talking, and I was kind of assumed, like, so what do you do? And he goes, oh, I work for the governor.
I work for eric. And were like robots. Es and SHE made a sound like him and his wife kind of like took her under their wing.
I don't understand how he could have gotten away with so long telling people that he worked for the governor and the governor not coming forward and saying, I don't notice, check SHE told me that he was her, that car I did just remember something else that he did one day. Again, i'm a real or I know a lot of reality ters in my community. I've been doing this a long time.
And so he call me one day and he says, guess what? And I stood, what? SHE guess i'm dating a real letter n now and I go, what do you mean? And SHE guess, guess I was at the event and he bought your dream and you know, and i'm thinking, and dad and I said, so what is name and SHE told me I pulled him up on facebook and he was a Young, cute guy and i'm looking at his facebook page and he's married like with a cute Young life and I go, meghan, yeah, but you're talking about he's marrying SHE goes, I can't believe that oh well and then he just changed subject but I like, how do you get on dating a real tor out of running into someone that was maybe pleasant to you at the .
network bit I think get highlights .
her delusion what he would do to keep me engaged, as SHE would IT was on the fact he was cat fishing us because they would contact me and he would say, oh, I found out something about my and I would be like, okay, what what to try out? SHE makes IT sound like she's got to in with certain people that are upset there, but they don't want to leave because they're afraid that they talk to her. That's what you may think.
And then the final one here, the final thing he did this was this was that this was when I was the, so this would have been some time around the viral of twenty one. So here and I were talking on the phone, and SHE probably call me like really late, maybe around midnight, i'm talking to her. And he is telling me that my daughter had trouble with her car and she's like stranded, and that this other person that he talked to had talked to my daughter, but SHE couldn't go and help her for whatever reason.
So SHE made a sound like the other person was talking to my daughter who was in talking to Megan, and the Megan was talking me about IT. And sh'd be like a way, man, I think. So who is going to go to help? Let me hear.
Let me look and see what you just said. Oh, SHE said that SHE can't go yet. And SHE created whole situation, and I go, you know what, i'm gonna.
I thought, if my daughter is stranded on the second road somewhere, i'm going to go save my daughter. I said, okay, where exactly is SHE? And he tells me the street.
And it's like a half our drive from my live, I get up and I get dressed and i'm like i'm just going go and i'm just gonna ll up and to my daughter, i'm just gonna get in your friend to get in and just go getter. And so I drive up there and where he told me he was supposed to be, there was no car there. I went from that location and drove toward my daughters cause while i'm driving, arms still on the following megas.
And I drive there. And guess what, my daughters car is sitting safely in her driveway, at the back of her house and over lights her off in her house. So she's obviously home and safe.
What stranded on the road somewhere? I said, Megan, her car is at her half. She's safely at home. I just hung up honor, because at that point, unlike here, is knowing that this whole evening of may be and worried about my daughter was all just fake well, for two days I think IT well, I didn't talk to at all and which finally got me on the phone and I just said, Megan, it's not true. My daughter was at homes safely and I don't even remember what comment was, but I just basically got off phone and that was really the last interaction that I had with .
her that had to be so upsetting. When you wear and looks for her and then you make that discovery, did you already suspect that IT could have been alive, given your experience of making by that point?
Yes, I did that. I was so believable what he was telling me. As a mom, you're gonna a be like a madox.
My child was stranded in the middle the night at the middle of nowhere in the dark. Go help your child. Then, of course, i'm sure Megan was figured out that he was getting ready to be caught. So SHE was on the fun with me the .
whole time. He, ali, have very real consequences.
yeah. And I think that SHE latches on to one person and takes as far as they will let her take IT. And then whenever they realized that they have to get this person away from them, then you late on to the next person.
Please note, I church has not responded to our request for comment.
so I at some point deleted her as a friend of a facebook because I I just was like, she's weird. I don't want to have seen my stuff.
That's Chloe, like Justin. She's a political acquaints of stones. We heard from her at the top of episode too, when SHE shared about stoner falsifying political data.
I kept her on, I want to say, twitter and I think instagram. I think this is twenty twenty one. You got mad at me and blocked me because we, and when I say we, I mean, my husband and a small group of inDiana Young republicans caught her trying to sign up to volunteer to work the Young republican national convention that was going to be in an enabler that summer.
And my husband was one of the folks on the wire board who was running this convention in the fall. I was pregnant at the time, and so I was like, note, not volunteering, sitting on my couch watching T. V.
So I said, hey, you go to the convention. You have fun. Say hi to everybody, but I can't work the registration table. I just can't do IT and kyle, my husband said, hey, we've got someone that's emAiling the Young republicans, I think, by the name of maggy stone or another fake name so IT was super obvious who IT was and I said, oh, that's got to be Megan donor. SHE just wants to get in for free.
These types of conventions and conferences you Normally have to pay like two hundred and fifty box, maybe two hundred, something like that to get in. But IT includes the programme in your meals and some swag. So it's well worth IT to network and meet like minded people and see friends and have fun.
And so i'm like, cash, you know, she's coming downtown all the time. Why doesn't SHE just want to work over the money? That's ridiculous.
So SHE started sub tweet my husband and everybody else that was on the planning committee and SHE was like, they're not gonna me volunteer. This is ridiculous, global. But he starts tagged my husband on twitter because he knew that he was the one that was saying, no, were good, thanks.
And he responded and said, hey, we knew, because you have a history of doing this, that if you were to attend. And work the registration table. You would skip IT and then just go into the event for free.
We can only let people who actually volunteer do that. That's not fair to the other ticket holders. That's what happens most of the time.
You know at these events, it's like hate to thank everybody for helping set up and put out t shirt. Doing the grant work will let you go into the program and for free and go and have a good drink and have fun. But Megan had a history of skipping out on that and going in and getting the perks without any of the actual work.
So SHE threatened, called the media something. And then he went on some talk show that has since been deleted. IT was called, like, erupted news. That was some independent news thing. And they begin a platform.
But the twitter backlog, should I have face in the last twenty four hours, has absolutely been out of just I never thought I would face this backlash, being told that i'm not a royal republican, being told that and taking advantage of the party, these things I have never been called my entire life, and all of a sudden, and being called these things, what a shame. But I will continue to be a voice. I will continue to move in shape.
And I think a lot of IT comes down. The jealous Y, I think a lot of them of jealous that they're not had the monumental impact that i've had. And that's time.
Jealousy is really hard. There is one a aod account that has absolutely troll me for the last eighteen hours. They have questioned everything in my life. Apparently I don't own the core that i'm seeing out at the starbuck looking at right now.
Um everything in my wife, they have questioned they wanted need to leave at a parking garage to show them the car that I own that apparently all I do is why when i'm sitting here looking at my car that I drove through this location i've been open about, you know, the car I own, I do on a test live pretty open, transparent on twitter. And I like the brain, to be quite honest, because I worked very hard and um you know I like to have nice things and that you know never about things. Capitalism works. I think a lot of judicious jealousy that i've got a piece of legislation through and that i've made a name for itself like IT or not.
I kind of make the joke that Megan stoner was one of my favorite things to watch on the internet. So I just paid attention to her twitter because that's where he would put a lot of her ridiculous thoughts and should complain about stuff. And then I got a text message, I think the morning of her arrest, I don't remember who I was. I think IT was somebody in inDiana politics and said, hey Megan, story has been arrested for this. And I said, no way.
A hamilton county woman is spacing serious charges accused of scamming several people out of rental homes four .
year and a half. Victoria hampton has been waiting for justice, SHE says. In twenty twenty one, SHE was scammed out of eighty hundred dollars by twenty five year old at Megan stoner after accepting an an offer to sublet stones apartment. But hampton never got the keys or her money back. The only thing SHE got more excuses, including blaming sick relatives for the reason stonor did IT move.
And I said, Megan, i'm sorry you have a security, but i'm going to play homeless. You don't seem to care about that.
He am, didn't now seventy years old, is he never expected a thing?
I was just so excited to get an apartment that .
I didn't even think .
about anybody doing anything like that. I am. This girl is driving in a tesla, living in a house and Fishers.

On April twenty six, twenty twenty three, kd cox for W R, T, V, inDianapolis reported on stoners rental scheme, stating a Fisher's woman has been charged after investigators say he tried to lease a home which he did not own to multiple people, according to probable cause documents filed against stoner, police and Fishers began receiving calls about a rental sm.
In december of twenty twenty one, each of the three victims told police that they have been in contact with stoner through facebook about the rental property. In two incidents, the victims claimed they had made a post about needing to find a rental, and stoner had contacted them individually. The third person said they reached out to stoner after seeing her post about the same home on Morgan street.
Each of the victims told investigators they had told the home sign a rental agreement via document n and paid donor between six hundred and seventeen hundred dollars to secure the home for rental. They were each given varying moving dates and said that as the date of their move in room near, stoner would contact them and move the date back. Sometimes SHE claimed to have been in an accident other time.
SHE claimed he was taking care of a sick relative. During the course of the investigation, police made contact with the actual owner of the home who stated that stoner was leasing IT from him. He provided pleased with a copy of stoner's lease prohibiting her from subleasing.
The property court documents say the owner told police he was in the process of evicting stoner for attempting disability his rental property to several different people. Stoner has been charged with three separate felon counts of fraud and three separate felony counts of theft, as well as a felon count of corrupt business influence and quote. Shortly after stoner was arrested April twenty eight, two thousand and twenty three, SHE quickly posted bond and was released while awaiting trial. Shortly after, a local facebook group was started by concern community members in an effort to warn the public about stoners alleged scams. Here's Chloe again.
I went on my case that I end up gob, and you can look up any user in the back end of my case, and you can find any traffic tickets or rest of records, divorce records, anything. We've got a very open public records system. And IT said that IT was an O W.
Y. And he put this thing on facebook about how I got pulled over because someone from I town church was trying to run me off the road, because I started this podcast that's trying to uncover the corruption in the icon church. And they caught me with cough medicine.
And that's why I got arrested and I had to spend a night jail. This is just ridiculous. And it's like wall.
This is classic Megan not wanting to take accountability for her actions. And to this day, I still don't know what IT was that he was pulled over with. I'm actually the one who started the stuff on twitter, most of them at least.
I don't know what overcame me, but I had been keeping in my head track of most of her ridiculousness. And I started a twitter for red. Maybe IT was seen one hundred thousand times.
I went to my viral in inDiana, and I basically said, hey, she's been arrested. Is long overdue. Here's a bunch of the stuff that SHE has done.
I think my twitter thread is partially what prompted some of the group and the twitter spaces. IT was the morning of the arrests for the rental scams because I had access to the probable cause affidavit and included some of that in there. I believe that's what prompted the twitter thread.
And what's crazy is that while this was going like semi viral and a lot of people had seen IT, and they were like, oh my gosh, I know this curl, because he would D M me for money, or he would D M me for this, or SHE would D M me for that. They would say, he added me on facebook and ask for money for her classroom too. This is ridiculous.
And I kids, you know, I probably had between one hundred and fifty to two hundred people over the that week who reached out to me on social media that I, either new from republican circles, who i'd never maintain in real life, but I knew them be of the internet. And they said, hey, I gave ten dollars when he asked me for ten bucks for the prevent suicide walk that he was doing. And that's when I realized that her wild and craziness expanded far beyond inDiana and went throughout the whole U.
S. When SHE had been arrested, I got on a phone call with her and recorded that phone call. How are you .
know I you .
so what's the purpose of you want a chat? T I .
mean, we don't have to. Obviously, I um I understand that I done some things wrong in the past and i'm trying to work close before before and I just wanted to reach out because I know you are one of the people that have been attacking me right wrong. And I wouldn't .
all IT attacking. I would call IT sure in .
facts OK is that okay? I mean.
what if I said that's not truthful? I guess maybe we can start there.
I mean, in clue, i'm not going to sit here and goes every little thing. If you wanted ask me questions, I will try to answer them the best ability. I'm not going to entertain questions on the legal front, but if you have any questions, I will try my best and happy to try to show me right on things I can.
So what if I said that's not.
Truthful paige.
Megan, don't try to get me on tech qualities. You you never were paid. You were never in turn.
You are a volunteer. You forge data. That's why you were removed from the campaign.
I have three different sources telling me that. So let's cut IT, cut IT. Be honest, IT feels so much Better, to be honest. IT feels so much Better to be honest.
And I know that you have this political reputation that you want to keep going forward, but you know that everybody in in the end and knows that you're line everybody, knows everybody. So cut. IT.
okay, so what do you .
want to know? You lied about the two Young campaign.
yes or no? No, I was in turn colly.
You were not an interview.
I guess. IT, okay, that cool. IT, in the text message you are was fired. Well, so you were ask .
to leave them yeah, what are you saying?
Are you I guess that is the difference that you think I was fired. So I can't call the internship.
I mean, I mean, get IT on, get IT on a technicality, but you resign. But really, you were fired and asked to leave.
fired. I went back and I was fired two days later.
I agree, I was fired. Okay, but so you admit you, you fake the data and that's where you were fired.
什么? you?
why? I mean, I don't like dorn acting like I hate IT, so I get IT. I guess at the time.
I didn't realize the consequences. And .
you fake my data too. Yeah, you fake that too.
Honestly, I don't remember, but I probably did.
Yeah what what other campaigns have even lined about? I me will keep IT to political stuff because that's my whereby what other campaigns .
i've ve been lying about.
you never worked .
at state party did yes.
yes, yes, yes. You did. Mark Warner, mike neel, they they have all said that you went around brian mansky, shall I can't pronounce his last name, the guy and my pens staff in twenty sixteen, they have all said that you would go around and say you were either working at state party or you were working at pences campaign. They were constantly feeling phone calls of, oh my gosh, you know, that magazine oner is saying that you're working on this campaign, you're working in this office, and they had to put that room with arrest. So you lied about that, yes or no?
I'm so I can't .
remember. I know that I worked under alex sometimes as campaign for a while doing no.
doing what you've never worked on my penis campaign. Have you has let me rephrase this. Have you ever gotten a paycheck from any campaign, an actual paycheck?
Does a non, does a five o one three count that's violent?
Cy, three is an on profit organization. That's not a political campaign. Political campaign cannot be violent.
Cy series, have you ever gotten a paycheck from a political campaign? I know that what the answer is. It's no, no. You ve volunteer on campaigns. So you can say that you volunteer on campaigns.
yes.
So you have never actually worked as an employee, as a contractor, as a ten ninety nine, as A W two. okay. Doesn't IT feel good to be honest?
Yeah, I I should .
feel really good to be honest. When did you work in the .
governors office?
You didn't.
You didn't. So why did you tell a therapist or someone, some other trusted person? Do you know what story i'm going to tell you during covet?
What did? What did you tell a therapy that was happening in the governor s. Office that launched by during koba? Didn't didn't you tell somebody that you were working in airport? Comes administration.
Who did I tell? I'm asking .
you because IT launched to inDiana state police investigation caused a lot of problems.
Oh, okay, yeah. Then remember, yeah.
okay. Why did you do that? You didn't work there. And during covet, you caused all of these problems, all of these problems during a public health emergency, and had all of those resources going.
Instead of going from the governor s office, they went to some bs investigation. Why would you do that? And like as a republican, as a conservative, we need Young people to be involved. But do you realize how you you're never going to actually work in indian politics, ever? I mean, you realize that anywhere?
I mean.
so did did you also you wrote bad checks to the corner ferenc of them? Yes, no.
I play a credit .
card and I .
think they took created cards.
I don't know, have tax.
I've have heard many, many people who were working in and around that saying that you wrote back jack, I do know you still one hundred dollars to the medicine county gp for a what I call a state convention from twenty twenty eighteen so I mean add that to your tab.
Um but you know the other thing that also so really pisses me off is the number of, and I do not doubt, and this is incredible sensitive I do not doubt that you've had terrible things happen to you and for that I am sorry, but to actively go around and make accusations against good people horrifying. So what's true? Baas, ma pants, how come nicely.
who i've never said nicely, i've never said nothing against most of men that you talked up. I don't know you got that and fill, but you can confirm nicely. I never .
think about him OK. So so bar 吗? True or not true?
Not true.
So why would you make the accusation?
Don't know. Chloe.
are you attention?
Can how come .
I .
never .
send us?
Well, I can. You know, I you read things so you know a shit nzz.
There are .
some pants. So pants true or not true?
Not true. And I never plays that. I really have a chill.
所以 it's only bus 嘛。 Yeah, and that turns out to be natural.
R, yes.
do you understand why people would not want to have you elements? Do I mean, do you understand why? Okay, let's say that, you know, you did pay restitution or you did do something good, how people would not want to believe you because of you track record? Yeah that's so here's my question.
Then why will you not admit publicly that you have been I don't rental scamp stuff that's a totally different ball park. And for that, I think you need to to a certified counsellor, prise rabbi, whatever your religious affiliation is right? But for the political stuff, why?
Why can you not just come out and say, hey, I have hurt so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so. And i'm ready to make immense is is a pride thing. Is that fear like what? What is? Honestly.
I considered that, but I didn't know that I would matter anyway. So that's why not done IT? Because I figured that IT nobody cares about my opinion or what I say. So I figured IT won't matter.
You you, but you do realize that everybody is redeemed and you can be redeemed if you start telling the truth. That's where the story turns around, is when you start telling the truth, IT feels good to tell the truth. When you start telling the truth, you start to gain back that trust over and over and over and over again.
So I don't know like again, i'm not a lawyer. I don't play one on TV. But if you were to talk to you know a lawyer about what are you know the nine thousand years that you're that you're currently facing and say, I did IT give me, give me parole, give me whatever you probably would avoid a jail time.
Obviously you would me to talk to a lawyer again. I'm not a lawyer. I don't play one on TV, but i've noticed that when you tend to tell the truth and ask for forgiveness, IT works Better for you long run, right?
You probably can start building back your reputation. If you come out and say, I like about this, this, this, this, every single thing I lied about IT. I have a problem. I know I do. I'm working on IT, and there you go.
You are then free.
but you have to want to do IT. You have to be willing to do the work. I don't know you're willing to do that.
And that's my question to you. I don't know that you're lying to do that. So what other what other political political stuff? I mean writing bad jacks to advance?
Yes, maybe one to the john case, a campaign.
okay. So some andy fundraiser was a bad chat. Why .
honestly, at the time with my parents check and didn't .
know as bad happens, and IT wasn't my truck.
I couldn't have track at that .
age at what how old. I had checked one of seventeen. And you can have checks when your seventeen. Why the have you realized that I just kind of started small and IT, just snowball and snowball and snowball to the point where now you're just facing White nine felonies.
yeah.
Or did you get the key ign donations for your race .
in twenty eighteen of the social media?
We're any of them more than one hundred dollars.
no.
Did you did you report those donations?
I M pretty sure he died on my f and my final, I don't think there was making to really be more than expensive. I was kind of kind of one ever board on the website.
but that this tech, you know, i'm i'm worried that you are going to get in ten times more trouble for the unaccounted income. Do you file taxes? I mean, again.
not under my L I don't have you see.
So you probably should remove political consultation .
out of your bio them hey.
it's you're like you do what you want to do, but I mean start small, right like start small. I mean, talk talk to your lawyer, but you will get caught for income, especially with, I mean, you're you're gonna caught. That's the next thing you should probably talk about with your lead team.
Say, I have all of this unreported income. What am I going to do? Because here's the other problem, money that you have or that even that you took a illegally.
you have to pay taxes on IT. Yeah no. yeah.
What else? What else do you want to get off your chest?
Really don't know. I am happy to answer any questions. I know what to. I know what you have interest on interest in.
I mean, unfortunately, I you know don't really believe much of what you say. I think there's a lot more than four to five victims that are named in the probable cause affidavit. A lot. My count from facebook groups was twenty to fifty.
I don't think it's stat high. But I mean, I know what having three or four I of .
the people who said that they either giving you money like traveling nurses, I mean, I assume it's a lot higher than that. But again.
best on I working on putting a public pull out and trying to figure out who always wronged and if they've been wrong and happy to try to make that right. And i've started that tonight with another victim.
good. But are you going to continue that though? Are you going to put in the world?
Yeah I mean.
what's here's my question. Have you ever had a job?
Yeah where where .
have you worked? Where where you received the ten nine w 2? Where have you you received a paycheck .
on the line to dering.
Do you think you should be working with kids?
Not working with kids online. It's like proof reading, like essays and stuff for college and like resumes and stuff. It's nothing to do with kids.
You are you really a teacher? Yes, I have a teaching license.
I, I, I didn't .
ask if you had a teaching license.
Where have you taught? I've taught under Kelly education as a subway .
teacher for .
how on this in August, once this in August and you're still .
actively employed there.
Not as of today? no.
What do you mean not as of today? You ve got fired. You they put .
me on temporary leave until after the trial, I guess I don't know. I'm still fighting that. I don't know.
Do you honestly think you should be teaching kids though with you? This is a serious question. Should you be teaching people under the age of eighteen with your track record?
I'm not teaching less. I'm putting out plants at all. undoing.
Were you ever in a classroom?
Yes, I was. I was hired at mount burn in for, I don't know, a week. Get options, try to school. Mount warning. Do you think IT .
was right of you to be teaching kids with your track record? yeah. So are you forty hours week like actively employed right now with the tudor thing? Is IT like more part time.
It's part time.
What are you going to do to pay restitution?
Figuring that out, loy, i'm applying at places i'm thinking about like maybe starbucks or hobby lobby, like just stocking shelves, like something that IT isn't really matter about pride to just something .
to make money. Good, good. Will hire people with track records. But you know I think that's that's a big part of making a mends is pay restitution and starting probably going all the way back. What's the deal with your aunt Linda .
IT doesn't matter. I know you're not going .
to believe that, so I don't know what the army, hey, try me chat book. Did you take a checkbook? Did you take a credit card?
What was IT credit .
card and when? How long did they take before they found out or before SHE noticed?
Close to a year.
I think the in window wasn't watching the statements.
guess.
Shoe, my dad was always on my ass. And how's that relation? I mean, are you to I mean, that's ran that's that's a blood relative. Have there been made immense .
there a little bit?
Yeah, i'm sure trust you or no.
Don't only discuss that. I mean, she's came at me when I was in jail with the D. Y. I don't really know what to say about that.
I mean, he was going to help me out with bail money this last time, but I not going that well because I want to offer her even more money. Yeah, I mean, I far to trust those I don't really know to say. I mean, he talked to me the night I got out of jail and we've talked to sense. I mean, I mean, he seems to care about me. I can say that much trust, I don't know .
his family, but still but still so your amazon list was that were those items for you or those for students?
Actually for .
students? I I don't .
know IT just seems pretty fishy that I mean, you only worked how long did you actually work in a classroom though mount learnt and you said a week options was what around that same time?
Yeah, I mean, you could then I have another friend. You could ask him, when I move shut in. I took my stuff that I had books, stickers, supplies, pencils, notebook racers. I took all that stuff and class with me.
So, so why, why keep sharing the list? If you're not teaching, if you're not actively in in the classroom, you see where the dads not connect.
yeah. So IT was for you.
yeah.
yeah. So I started to students.
and then I was just for you doesn't feel good.
be honest. yeah.
Let me ask, you are probably in with this, the D Y, drinking weed, what was IT? Honestly.
I have the paperwork if you want to see IT, and I don't care. But but IT was cough medicine.
I don't believe that. I don't believe. I do not believe that IT was cough medicine where you refile zed IT on the scene. I was cough medicines not gonna get you above the legal .
limit cloe IT was zero point zero. That's why is the right now.
I don't know.
come to the trial is doing something. Are you going .
to push IT back and say that you're sick? Or are you actually going are .
you going to go about the continues? The last time the state asked for the continuance.
what's with the .
july's royce murder for higher plot? Was that all fabricated too?
Yeah.
why attention say that again.
attention for attention.
I seem to be not a council and just a journalism. A major IT seems that you need attention and you thrive off of IT.
And I think that moving forward, in trying to write the wrongs that you have done, I think you need to keep that in the back of your head and say, I, am I really doing this for Megan? Am I doing this for good reasons? Or am I doing IT for Megan reasons? Because IT seems as if every single step where there has been some type of wrong IT has been for attention.
And that's no jury. Is onna fix that for you? That's got to be done on the inside.
right? I mean, I know everybody and not anything I just I know keep like a jury trial all this. I hope everyone realizes that like if I do go a jury problem, I don't take a plea bargain. I don't know. I'm to yet solve the chinese I one first while the jury .
trial will be dragged out.
It's not going to highly, highly, highly, highly, highly doubt I would be this year and i'm sure her husband can agree a jury trial probably would not happen in this calendar year even though it's scheduled to I sold out, that would actually happen. And all I take a plane bargain when I actually asked that this question this weekend to an attorney, if I take a plea bargain, i'm still looking at six and nine months turn around time.
It's not really quick. So I mean, there's that I mean, just nothing to meet. quit. I doubt i'm going to do a jury trial, but so I mean, there's that I mean, I know everybody is thriving off the ID of coming to my jury trial. First of all, I doubt we're onna go that second of our i've already think about what a play marget would look like from the prosecutors office.
Most cases don't go to trial but I don't really have anything else um and I would not I would highly recommend you not put anything on twitter that says that you and I had any kind of productive conversation because at the end of the day, I was me basically telling you what I already know to be true and that's that you've been line and have been so I would highly suggest maybe not doing that but I don't control on the facebook group that's out there.
I'm not an adman. I don't know anything about IT. I didn't make IT.
The only thing I ve been sharing is fact that I can prove, in fact, that i've gotten neither from my case or or i've gotten at least two to three resources to confirm that. Well, yeah, you actually did mess up the data on Young's campaign. The big thing that was definitely very frustrating for a lot of wires.
You did not have credentials to the twenty twenty one national convention here in indian apple is you kept saying that you did, but you didn't. Why did you kind to act? Jeff, Carol, with a fake email address asking to volunteer.
Nobody would ever get back to me, and nobody would be honest with me.
Is that maybe because do you think you were never honest with them?
Yeah, now I do.
no. Now how that tends .
to work yeah and unfortunately.
the hard way I guess my big thing is what's really frustrating me is in the last ten years noticing and realizing that your lies went from super, super tiny to a snowman and oh so so was left homeless so so couldn't buy their kids Christmas present. So so couldn't do this. So so couldn't do that.
I mean, that's pretty messed up. So I guess thank you for you know, being as honest as you possibly I can be. But I would implore you to actually do the work, write iran's pay institution.
And I do know that telling the truth when he feels good to, usually people will say, okay, well, sense you, we're forth right then we're not gone to punch you as much. So take that with what you will. Best of luck, ting.
Coming up this season on something was wrong.
some of the Young .
parents who weren't able to get their kids Christmas. That's what really bothered me and that's what kind of lit the fire under my bt to air out her dirty laundry because I don't want anybody else to ever be taking advantage of again like that.
I had sent her attacks, and I said, you know, i'm a reporter and I want to pay you for your life story. This is my way. And with her, and we start having these conversations, the prosecutor is, want to go be easy because all the attention .
about money.
I can't do a year in jail. I'm sorry.
at this point. Career arrest one have been out for a while. SHE hadn't been turned in. SHE was running from the police. The admin group was running a couple different schemes to catch her that we were not all aware of at the time.
Megan agree to meet me, and he is like, i'll come pick you up, tell me where or tell me when we could do IT tonight.
